From start to finish, this resort delivered an exceptional experience that exceeded expectations in every area. The service alone sets this place apart. Elizabeth, Wilca, and Jose were outstanding. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Every interaction felt personal, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. The dining experience was just as impressive. Every restaurant on the property delivered high-quality food, great presentation, and consistent service. Whether it was a full meal at Olena, Amaya, Piragua, or Indigo, or grabbing something quick from Coco Café, everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Even the in-room dining exceeded expectations, arriving on time and maintaining restaurant-level quality. The wellness amenities were another major highlight. The fitness center was spotless and equipped with newer, well-maintained machines, making it easy to stay on track with workouts. The spa and sauna areas were incredibly clean and relaxing, creating the perfect environment to unwind. And the massage therapists were truly world-class—skilled, attentive, and easily among the best we’ve experienced. Overall, this wasn’t just a vacation—it was a complete experience. Between the service, food, and wellness offerings, this resort gets everything right. We will absolutely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and memorable getaway.

Very nice and quiet hotel. By far friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in hotels. Decent food but be ready to spend some time in the restaurant as everything pretty much is à la carte. Hotel is small so it is a bit more quiet and there aren’t quite as many things to do. Perfect if you are looking to connect better with significant other. Had some issues with little bugs on the beach but I guess this is normal/seasonal.

We had a really enjoyable stay overall . The beach and the resort grounds were beautiful and well maintained, clean and a great place to relax and unwind. We also loved our swim out room, the bed was comfortable and a great place to come back to and relax after the heat of the beach at the end of the day . The staff at the beach is always paying attention to our needs and wants . Alejandra took great care of us most days, Simon and Charlie when she was off. Special mention to Junior who helped us with towels and chairs with a smile and a joke. All the staff are friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome . Breakfast and lunch were both very good with plenty of options and something for everyone. We really loved the pizza at the swim up bar and the cook who made them for us ( sorry didn’t get his name ) would customize them as we liked. The lunch BBQ was one of the best meals we had , the ribs here were much better than the ones that they served at the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant meals at night didn’t match the quality we expected, and feel we paid for as this resort was quite expensive and given how great everything else was. There was one night I believe it was a Monday where there was only 2 restaurants open both very sea food forward, i however don’t eat any seafood, totally my issue but all the same. That being said we still had a great time very relaxing but for the price probably wouldn’t go back .

An absolute hidden gem that redefines what an all-inclusive experience should be. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were somewhere special. Unlike the massive, impersonal mega-resorts, this boutique property offers an intimate atmosphere where every detail is meticulously curated. The grounds are immaculate-lush, perfectly manicured tropical gardens and pristine pathways that make every walk to the beach feel like a stroll through paradise. You can tell the maintenance team takes immense pride in keeping the property in five-star condition. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the extraordinary staff. They don't just provide service; they provide genuine hospitality. Within a day, the team knew our names and our preferred drinks, always greeting us with warm, sincere smiles. No request was too small, and their attention to detail made us feel like the only guests on the property. If you are looking for a peaceful, upscale sanctuary where you are treated like family rather than a room number, look no further. We left feeling completely refreshed and are already counting down the days until our return!

I loved the place, it's romantic and cozy. Very quiet and chill. It can be boring sometimes and the food was disappointing in all places except Olena restaurant. I'd go again for my anniversary.

This place is paradise. I have traveled to beaches the world over and this place is it! The cuisine is artful (I had never had breakfasts like these - they are terrific). The sand is fine-grained. The buildings are thatched-roof with native materials. The staff harvests coconuts from the trees daily. The ocean is emerald green near shore, crystal blue at a distance, and royal blue on the horizon. The rooms are oversized, with exquisite fixtures and slate facilities. The sitting porch provides an uncluttered view of the ocean. They speak English here, and the serving staff is relentless. As you relax in a wooden lounge on the beach, fresh bottled water appears. Later, when you awake, a frozen drink is sitting next to you. This place is not crowded and is intended to provide the isolation you deserve!

Zoetry is Pure Poetry.
Everything you HOPE for in an all-inclusive is presented exquisitely. Not a single buffet in sight. All meals are freshly prepared, even our special order paella. The seafood was so fresh I could have sworn I saw a staff member emerge from the ocean with my catch. From the moment you arrive, you know you are entering a private and exclusive resort - so much so, there's no name on the gate. An open entryway, extremely hospitable staff and very inviting accommodations. They have clearly thought of every possible detail - even on rainy days. Just don't fool yourself into thinking a quick trip will suffice.
