I went on a horse back ride it was very exciting, the stay was great had a wonderful time with my husband it was very peaceful. The only thing I didn’t care for was those mosquitoes bite us up ! The food wasn’t that great but the hospitality was great! I would go back again ! See you next time Zoetry .

Absolutely beautiful resort. Grounds well kept, staff was so accommodating and actually love their jobs and super friendly. Although it was mostly couples my daughter and I never felt out of place. Light entertainment each night around 8:30 (candlelight piano, musical duo, a taste of DR dancing, magic show, circus). Definitely not a party resort but kept things light and easy going. Even had daily activities such as (jewelry making, macrame workshop, painting, cigar rolling, wine tasting, water activities, etc…). One day when the ocean was calm we snorkeled and because there are small coral reefs close to shore we were able to see fish. Even kayaked but we were tired lol. I absolutely loved the hydrotherapy area in the spa that you can use any day free of charge. Very very relaxing. We even did a spa package and the massage, scrub and body wrap were excellent. Rooms super clean and we had swim up pool which was like a lazy river that you could follow to swim up bar. Fantastic trip.

We have stayed at some wonderful hotels over the years, but Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana genuinely operates on another level. Calling it a five-star resort almost feels inadequate. If TripAdvisor allowed seven or eight stars, we would happily give them. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after, spoiled and fussed over beyond anything we would normally expect, even from a luxury hotel. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. It is peaceful, immaculate and wonderfully relaxed, but the real difference is the people. There is an extraordinary culture of hospitality here. Nothing ever feels forced or transactional. The staff seem genuinely determined to make sure you are happy, comfortable and having the best possible time. We particularly want to give a huge thank you to the entire team at Indigo Restaurant, who looked after us brilliantly throughout our stay: Chamel, Leonela, Zuleima, Orquidia, Merkiw, Santa, Ezequiel, Gloriany, Salvador, Manuel, Felito, Kevin, Leidy and Frank Alexis. Every one of you contributed to making our time there special. The service, friendliness, attention to detail and sheer amount of fuss you made of us was quite remarkable. We felt incredibly well looked after every single time we visited. That said, the praise really does extend across the whole resort. Everywhere we went, we encountered the same warmth, professionalism and desire to make our stay memorable. It never felt like people were simply doing their jobs. It felt as though the whole team genuinely cared that we were having a wonderful holiday. We came away feeling that Zoëtry Agua offers something quite rare. It has all the luxury you would expect from a top resort, but with a level of personal service and genuine warmth that is much harder to find. An exceptional resort, staffed by exceptional people. Five stars simply aren’t enough.

Great resort to stay for a quiet personal retreat. I went with a friend of a mom's only vacation. We enjoyed the all-inclusive features so we didn't have to worry about anything throughout the day. The food and drinks were delicious and made-to-order, the staff was friendly, and the facilities were beautiful. Just remember to bring your sunblock, bugspray, and sunglasses!

The resort has great ambience and quality staff. The resort is not like other hotels that you can find anywhere else, it’s very tropical and beautiful with a lot more character and charm. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals were very tasty and had plenty options to try for our week stay. The spa, horseback riding, and fun workshops are all amazing. The bar, cafe, and restaurant options were all amazing.

This place is paradise. I have traveled to beaches the world over and this place is it! The cuisine is artful (I had never had breakfasts like these - they are terrific). The sand is fine-grained. The buildings are thatched-roof with native materials. The staff harvests coconuts from the trees daily. The ocean is emerald green near shore, crystal blue at a distance, and royal blue on the horizon. The rooms are oversized, with exquisite fixtures and slate facilities. The sitting porch provides an uncluttered view of the ocean. They speak English here, and the serving staff is relentless. As you relax in a wooden lounge on the beach, fresh bottled water appears. Later, when you awake, a frozen drink is sitting next to you. This place is not crowded and is intended to provide the isolation you deserve!

Zoetry is Pure Poetry.
Everything you HOPE for in an all-inclusive is presented exquisitely. Not a single buffet in sight. All meals are freshly prepared, even our special order paella. The seafood was so fresh I could have sworn I saw a staff member emerge from the ocean with my catch. From the moment you arrive, you know you are entering a private and exclusive resort - so much so, there's no name on the gate. An open entryway, extremely hospitable staff and very inviting accommodations. They have clearly thought of every possible detail - even on rainy days. Just don't fool yourself into thinking a quick trip will suffice.
