Zoetry Agua Punta Cana

Phenomenal! The whole experience at Zoetry Agua was phenomenal! From the time we arrived, we were treated like family. Shout out to Benny who took care of us when we arrived and introduced us to a selection of oils so we could have in our rooms. He also made sure we had what we needed when we needed it. We were privileged to have the best concierge, Ms. Amada. She made sure we were up to date on what was taking place on the grounds every day. She was very personable and did everything she could to make sure we had what we needed. She was very instrumental in helping me celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. When I needed a gift bag to put my wife’s gift in, Ms. Amada got a bag and put it in a place where I could pick it up and have it ready to display on my wife’s birthday. She definitely went above and beyond for us. Most people would celebrate in one of the restaurants, and the staff would sing to them, Happy Birthday. Ms. Amada had a special place on the beach for us to arrive, and the staff sang Happy Birthday to my wife. My wife was very excited by the special private treatment on the beach with her own birthday cake. We also celebrated our 26th anniversary and Ms. Amada made sure our names would be remembered for a long time on the island by writing a message and our names on a piece of wood that was nailed in a specific area with other couples' pieces of wood. We appreciated Ms. Amada for making us feel extra special for my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. 10 out 5 stars for Ms. Amada So excited to talk about Mrs. Alejandra who we first met on the beach as she took our drink orders. Her infectious personality drew us to know more about her. So, when we saw her in the coffee shop, we got a chance to know more about her and the Dominican culture. Mrs. Alejandra also helped me fine tune the little Spanish I knew and she taught me new words and the right way to deliver my words in a conversation. We spoke extensively on google translator. We had a great time getting to know her and her family at home. I’m looking forward to picking up where we left off when we go back. Mrs. Alejandra’s service, 10 out of 5 stars Ms. Melissa is another person who helped me with my Spanish while in the coffee shop and on the beach, just like Mrs. Alejandra. Ms. Melissa was very helpful, cordial, and determined we had what we needed. She remembered my wife and I’s name every time we passed by her and we celebrated like a bunch of kids when we all remembered each other’s name. So glad to meet her and I look forward to seeing her again when we return. 10 out of 5 stars for Ms. Melissa Grateful to the restaurant staff who made us laugh and made sure we had a great experience, especially on our anniversary. Shout out to Ms.Yohanna who would not let me speak English when ordering my food. She challenged and encouraged me to learn the language and speak it to the best of my ability. She definitely made us feel at home. The same goes to Ms. Livianny. A beautiful soul that always covered her name tag to make sure I remembered her name. Her million-dollar smile made my wife and I feel rich. I also want to say the same for Ms. Maria who also served us and made sure I articulated my words in Spanish correctly. These ladies were definitely 10 out of 5 stars in their service. Thankful to the silent staff who decorated our bed with the cana leaves and rose petals and made amazing art with the towels. 10 out of 5 stars for all the hard work they did, especially for our anniversary. Thankful to know Gilbert and Tania in entertainment, towards the end of our stay, as they educated us on the activity on the grounds and made sure we had a great time. We did not participate in the daily activity because we were enjoying much needed rest. However, we wish we would have participated in the scheduled events because the one we did participate in was amazing. Tania did an excellent job with the dream catching activity and Gilbert did an amazing job with the circus show on our last night. Gilbert also took many pictures of me and the wife as well as some of the other guests and sent it to us, which he did not have to do. Tania and Gilbert are amazing humans, and I look forward to seeing them when we return. The chef Mr. Octavio made time to talk to my wife and I, for about 20 plus minutes, while we were going to the beach and he shared with us the excitement of his vision he has for the resort. He shared how he reconstructed the menu and upgraded the philosophy of the guest food experience. We commended him on his great work and made sure we gave him his flowers on how great the food is and how awesome his team is. Mr. Octavio took the time to take pictures of my wife and I, because that is what we were doing before we met him, and he greeted us when we crossed paths during our stay. 10 out of 5 stars for the chef. The ladies at the spa were also amazing, and the massage therapists were great as well. My wife and I do not like massages, but these ladies made us feel like we have been missing out. Looking forward to getting another massage when we return. The grounds were beautiful; the plants, soft music, cleanliness, and beautiful sounds of the bird's continuous conversation were captivating and hypnotic. I look forward to returning as soon as we can and pick up where we left off. I highly recommend this resort to anyone who is searching for a place that will treat them like they are at home. It is one of the best resorts I've ever been too. Definitely a spa not a party and I was so thrilled with everything, it was a bit hot but they made it perfect.

