We came here for our second time last week and it was amazing...AGAIN. The food, the service, the drinks, the spa, the gym, the beach...I can't say enough. I didn't want to leave. We will be back for a third time for sure.

One of the tip resorts in Punta Cana, if your looking for a quiet place to sit and read and enjoy food and wine, this is place for you. The rooms are exquisite, and the food was the best I have had in DR. Everything about this experience is worth every dime, you will not be disappointed.

Extremely peaceful. Felt like there were few people around, although we were told it was at 95% capacity. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and love a little Spanish banter. We tried, and it was well received.... :) Beach is lovely, however walk either side of the property and you have the distraction of plastic rubbish on the high side of the beach. Considering the amount of tourist money, I am surprised this isn't a priority. The grounds are wonderful. Very well kept by busy gardeners, doing a fantastic job! They don't get the tips, but should! The downside for us was the food. One restaurant, Olena, was so cold we had to leave, and heard the same issues from others...so cannot comment on the food. The others were ok, but a change in menu, and extra training would help. Breakfast urgently needs a buffet format. There are two Restaurant that serve and at least one should be buffet. It makes sense and would help the guys serving. We are currently looking to book the Caribbean next year...Zoetry??? Not sure....like lots, but the food is an issue.

We had a magical week at Zoetry Punta Cana! The resort is gorgeous! The landscaping is top notch & looks so pretty in the evening when it is all lit up. Everyone that works there is so friendly & they go out of their way to remember details about you & to make sure you are having a great time. We enjoyed all the night time entertainment, the free horseback riding, and the free 20 minute massage at the spa. A few shout outs to the staff: - Everyone at Indigo restaurant was delightful. I wish I could remember all their names. They were beyond friendly & I already miss them. Special shout out to Leidy who always gave us the best greeting & remembered our son's peanut allergy after just one day. Also Chamel with her great smile & service. - Fernando served us at more than one restaurant & was always kind - Dio was our personal concierge & was so responsive & helpful - Wilca at the Pool bar was amazing! She was so quick to wait on us and even learned our favorite drinks - Eliezer & Oliver at check out were wonderful (also the man that checked us in) - The young woman working at the Lobby bar was so sweet with our teenage daughter who is fairly proficient in Spanish. She was always talking to her & complimenting her on her Spanish. So sorry that I could not see her name tag!

It was a White Lotus - Season 3 atmosphere without the crimes. In other words, an absolutely BEAUTIFUL property. Incredibly ATTENTIVE and accommodating staff. Food was good considering past experiences with other all-inclusive. This all-inclusive included ALL drinks not just soda and juice. If you are looking for quiet, relaxing, serene atmosphere, this is it. If you need discos and partying....please dont 'show up. Other guests won't appreciate the noise. This is somewhere you go to destress in a calm environment. BEAUTIFUL , non-crowed beach with plenty of seating.

This place is paradise. I have traveled to beaches the world over and this place is it! The cuisine is artful (I had never had breakfasts like these - they are terrific). The sand is fine-grained. The buildings are thatched-roof with native materials. The staff harvests coconuts from the trees daily. The ocean is emerald green near shore, crystal blue at a distance, and royal blue on the horizon. The rooms are oversized, with exquisite fixtures and slate facilities. The sitting porch provides an uncluttered view of the ocean. They speak English here, and the serving staff is relentless. As you relax in a wooden lounge on the beach, fresh bottled water appears. Later, when you awake, a frozen drink is sitting next to you. This place is not crowded and is intended to provide the isolation you deserve!

Zoetry is Pure Poetry.
Everything you HOPE for in an all-inclusive is presented exquisitely. Not a single buffet in sight. All meals are freshly prepared, even our special order paella. The seafood was so fresh I could have sworn I saw a staff member emerge from the ocean with my catch. From the moment you arrive, you know you are entering a private and exclusive resort - so much so, there's no name on the gate. An open entryway, extremely hospitable staff and very inviting accommodations. They have clearly thought of every possible detail - even on rainy days. Just don't fool yourself into thinking a quick trip will suffice.
