We loved our visit to the Residencias at Casa Del Mar. It's a quiet boutique hotel and time share property located half way between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. The condo was fantastic. Granite counters, European appliances and a well furnished living area. The kids loved the plunge pool, a.k.a. hot tub on the covered deck. The beach front property was quite walkable. Each building had a pool right out back and it was a quick walk to the beach. The beach has covered day beds and chairs for relaxing. There is a casita with restrooms. There was beach service from the pool bar. It it was easier to bring a small cooler with drinks and snacks to the beach. The water was too rough for swimming, but fun to walk down the beach enjoying the crashing waves of the Sea. The main pool is very nice with swim up bar and infinity style design.each afternoon the pool area was our last stop for relaxation before dressing for dinner. The property has one restaurant and the food was good. The Sunday brunch was super. Live music and authentic Mexican breakfast made for a wonderful morning. We also attended a special dinner they held on the patio in the lobby. Service was excellent and the menu options diverse. We did agree to sit through the time share presentation. They provided enough of an incentive to buy an hour of my time. Not a high pressure closing at the end. We left and we took our goodies. The staff at the property was great. The bellmen/valets Eddie and Freddie were awesome. Two young guys that were always at the top of their game with a hello, may I help you and quite often a joke. They were a pleasure to meet. I look forward to our return to Casa Del Mar. None of the crowd and craziness of Cabo but all the befits of great weather and a beautiful setting.

We've been staying at this resort for several years now, back to when it was Zoetry - and have loved the location. We stayed in an ocean front master suite - spacious and nice with a private deck overlooking the beach and ocean. We were well taken care of by the bell-staff of Freddy & Eddy, the bar staff of Marco, Zacharias and Louis as well as in the restaurant by José every morning for breakfast and evening for dinner. I only would have changed two things: it was extremely warm and humid, and the AC couldn't cool the room much below 76° - but with the ceiling fans on, it stayed comfortable. We were told the AC units were going to be upgraded. The other is transportation to Cabo Real Golf Course - which there is none. They have to call you a cab, and although the course is right across the street - it's a $15 cab ride (each way) with a small tip. I was told it was for insurance reasons they couldn't take any of their property vehicles off the immediate property. Other than these two things - our stay was quiet, relaxing and exactly as we expected.

We had a very relaxing experience. Loved the beautiful location right on the beach. All the rooms seem to have a wonderful ocean view even if you are not right on the beach. Excellent wait staff and service, they really made an effort to help and be there to answer questions and make us feel comfortable. We felt a little isolated and there was limited food choices on the resort. We were only 20 minutes from downtown Cabo, but the taxi was very expensive. We ended up renting a car (an unexpected expense), although the staff was very helpful in getting us set up with a car. It would have been nice to have a little mini convenience store on site for things we forgot at home and snacks.

This hotel appeared to have mixed summaries on this site. However we decided to take a leap of faith, and what a good choice we made. The site was fantastically pleasing on the eyes, the room was comfortable and the view was perfect. During our stay the establishment was next to empty which for us was perfect. Rooms Were clean comfortable and presentable. Food on offer was good although slightly short on options. There is little I can fault with this hotel, it's services or it's wonderful views. I will certainly be back. Perhaps the only minor complaint was the price of alcohol.

Loved our week in the corridor between San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Great location, super accommodations, excellent staff. Quite time of year at resort which we prefer( went in August), but nice tours and outings if you want to partake. We did the Tequila tour and Sunset Dinner Cruise which were nice. Highly recommend doing the walk at the art district in San Jose Del Cabo. Lots of great vendors, restaurants and great craft brewery at 12 Onzas. Lunch at Local Uno was fantastic and reasonably priced. Wonderful traditional Mexican dinner at Los Guacamaya in Cabo San Lucas. We did rent a car for one day, but also traveled a lot by bus into both Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. Very safe, inexpensive, frequent run times all day, and you get to meet some of the locals.
