Zoetry Agua Punta Cana

My experience at Zoëtry Punta Cana was truly phenomenal. I have traveled around the world and stayed at many beautiful places, but this resort touched my heart in a very special way. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, appreciated, and cared for. One of the first people I met was Amada, and she immediately left a lasting impression on me. She was always happy, genuinely loved her job, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even went out of her way to help celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and that kindness meant so much to me and my family. Amada truly helped make our vacation unforgettable. The entire staff was amazing. From the bartenders, Cesar and Carlos, to Carlos, who delivered our room service, everyone treated us with such warmth and kindness. My teenagers especially loved Carlos so much that they did not want to leave without making sure they wished him a happy birthday. Those little moments of genuine connection are what make a vacation truly special. I also want to give a very special thank-you to Gabriel, who helped us book our excursion to Saona Island. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that we had a wonderful experience. And to Jordan and all the girls at the restaurant, thank you for your kindness, smiles, and wonderful service. Every person we encountered contributed to making our stay memorable. To the entire Zoëtry Punta Cana team: thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made my family feel welcomed, valued, and at home. This was truly one of the best vacations I have ever had, and I will carry these memories with me for a long time. When I return to Punta Cana, Zoëtry is where I will stay. You have earned a special place in my heart, and I cannot wait to come back. Until next time — thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Hands down the best all inclusive experience I think you may ever find. If you want ultimate relaxation and pampering, this is the spot to be. I was blown away by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. They remembered our names after just one interaction, remembered our beverage preferences and made sure to have what we wanted available to us. My husband ordered ginger ale and they originally said they didn't have any available during dinner. They then showed up with some and told him they would have it ready for him whenever we came to dinner. I also found a tube of toothpaste left after a room cleaning because the maid could tell my tube was getting low. I didn't even have to ask! Whenever relaxing at the pool, staff will immediately come to make sure you have a drink or snack if you would like anything. The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous and are just like stepping into a tropical garden. The hotel remains quiet and calm throughout the day and a variety of evening entertainments at the lobby area at night are fun to attend if you want a little social outing. This resort does allow children but there are no amenities specific for them so there were few children when we stayed. I also loved the afternoon tea time in the garden! Don't listen to the nay-sayers about the food. It was exceptional; a 5 star experience and nothing like what you would expect from an all inclusive. Every night a variety of changing menus will be announced on your in room flyer and we loved every regional food experience they offered. I can't wait to come back some day! I also cannot imagine staying anywhere else when at the Dominican Republic.

My husband and I just spent a week in paradise at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana. The service and staff were all EXCEPTIONAL!! Our butler "JJ" was especially fantastic and he went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were met. This was our sixth trip to Punta Cana and our very first to a Zoetry resort. After this relaxation experience, my husband and I will definitely be back. We truly enjoyed the memories we made at Zoetry Agua!! Thanks again to everyone.

Perfect. Perfect service, food, accommodation, pool, personal care. Absolutely amazing! And I would also like to mention Peggi the yoga teacher that was incredible!
