This all inclusive resort is such a wonderful place. Adults only, very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are imaclately kept and the beach is beautiful and private. The food in the restaurants was well prepared and delicious. Our room (Junior Suite Ocean Front Deluxe) was very comfortable and right on the beach. It was so nice to wake up and have your coffee on the porch looking out at the beach. If you want a quiet place to get away with that special person this is the place. The staff was friendly and always helpful. There was a slight language barrier but with a little effort we figured things out. You also get a butler. Enrique was ours. He was always looking forward to help. If we needed anything we sent him a text and he was right on it. I would recommend asking for him specifically. I certainly wouldn’t mind going back.

Best trip ever!!! Zoetry was an amazing experience from the moment you arrive til the very end of your stay. I can honestly say that all the staff makes you feel right at home and like part of their family. The food was excellent as well. If you are looking for peace and serenity, this is definitely the place to visit. Ramon our butler, went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. Joaquin and Marcelo are the bartenders at the bar located in the lobby, they were a pleasure to meet. From the housekeeping I have nothing but the best comments, kept our room immaculate and never missed a thing. Got a Swedish massage from Romervi at the spa (best ever) while my husband waited for me at the bar chitchatting away with his new friend Joaquin. I can continue to rave on and on about the amazing Zoetry but you just got to see it for yourself. You won’t regret staying here!!! Zoetry is the best in Punta Cana!!!! #1

My girlfriend and I just returned from Zoëtry Agua in Punta Cana, and it was fantastic. We were there for 7 nights, and the weather and hotel amenities were wonderful. Pro's: The staff! Juan was a perfect personal assistant and was a huge help with special requests and providing information. We also really enjoyed Oliver and Alejandra. Beyond the staff, the beach, pool, and restaurants were wonderful. It was a great place to relax and take a break. The resort truly made every effort to accommodate our requests at any time. Con's: There doesn't appear to be an activity coordinator at the resort, so the activities are limited. For example, they have a sand volleyball tournament listed every other day, but don't have anyone available to organize it, and they don't have the court marked in any way. The one day there were enough guests willing to play, we had to use our feet to drag lines in the sand. Not a major deal, but worth a heads up to others. The other possible issue you may run into is special menu requests. Other than your personal assistant, not many other staff members speak english. This caused a couple issues when trying to make alterations to a menu item. The food is great, but if you're a picky eater, you may find yourself using your personal assistant frequently to get food made the way you want it. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful stay in paradise.

My husband and I just returned from a 6 day vacation at Zoetry to celebrate both of our birthdays (my husband’s 60th) and Anniversary. We chose Zoetry from the Trip Advisor ratings and the appeal of a smaller, more intimate property that offers attentive service, relaxation and wellness. Zoetry far exceeded our expectations!! First of all, our butler, Juan, helped to create our best vacation ever! He made our week of celebration extra special-he is professional, hard-working, funny and kind and made us feel right at home from the start. He always seemed to show up at just the right moment whether it was surprising us with special birthday dinner plans or helping us with Larimar shopping! We loved the romantic junior suite with pool access. The bed was super comfortable and housekeeping kept the room immaculate. The property itself is beautiful, and thanks to the friendliness and genuine hospitality of the people, we soaked up the relaxed, “be happy” vibe and left feeling renewed from this memorable vacation.

