Zoetry Agua Punta Cana

We had a really enjoyable stay overall . The beach and the resort grounds were beautiful and well maintained, clean and a great place to relax and unwind. We also loved our swim out room, the bed was comfortable and a great place to come back to and relax after the heat of the beach at the end of the day . The staff at the beach is always paying attention to our needs and wants . Alejandra took great care of us most days, Simon and Charlie when she was off. Special mention to Junior who helped us with towels and chairs with a smile and a joke. All the staff are friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome . Breakfast and lunch were both very good with plenty of options and something for everyone. We really loved the pizza at the swim up bar and the cook who made them for us ( sorry didn’t get his name ) would customize them as we liked. The lunch BBQ was one of the best meals we had , the ribs here were much better than the ones that they served at the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant meals at night didn’t match the quality we expected, and feel we paid for as this resort was quite expensive and given how great everything else was. There was one night I believe it was a Monday where there was only 2 restaurants open both very sea food forward, i however don’t eat any seafood, totally my issue but all the same. That being said we still had a great time very relaxing but for the price probably wouldn’t go back .

Unlike the massive, impersonal mega-resorts, this boutique property offers an intimate atmosphere where every detail is meticulously curated.The grounds are immaculate-lush, perfectly manicured tropical gardens and pristine pathways that make every walk to the beach feel like a stroll through paradise. You can tell the maintenance team takes immense pride in keeping the property in five-star condition.What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the extraordinary staff. They don't just provide service; they provide genuine hospitality. Within a day, the team knew our names and our preferred drinks, always greeting us with warm, sincere smiles. No request was too small, and their attention to detail made us feel like the only guests on the property.If you are looking for a peaceful, upscale sanctuary where you are treated like family rather than a room number, look no further. We left feeling completely refreshed and are already counting down the days until our return!

I loved the place, it's romantic and cozy. Very quiet and chill. It can be boring sometimes and the food was disappointing in all places except Olena restaurant. I'd go again for my anniversary.

My experience at Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana surpassed my expectations in every way. While the property itself is beautiful, it’s the exceptional staff that truly makes this resort stand out. I wanted to take the time to recognize as many people as I could who made our stay unforgettable. Wilca went above and beyond in every way, always one step ahead of us and anticipating what we needed before we even realized it ourselves. She may not have the title of butler, but she has that rare, intuitive level of service that would make her incredible at it. We’ve been lucky enough to have Amada as our butler twice, and she never misses. She consistently goes above and beyond and somehow always makes sure we’re smiling the entire time. Junior’s smiling face and dancing at the pool were the highlight of our days. He brought such great energy and genuinely made every day better. Simon stopped by our room to check on us and surprised us with the most amazing sauce and perfectly spiced chicken and beef. I’m still thinking about it. Gabriel at the pool bar never misses. He’s always friendly, remembers exactly what we like, and somehow recommends drinks we didn’t even know we wanted. Absolutely outstanding. Yenny kept our room so cozy and inviting throughout our entire stay, which made it feel like a true escape. Jose kept the vibes high at the lobby bar at night, while Elisabeth made sure we were smiling just as much during the day. They’re the perfect duo. Pool calisthenics with Mark ended up being one of the highlights of the trip. It’s honestly the only activity I look forward to on vacation. This trip was special because of the people. We will absolutely be back.

This is the most beautiful resort I have ever been to. I have been to Punta Cana before and Hawaii several times. Charlie was the Best! He was so kind and went above and beyond for us. Charlie that worked the beach and pool area is the person I am referring to. He is absolutely amazing as a person, came to our room to tell us bye. Jennifer, Gabriel and my husband bonded over Joe Burrow. Jennifer is a sweetheart and hard worker. I absolutely can not wait to go back in September 2026. My husband and I will be asking for Charlie