Zoetry Agua Punta Cana is one of my favorite places. The resort is absolutely amazing. We like to unwind at Zoetry and do as little as possible; just enjoy the beach and ocean. Zoetry Agua is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the jungle, the beach, and the sea. As always, the staff and food were amazing. 10/10 and we can't wait to get back next year.

Writing this on our last day after another amazing stay at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana! This is our fourth time here and we love it! A few shout-outs to team folks who helped make this trip so good! • Daniel (beach security): Above and beyonf with coffee and early morning company. • Luis, Frank, and the management team: Thank you for running such a great team and jumping in to help us. • Johanna: the best smile and making each meal even better. • Maria: Our little devil in angel's clothes! Always keeping us laughing. • Leidy: for starting every day off just a little brighter. And then there's Diomendes, our butler, my brother, and the master of ceremonies. This was our second trip with Dio, and he managed to make this stay even more memorable than the last. What sets Dio apart isn't just that he gets things done, it's how genuinely invested he is in making sure every guest has an incredible experience. His gentle nature fits perfectly with the relaxing atmosphere at Zoetry. Whether it was arranging special dinners, checking in at just the right times, handling every little detail behind the scenes, or simply stopping by for a laugh and a conversation, he made us feel like we were his only guests at the resort. By the end of the trip, he felt less like a butler and more like family. The relationships he builds with guests are genuine, and it shows! We will absolutely be requesting him every time we return. Chef Octavio has completely transformed the food experience here. It's hard to explain just how much of a difference he's made. The pasta dishes were great and the steaks were cooked perfectly every time. He and his team did a few special dinners for us, the one for my wife's birthday was incredible. He and his team have taken Zoëtry Agua's food to a whole new levelv since our last visit. A couple more shout outs... • Wilca: Everything you want in a beach/poolside server: attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead. • Livia and Joselyn: Absolutely amazing at the spa. Are you sure we can't bring you home with us? The grounds really are awesome, and in the evening the lighting is stunning. They use electric landscaping equipment. It's a small detail and it makes a big difference, allowing the property to stay peaceful and quiet while still looking pristine. The upgrades to the bars, restaurants, and rooms have also taken the resort up another notch. It was cool having the World Cup matches set up every day. When you arrive, you're greeted with "Welcome home." It's easy to brush that off as just a nice phrase, but after spending time here, you realize they truly mean it. The entire staff makes you feel like you're surrounded by family... well, the family you actually like spending time with! 😉 Thank you to everyone who made this trip so special. We're already planning our next trip back.

We just returned from a wonderful week at Zoetry Agua! This was our third annual trip to the resort. It was lovely and the remodel that they did over the last year was gorgeous. We were greeted by many friendly faces we had gotten to know during our past visits. Gilbert and Tania with entertainment. Leidy, Henry, Eduardo, Frank, Chamal, Merilyn, Yarisbel, at the restaurants (among others!) Our favorite dirty money drink maker, Wilca! Emmanuel our wet car restocker. Juana our housekeeper. At the spa Laura and Jorgelys were great at the front desk and the massages I had with Jocelyn and Vianelle were wonderful. Dio, our concierge was always there to help and Wandy/Max, Juan Carlos, and Oliver at check in/out always greeted us with a smile. I know I am missing people! The resort is beautiful but the people make it even better! Highly recommend a visit!