My husband and I went to Zoetry Agua from May 7th - 12th for our honeymoon and it was the best week of our lives!! From the moment we arrived and were given a cool welcome towel and a cold drink to our quick and easy check out, the staff at Zoetry takes care of everything. We had never been to an all inclusive before but after all the work of planning the wedding I wanted a place where we could relax from sunup to sundown, eat anything, drink everything and do nothing. This was all that & more! First and foremost I can't say enough good things about our butler Carlos. Klok Carlos!?!?!? He helped pick us a room with one of the best views for our room type, made sure our minibar was always stocked with what we wanted, helped get our room service to us quicker and planned a special day for us that included breakfast on the patio, a unique dessert in our room and coordinated with our housekeeper Maria to do up a rose petal filled tub for when we came back from dinner. He'd find us multiple times during each day to check in and see how we were doing and if there was anything we needed. Our stay would not have been as enjoyable without him and I want to say thank you again Carlos for everything you did!!! Tip: Download WhatsApp before you get there for easy communication with your butler & back home. It works over the wifi so you don't have to pay your carrier for international texting. The resort itself was gorgeously landscaped, quiet and felt like a private island. The beach was clean (it is the ocean so there is some seaweed but they rake as needed) with soft sand, plentiful beds & chairs and warm clear water. The reef keeps the larger waves away and we spent hours each day swimming. There are also multiple waitresses on the beach and around the two main pools coming over all the time to ask what you'd like to drink or if you need food. We hardly ever finished a drink and then waited around for another - their service was very prompt. Take a break from the beach & the pool in the hydro room with steam & sauna at the spa too (no extra charge). Tip: Bring your own sunscreen & plenty of it. It's available in the gift shop but it's more expensive and the sun is bright! We brought bug spray as well but never had to use - they provided you some in your room and they also spray for mosquitos 3 times a day. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable (we were in a Romantic Pool View room #251). I requested one with the outside Bali bed and I'm glad I did - we napped on it several times. They also provide a tablet in the room that gives information about the resort including restaurant menus & spa services, some internet sites, local and world news papers and the "SunDial" a schedule of any events or entertainment happening that day & the next day plus notes about when the restaurants are open. The food was all delicious!! Each restaurant had more familiar dishes to pick from plus local ones. We tried all three dinner restaurants (Olena twice), had breakfast at Piragua each morning (same menu at both AM options), got pastries at the coffee shop, had room service twice and also tried something different for lunch at Indigo everyday. All the restaurants have appetizer, entree and dessert options for each meal. You can order as little or as much as you want - everything (except some specialty wines on a separate list) is included. They'll do special orders as well - one morning I just wanted a plain bagel with fruit and it was no issue and my husband added lobster tail to his dinner once. It may vary but for us all the restaurants were open each day. Amaya was closed just one night for a private event but looking at the SunDial we knew that in advance so it was no issue. The fewer amount of rooms means less people in general at the resort so we never waited for a table even during peak lunchtime. Tip: Try the Dominican breakfast & Yaniqueques for breakfast, the tuna tartar & grouper ceviche for lunch at Indigo, the filet at Olena for dinner and the basil pasta from room service. The sun had us beat & tired most days but three nights we went to the lobby bar for the live entertainment and to sip on my new favorite spirit Mama Juana! Joaquin severs it straight up at room temp in a shot glass as it should be! There was a bonfire with DJ on the beach one night which was fun as well (although it was funny to hear loud music after so much peaceful quiet). Gilberto at the pool bar makes the best rum punch drink out of all the bartenders. It got to the point the girls would just walk up to us with "dos rum punch" because they knew that's what we'd ask for. Last tips have to do with the booking & airport/transportation. First, I found a cheaper price on Booking.com but since I always feel more comfortable booking directly with a hotel I called them up and asked if they would price match. Turns out they do price match for that site and I was ale to afford an upgraded room type AND saved almost a full day's cost vs the hotel website. Second, buying online & printing your "Tourist Card" in advance helps you skip one line upon entry - although it was not very busy on a Monday afternoon it did save us time. Third, pay the extra for a private AmStar transport & book it through the Zoetry site. Zoetry is 45 minutes north of the airport & the last of the three AmResorts so if your transport isn't private you will stop at others which can delay your arrival an indeterminable amount of time. I read this tip in other reviews and glad I took it. Finally, we didn't feel the need to do any of the excursions because eating, drinking and lounging was so enjoyable but they all looked fun so maybe next time. (Yes, I've already started saving for our return trip!) Thank you a million times Zoetry Agua for an amazing honeymoon experience!!
