Every member was incredibly welcoming and always willing to help. Every person we interacted with was very nice, and the ones we got to spend time with we built a bond and felt very welcome and that everyone truly wanted us to have an amazing experience. Wilca brought us welcome drinks and continued to make us feel special throughout our stay, greeting us and checking in with our needs daily. Jose Simeon was so helpful throughout the week, sending us helpful information daily, answering all of our questions, and thoroughly greeting and checking in with us every time he was around. Everyone at the spa was wonderful, Santa did amazing work! Everyone working in the pool bar and lunch area were so friendly and happy always checking in on us! Jennifer was very attentive, fast, and made delicious perfect drinks every time! Luisito made the best margarita pizza we have ever had, he is so talented. Fernando helped us at restaurants multiple nights and always was very kind and helpful. Room service was efficient and friendly. The housekeeping team was phenomenal and always made our room perfect and feeling like we were at home. We were so excited every night to come back so see the different flowers or details in the bed and bathroom they did to make it feel extra special. We were so thankful to have such a beautiful space to stay in and it was kept stocked and comfortable the entire stay. Benjamin was always around the 10/10 activities. There was such a fun variety and they were all so well done, relaxing, and overall a great time! We looked forward to attending the activities and felt excited to see Ben, Franklyn, Talia, and everyone else that helped with pottery, painting, Spanish Lessons, candle making, cigar rolling, coconut leaf hat making, jewelry making, and all the other interesting options! I loved aqua spinning and the instructor was funny and made the workout a great time with his energy and vibe. We loved yoga with Grace who led us through beautiful yoga flows. We enjoyed the different tastings at the lobby bar, like the martini tasting. Joel from the lobby bar was the most attentive bartender we have ever been served by. He was on top of making sure we were satisfied and was extremely attentive and friendly. He made us feel so welcome and made us want to stay longer since we loved spending the evening there with him. One of the highlights of our week was meeting amazing people like Joel and Wilca who we felt close to by the end of our time spent at the incredible Zoetry resort. A big part of what made our trip so special was not only how stunning the style and design of the buildings made you feel immersed, but the people on the team are the ones that made this trip above and beyond what we ever could have expected. We feel so lucky to have gotten to experience this teams genuine service, and we cannot wait to come back and visit our family soon! Thank you all for a phenomenal experience!

It was awesome. Being someone that doesn't drink, I thought it was going to be boring. It was so not the case. There were activities throughout the day and plenty of downtime. We met a nice could from England and enjoyed talking with them.

I recently returned from a four-night stay in Room 253 at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana from May 3–7, 2026. I am writing to formally document my experience for what was an unacceptable and deeply distressing stay. The purpose of this trip was to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, instead of a relaxing and enjoyable experience consistent with a property marketed as a 5-star luxury resort, my stay was overshadowed by serious cleanliness, maintenance, and health concerns. From the moment I arrived, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There was visible paint on the flooring, bugs in the room, and overall cleanliness issues that immediately raised concerns. For the record, prior to my arrival, I specifically requested a deep cleaning of the room in an email exchange with Chief Concierge Jessica Matos on April 29th. The most serious issue, however, was the numerous painful bites I sustained across my legs and body during my stay. Initially, I believed they were mosquito bites. However, given that the resort was reportedly fumigated three times daily, combined with the severity, clustering, pain, and persistence of the bites, it became increasingly clear that these were not mosquito bites, but bed bug bites. I raised these concerns with both Jessica Matos and the rooms manager, Magali Rodriguez. Before meeting with the hotel manager, I shared photographs of both the room conditions and the bed with Jessica. During my conversation with the hotel manager, I found her response dismissive as she repeatedly stated the numerous cleanliness certificates the resort was awarded. Although she acknowledged reviewing the photographs, she insisted the room had been properly cleaned. I also physically showed her the bites on my legs, and she minimized the situation by stating that “it is normal to experience bites.” I have traveled extensively globally, including the Caribbean and other tropical destinations and have never experienced anything remotely comparable. The condition and severity of these bites are entirely inconsistent with ordinary mosquito bites or sand flies (as suggested by Jorge Arribe the general manager), and strongly indicative of bed bugs. It is unacceptable that a property positioning itself as a luxury 5-star resort would expose guests to these conditions. Equally concerning was the hotel’s handling of the situation once it was reported. Yesterday, May 8, I called to speak with the general manager, Jorge Arribe, and was informed by Elisabeth, the front desk manager, that he would not be available until today, May 9. I just spoke with Jorge, who stated that following my call yesterday, a pest control team was sent to inspect the room and reported that no pests were found. Based on that, he indicated there is nothing further he can do. He also reiterated that I had previously been offered points and a complimentary massage by Magali. His response as the general manager is wholly insufficient and failed to address the seriousness of the issue. A massage and points does not compensate for the physical discomfort, disruption, distress, unsanitary conditions, or ruined birthday experience I endured. Additionally, my stay was further impacted by two separate periods of water loss to the room during the trip. This experience fell far below any reasonable hospitality standard and is entirely inconsistent with the level of service and accommodations represented online by Zoetry Agua Punta Cana as a 5-star resort.

From start to finish, this resort delivered an exceptional experience that exceeded expectations in every area. The service alone sets this place apart. Elizabeth, Wilca, and Jose were outstanding. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Every interaction felt personal, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. The dining experience was just as impressive. Every restaurant on the property delivered high-quality food, great presentation, and consistent service. Whether it was a full meal at Olena, Amaya, Piragua, or Indigo, or grabbing something quick from Coco Café, everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Even the in-room dining exceeded expectations, arriving on time and maintaining restaurant-level quality. The wellness amenities were another major highlight. The fitness center was spotless and equipped with newer, well-maintained machines, making it easy to stay on track with workouts. The spa and sauna areas were incredibly clean and relaxing, creating the perfect environment to unwind. And the massage therapists were truly world-class—skilled, attentive, and easily among the best we’ve experienced. Overall, this wasn’t just a vacation—it was a complete experience. Between the service, food, and wellness offerings, this resort gets everything right. We will absolutely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and memorable getaway.

This place is paradise. I have traveled to beaches the world over and this place is it! The cuisine is artful (I had never had breakfasts like these - they are terrific). The sand is fine-grained. The buildings are thatched-roof with native materials. The staff harvests coconuts from the trees daily. The ocean is emerald green near shore, crystal blue at a distance, and royal blue on the horizon. The rooms are oversized, with exquisite fixtures and slate facilities. The sitting porch provides an uncluttered view of the ocean. They speak English here, and the serving staff is relentless. As you relax in a wooden lounge on the beach, fresh bottled water appears. Later, when you awake, a frozen drink is sitting next to you. This place is not crowded and is intended to provide the isolation you deserve!

Zoetry is Pure Poetry.
Everything you HOPE for in an all-inclusive is presented exquisitely. Not a single buffet in sight. All meals are freshly prepared, even our special order paella. The seafood was so fresh I could have sworn I saw a staff member emerge from the ocean with my catch. From the moment you arrive, you know you are entering a private and exclusive resort - so much so, there's no name on the gate. An open entryway, extremely hospitable staff and very inviting accommodations. They have clearly thought of every possible detail - even on rainy days. Just don't fool yourself into thinking a quick trip will suffice.
