This was a 5 star experience. My wife and I spent 5 nights at Zoetry in January. I have read reviews lamenting the lack of restaurants and food choices, as well as the lack of entertainment options. My response: choose a large resort! We thoroughly enjoyed a garden view romantic suite. Ask for the 2nd floor so your room has a high vaulted ceiling. The room was peaceful, large, well appointed (though the AC never cooled it completely to below 75 degrees). The bathroom area was terrific, including the round tub , an excellent shower, double sinks and a separate toilet room. Room service was excellent. We appreciated having our "butler" available on WhatsApp. Thank you for the bottle of JW Black in the room! The pools are good size relative to the number of guests. They never were crowded. Seating at the pools and the beach was more than adequate. There are 3 dinner restaurants. They are beautifully decorated, with uncrowded seating. Though you cannot make reservations, we found only one delay in seating, at the European (mainly Italian) restaurant. Food was very good to excellent. Lunch at Indigo was delightful, as was breakfast at Amaya and Piragua. Such friendly service everywhere! The grounds are very pretty, with a large variety of well tended vegetation. A few negatives: the beach is OK but not great. The quality of the sand and the clarity of the water does not compare to the British Virgin Islands, where we usually vacation. The water was on the rough side for swimming. In addition, the areas on either side of the property are untended and messy. My wife went on the horse riding trip. There was no instruction about riding at the beginning (OK for her, since she knew what she was doing), no helmets were offered, and the trip made a stop (not previously disclosed) at a shopping venue on the beach. Not appreciated. In sum, this is a peaceful, beautiful, relaxing and elegant place for a beach vacation. You will feel very pampered. If you want "action," go somewhere else.

My husband and I like smaller resorts and Zoetry was perfect for us. From being greeted at the curb with a cool towel to our final farewell, the staff could not have been friendlier. Everyone said hello and offered to help. The room service 24 hours and mini bar in the room let us kick back and relax. Examples of the above and beyond: I cam home from a snorkeling excursion and plopped in a chair.-the woman was there straightening the room- she look at me, walked over and got the complimentary slippers and put them down in front of me. After relaxing in the span hot tubs, the attendant did a short facial & foot message. The best was our butler Enrique! I told him my husband wasn't feeling well one night, next think I knew there was a bowl of chicken soup delivered. He checked in with us several times every day to be sure we had everything we wanted. After deep sea fishing, they even cooked up a Mahi-Mahi we caught for our dinner. There were 2 things that could be improved on: the pools are not easy to get in or out of and the seafood restaurant was not up to standards, but no place is perfect. I will go back to Zoetry and recommend you go to!

We travelled to Zoetry Agua Punta Cana for a week’s vacation from the cold and snow. This was our first time at a smaller resort. The setting is beautifully landscaped and maintained. We were greeted with Welcome Home by everyone to the point that it seemed programmed. However, upon getting to know the wonderful, hardworking staff in every department, we appreciated the sincerity of their efforts to make this a memorable holiday. There are many positive comments to make about this resort. You never feel crowded here. There is lots of tranquil inducing accoutrements from the furnishings to the general ambience . The food is very good here and the restaurants and lack of buffet make for dining experiences . What will stand out for us however are the staff. Everyone we met was always pleasant. Happy staff make for happy guests. We would like to offer our special thanks to Enrique our butler and also to Jose who were very helpful in meeting our needs. Maria at Indigo was a delight to deal with and the waiters and servers worked as a team to make our mealtimes very enjoyable. We would like to mention especially Frank, Angel, Daniel, Abraham, Arva, Dio, Merilyn , Harland and Felipe whose respectful attention was much appreciated. Hector’s smiling greeting as he delivered our early morning coffee set the tone for each day. Our hostesses Jendy and Wanda always warmly greeted us by name! Our favourite restaurant was Amaya for dinner and Indigo for lunch. Our housekeeper Sonia and turndown maid Aleaida kept our room both clean and tastefully appointed. Joachim made fantastic drinks at the lobby bar as did Maria at Indigo, and Gilberto at the swim up bar ably assisted by Grizelle. There are no hassles about beach towels as they are plentiful, delivered and collected daily by Junior who was so pleasant in assisting us. Juan Carlos kept the pool very clean and was very kind. The beach is always clean and amply supplied with lounge chairs. This resort is very conducive to rest and relaxation. We appreciated the fact that there were no raucous parties or blaring music. The no check out time policy can mean considerable wait times as your room is being readied upon arrival. We noticed that the outdoor pools were difficult to access for any one with mobility problems. This was especially true of the swim up area where the steps into the pool had no railings. In summary, the resort is quiet, beautifully landscaped and maintained. The staff were exceptional especially those mentioned above, and we will miss their friendly, smiling faces very much.

We spent 4 days on the property, and enjoyed every minute. The staff was phenomenal, and the resort was in pristine shape. Keep up the levels, and the training. It shows in how everything was done the entire time.

As Zoetry Paraiso de la Bonita frequent guest we expected same if not more. Zoetry Agua did not leaved up to our expectations. Manager was nice enough to sit down with us and listen, agreed, and promised that they will be working on improvements. Lot to learn from MX counterpart.
