From the moment that we stepped out of the taxi, we've felt like we were visiting family at Zoetry Agua. Upon our arrival, we were introduced to our dedicated Butler/Concierge, Ramon M. Ramon has been nothing short of incredible throughout the duration of our vacation. From arranging private transportation to/from the resort to ensuring that our dietary restrictions have been accommodated, Ramon has proved to be the most thoughtful and caring guide that we've ever had the pleasure of working with while on a vacation. What has impressed me the most is his attention to the small details throughout our visit. On the way to our room, Ramon noticed that I took an interest in the resort's cigar shop. Later that evening, we were treated to a private 'tasting' along with a few samples for the road. At no point were we ever pressured into purchasing anything and I am happy to report that the no-pressure atmosphere extends to the rest of the resort. The resort grounds are beautiful and I do not believe that the posted pictures do it justice. The dining options have also been a wonderful surprise. It's not always easy being a traveling vegan and we're fortunate to say that we've felt quite at-home with the options available throughout the resort. Even the 24-hour room service was able to accommodate our late-night/booze-induced cravings. :-) Our room was quite comfortable and the amenities have been top-notch. Between the quiet relaxation and the personalized accommodations, we're already looking into when we'll be able to return for our next visit. Thank you very much, Ramon, and thank you Zoetry! As soon as we entered the resort we realized how peaceful and quiet our vacation would be. Our room was clean and comfortable during the stay. Ramon M. was our butler and was always there to help us. He provided us with safe transportation service whenever we left the resort and made sure we had the same service coming back. My boyfriend and I are vegan and he made sure that was known throughout our stay. Our vacation wouldn't have been the same without him. Each restaurant clearly lists what is gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan. The staff here was very friendly. I recommend this resort to anyone looking to get away from the busy life. It's more suited for relaxation than partying.

Working with AMResorts has been an absolute nightmare. We never even made it to our vacation date before we switched to Sandals. We first decided to Stay at Zoetry Punta Cana and were looking to book through AMresorts but found a cheaper price on Bookit. We called AMResorts and spoke with Mike Torres who said they would price match. Mike offered to hold the room for 24 hours and we agreed. We called back within 7 hours to book our room, however because they held the room, it was no longer in the system on bookit, so they "could not verify" a price match they verified earlier in the day and told we would have to talk to the agent from earlier in the day (Mike). Given the risk of losing the room we had reserved, we decided to book the room, despite it being 900 dollars more than the price we discussed earlier with Mike and assumed we would work it out when we talked to our original agent. However, after multiple calls/emails to our agent Mike Torres we never had a call back.... Ghosted. Finally, we were able to talk to a manager (Monique) who said we were out of luck and they wouldn't honor the price match. they did give us the AAA discount which we were entitled to either way based on having a AAA membership.... this got us with in 200 dollars of the price match price. Still disheartened - they agreed to see if they could do anything else to help us out because they admittedly recognized based on listening to the recordings of our conversations with Mike Torres (original agent) a price match was offered. We agreed to give them 24 hours to discuss with the resort the potential honoring the price or providing some other compensation..... no call back. Had to call 3 times to be able to talk with someone who could cancel this booking without a fee (something else that was promised by Monique if we decided to cancel because of the price discrepancy). End of story - if you are booking an AMResorts property.... go through Bookit or a third party... they will likely be cheaper and may not try to screw you over..... actually.... just go to Sandals... despite going on 4 other vacations at AMResort destinations, we feel taken advantage of by AMResorts and feel our money will be better spent elsewhere. Our advice - just go to Sandals instead :)

10 Wonderful days at an excellent resort. If you are looking to party than this is not the resort for you but if you are looking to relax and unwind in a peaceful, relaxing, friendly environment this is THE resort. The attention to detail was everywhere, cool drink and towel when you arrive( which was welcome after plane and bus ride)check in was quick and they take you on a short tour as they take you to your room. The rooms are gorgeous with everything you could use. Top of the line toiletries and loved the robe and slippers. Beach towels where everywhere with no asking or signing towels out. You could refresh your towels all day long. Service on the beach was exceptional even offering menu lunch at the pool or on the beach. They came around occasionally with little appetizers. The restaurants where all menu items no buffet, Food was fresh and good selection. My husband and I had the privilege of having a wonderful butler named Ramon M. He was excellent and certainly helped enhance the enjoyment of our vacation. He arranged coffee and juice delivery to our room every morning and had a very special dinner arranged for us one night at the restaurant. He sought us out a few times a day just to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful trip and would highly recommended this resort.
