Cocobay Resort

WOW!!! Literally 10/10 experience, this resort exceeded my expectations, they’ve definitely gained returners! This resort is stunning, I loved waking up to gorgeous views of the beach, and enjoyed the beach at the hotel—the water is so clear! Something I was nervous about was the lack of food options for an all inclusive, however I quickly learned that isn’t an issue here at all! I never went hungry, and found myself stuffed instead! The food—the food was sooooo good, as a foodie, I was in paradise! The menu changed daily, and there was always something new and tasty to try. Also, I highly recommend you do yourself a favor and try the local breakfast! The room was beautiful, the pools beautiful and relaxing, and the staff—all stars! Everyone made us feel like family—I didn’t get everyone’s names, but thank you to everyone we met, from the housekeeper, to the receptionists, the restaurant staff and chefs—literally the best! Also a special thank you to Kemlin who provided the best customer care experience! Can’t wait for our next visit!

Cocobay Resort was 10/10 all around experience. The people working could not be more thoughtful or respectful and you can tell their main priority is to make your stay as best they can. We were in the Bougainvillea suite on the water and WOW, it was truly magical! The food on the preset menus they offer were all delicious and we were so presently surprised as we are on the pickier side of eaters (they have a burger on the menu each night just incase). Our week ended with the Caribbean Cookout party and was just the best time!! We will 100% be returning and are already counting down the days!!! -a 20 something year old couple celebrating their honeymoon ❤️

Most amazing week of my Bride and I’s life. From the staff to the location to everything in between this place is simply 5 Stars in every sense. We will be back and we cannot wait to be.

We have the most relaxing honeymoon at CocoBay! The food, service, people, and amenities were perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our cottage with a private plunge pool. We hope to be back soon!

My husband and I went to Cocobay for our 20th anniversary. We stayed in the Premium Pool Suite. We stayed in the Conch; every cottage is named. The Conch is located at the very end of the resort, lots of walking. If that is not for you, you may want to ask for another cottage. I filled out the check-in information prior to getting to the resort and we were taken to our room immediately. The room and plunge pool were clean, and the air conditioner worked well. The food is delicious, the best food I've had at an all-inclusive resort. The chef came out to meet us. I know some people didn't like the portion sizes, but it didn't bother me. Plus, you can request another serving, if it's not enough. Great coffee at the coffee shop. Drinks are watered down what I expect at an all-inclusive. I recommend bringing your own bottle of liquor if this is a problem for you. The grounds are clean and the vegetation is lush. The water is so beautiful, I took so many pictures. We got massages while there and I definitely recommend. The massage therapists were very nice and friendly. As far as the service it is very lax, and lukewarm. You will have to wait for drinks and towels etc. I feel like it just comes with the country in general everything is slowed down. We had a few great bartenders, waiters, and waitresses. Jalon-was our waiter when we did the Romantic dinner and he was great; his laugh and energy is contagious. Awesome bartenders-Vinya and Lyndell Waitresses-Indria, Samantha, Sabrina, Shawamana, Denise, Shenika. I also wanted to include Jermaine and Jarvine very friendly and accommodating.
