Cocobay Resort

The location is beautiful and the pools have incredible views. We stayed in an ocean view private pool suite, which was well appointed and comfortable. Check in was long and we ended up hauling our bags to our room. The all inclusive nature, however, left something to be desired. The food options typically weren’t open as posted online so you had the figure that out real time. The resort menus are mid at best. Sheer Rocks, the separately owned restaurant at the same location, has far superior food. We opted for the private floating sushi in our room. The sushi was very good, but if we hadn’t checked, double checked, and followed up, then our experience was firstly not on their schedule at all, then slated for the wrong room, then the wrong time. That’s really the story of the experience. If you book something, be sure to hold their hand through it or it likely won’t happen as the same situation happened with a champagne gift from our relatives that nearly didn’t arrive. Stay over at Admiral’s Inn in English Harbour. It’s not all inclusive, so the food is much better, their service is excellent and they’ll actually bring your bags to your room. Ohh and it’s a quarter the cost of Coco Bay.

We returned to this adult-only resort after a wonderful stay two years ago, and this time we brought friends along to share the experience. Once again, the food, location, and rooms were absolutely amazing. Most of the staff members are the heartbeat of this place—incredible, kind, warming, and genuinely sweet people who make you feel right at home. Hats off to the staff for making our trip memorable and wanting to come back again. Special thanks to Reed, Marlon, Lorenzo, Germaine, my girls Saiska, Lisa, the lovely Aaliyah, and Sandy. Wonderful dinner and drinks at the cliffside with Kerry and the extremely talented mixologist Melinda, and to do many more beautiful people. Love you all!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Views by the sunset pool were incredible! The excursions were great and easy to book through the front desk. Food was really good and the coffee bar open all day was wonderful!! Would highly recommend for a couple looking for an intimate getaway!

From the second we arrived at Cocobay we loved it. The staff are all friendly and attentive. The food is excellent, high quality and well prepared, even adapted items when requested, nothing was too much trouble. Cottage is cleaned daily and we had plenty of fresh towels. Beach towels readily available for pool or beach use, staff take drink orders while on the beach too which was great. Took a trip to Shirley Heights, staff arranged transport for us. Also took a helicopter flight over the island and Monserrat, brilliant experience. Dinner at the Sheer Rocks restaurant for our anniversary was extra special. Cannot wait to visit again, thank you Cocobay!

Everything we hoped for and more. Absolutely stunning apartment with a much welcomed plunge pool. The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Always greeted with a happy smile and asked if they could do anything for us . The food was top class and superbly presented at every meal. Lots of choice and no buffet food. Felt like we were eating in a top class restaurant every day. The whole resort had a chilled vibe. Will definitely visit again. The guys on the beach also did a superb job with getting us drinks and food if we wanted it.
