Service was sub par, especially at the pool. I’ve been near the pool for 5 hours and not one waitstaff has come. We were here 2 years ago and were very happy with the experience, it is a different place now. @Hyatt bought Zoetry and it doesn’t appear to be a positive change. Cabo is a beautiful place and we thought we had found our spot at Zoetry but this visit has changed our minds. We will be researching other options in Cabo….where service is a priority.

My husband and I and a few days to enjoy the Zoetry Casa del Mar over Christmas. It was exactly what we were looking for, beautiful ocean front property, friendly service, not overcrowded, well appointed suites. The grounds are meticulously cared for; the bougainvillea's and cactus line the well manicured property. Upon arrival, you already have the impression you are somewhere special. We were greeted by Fernando, Benjamin the Concierge, and my favorite lady at the reception desk, Nelly. The staff was more than friendly and attentive. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite (building 2, fourth floor) it had an small infinity pool on the balcony with a spectacular view. Note, Building 2 is not directly connected to the main building, there is a short walk to the larger pool and lobby, but there is a nice quiet pool directly in front for the guests in the building. There is fresh fruit, tequila, bubbles, and soft drinks stocked in our room when we arrive. The food was overall good. I highly recommend the short ribs at Saltwater. Saltwater is a great place for dinner on the beach, live music, really pleasant staff like Sylvia, Allen, and Toni. Pours were generous at all bars and the selection of alcohol was great. My favorite experience, the Spa. It was so relaxing and I highly recommend Omar! The people that live at the condos on the property and the guests who stay at the property could not have been more friendly. This is not a mega resort and I would not recommend for children. It's quiet, it's restful and beautiful. Just what we needed!

Amazing experience. Beautiful Property loved everything about it. Highly recommended. The food and service was outstanding. The pools were not overcrowded and well maintained. Food was excellent. Everybody was very courteous. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Bathroom supply was high quality. Beautiful flowers and plantations all over the huge property. The beach was clean and beautiful.

The Zoetry is disappointing at best. We have stayed at the Zadun, JW, Griffin Club, and Solaz. The Zoetry is certainly at the bottom of the list. The property is pretty and tranquil. The staff is friendly, but the level of service is disappointing. Rooms are falling into disrepair and any fixes are difficult to come by. Every room upon checkin had something broken and some repairs took 3 days. For an all inclusive, ordering food is a challenge and the quality is virtually inedible. I have asked to speak to a manager for three days and have yet to meet one. For three days in a row, housekeeping has either not shown up or simply not delivered towels and other expected amenities. The location in Cabo is great which is a plus because you will want to go out for most meals.

My husband and I just came back from taking our Luxury Link vacation at the Zoëtry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos, and the vacation was wonderful! We were unsure about the value of package, but upon arrival at Zoëtry it was clear that the accommodations were first class all the way. The resort was truly amazing. It seemed too good to be true - but it wasn't!

We wanted a relaxing vacation at a five-star resort and we found it at Zoëtry Casa Del Mar in Cabo. Elegant, exclusive, quiet, beautifully located property with excellent service and fine food. Our suite was perfect, the view was breathtaking, and the restaurant located right on the beach was charming. We practically had the place to ourselves.
