We have recently returned from our third visit to Jumby Bay and the resort just gets better and better. As soon as you step off the boat and onto the island, you have arrived in paradise. Most successful businesses are built by employing quality people and at Jumby Bay Andrew Hedley and his team have great people who are committed to delivering of the highest level of comfort and service to their guests. The longevity of service of many staff members provides a consistency and understanding of guest needs that is a clear benefit to visitors. The high number of repeat visits by guests is testament to the total quality provided. Four years on from our first visit to the island, it was fantastic to meet staff and guests we had met in the past. Rosewood as a hotel group focus heavily on the luxury end of the market and this is very evident from the upgrading carried out at Jumby Bay over the past two years. The work carried out in recent times to the Veranda Restaurant and more recently to the Estate House, continues to improve what is already a quite unique location in paradise, whilst retaining the authentic Caribbean ambiance of the location. It is also reassuring when talking to the staff as to how proud and pleased they are of the renovated Estate House and Jumby Bay in general as well as how everyone buys-in to the total service concept. The quality of the food at all restaurant locations continues to be varied and exceptional with chefs being only too pleased to accommodate modification requests to the published menus. Given the exceptional and improved location, service and total quality offered, Jumby Bay continues to represent excellent value for a top class holiday. Looking forward to returning next year.

My wife and I just spent three nights down at the Rosewood Resort at Jumby Bay. From the moment you arrive, they have a representative to meet you and from there everything was taken care of. We stayed in a beachside suite villa, it was simply amazing. We had a private beachside dinner and worked with the chef on our menu, which turned out to be a six course meal. We also had a private lunch catered in at Pasture Bay, just a short bike ride from our villa. One of the nights we ate in the wine room of the Estate House. Overall, I don't think we will be able to top this Resort and experience. The staff was so attentive and just great people. We hope to get back to Jumby Bay in the very near future!!!

Just returned from a 6 night stay at Jumby Bay. Not only a private and beautiful island, but top notch in every aspect. Food was fresh, locally sourced and flavorful. Staff was super attentive and went above and beyond for all guests. Looking forward to returning to this resort again.
My wife and I returned last weekend from our 20 year anniversary trip to Jumby Bay. I consider myself a pretty well-traveled person, and I have visited two other Rosewood resorts along the way (Caneel Bay back when it was a Rosewood and Little Dix Bay) - and this is easily the best resort we have ever been to. Physically, the property is beautiful. It feels small and intimate without feeling "too" small, and the white sand and crystal clear water quietly lapping on the beach is what you think about when you think "Caribbean". Our room was beautiful and we were without need the entire time we were there. Housekeeping and ice delivery occurred seamlessly without you ever really noticing they were there. The bluetooth soundbar was a nice amenity as we played music throughout. A. The food was quite simply the best culinary experience we have ever had - from breakfast through dinner. The newly renovated Estate House was nothing short of spectacular and a true first class experience. The fish tacos. The rigatoni at the Verandah. The steak sandwich at the pool grille. The Mahi. And last but not least: the tomahawk ribeye at the Estate House. Do not miss it. A+. The people. What brought this whole thing together into a true 1st class experience were the people of Jumby Bay. There was a genuineness about the manner in which they handled you and your family throughout that I have never experienced. I would name names, but it would be unfair to leave anyone's name out. We literally did not encounter a single member of the staff from landscaper to boat captain to wait staff to bartender to director who was anything less than genuinely interested in your visit and seeing to it that it went off without a hitch. It was amazing. We were so taken by this, we purchased a Jumby Bay coffee table book in the gift shop and had all the staff sign it. A++. What else can you say? This was true paradise for us. And we will certainly be back.
