Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos

This resort is stunningly beautiful, well cared for and maintaned and a lovely, quiet location. If you are looking for a serene, layed back 'spa-like' atmosphere without all the hub-bub of the typical all-inclusive resort, then this is the place to be! The smaller resort ambiance with hacienda-style main buillding was worth every penny! Gardens, landscaping, pool and beach are 10/10. We had no issues getting around but if you are mobility challenged, it could pose some difficulties (steep ramps, many stairs) Although not an adult-only resort, we found that the younger visitors fit in well because the vibe of this resort is calmer and not 'kid-centered'. There are only 2 main restaurants (and one bar serving food) but the menu selection is extensive so we never felt like we were limited in choices. For our 10 day stay we could have had something different at every meal (although we did find favorites that were worth repeating). Food consistently arrrived hot and fresh, and very delicious! The daily food 'events' were also of a very high quality, we made sure to take advantage of them all. Service at all 3 restaurants was fantastic, all the staff & servers are very friendly and professional. The drinks were excellent, the bartenders are very accommodating with non-alcoholic beverage options and willing to create custom drink choices. Good selection of quality spirits. We had booked a room with king bed and hot tub, the hot tub suites/rooms are in a building a fair walk away from the main pool and beach, but the grounds are so lovely to walk, and the view overall was post-card beautiful. The hot tub unfortunately needed maintenance that couldn't be completed during our stay, but they provided us an upgraded room in compensation...this turned out to be a lovely change, we ended up with an ocean front room and enjoyed the solitude of the expansive beach and sound of the surf. Both rooms were beautiful, the second one especially so and very clean and well-maintainted. Housekeeping was consistently excellent, we never lacked for anything. Daily activies were really enjoyable and entertainment staff made each activity great fun! The pools are clean and a good temperature, the fountains made for a nice background ambiance. Pool loungers are super comfortable with thick cushions which have clean terry-cloth covers refreshed daily. We never had any issues trying to find a place to sit with as much sun or shade as we could ever want. The beach is expansive and well groomed. Even though the water is un-swimmable (surf is very intense) we enjoyed the sights and sounds of the ocean, the water is such a gorgeous turquoise color and the perfect backdrop for the Saltwater restaurant. I can't say enough about how wonderful this resort is and how much we enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered, from groundskeepers, gardeners, servers, maintenance, housekeeping, entertainment team - you name it - were so engaging and friendly - the people working here are an integral part of the whole experience. We will definitely return again.

Eduardo Rodriguez Garcia was very friendly and attentive while we dined. He always greeted us with a warm smile and made sure everything was just right!

We loved everything about Zoetry Casa del Mar! The entire resort and grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well maintained. Our room ( Ocean View Junior Suite) was very clean and well appointed. If you want to be close to everything, request a room in the Hacienda (main) building. The service was excellent in all areas, from housekeeping, servers, bartenders, concierge, front desk, etc. We enjoyed that it was a smaller resort, felt intimate and more personalized. We were sad to leave when the week was up and can't wait to go back!

Zoetry is the best~very beautiful & relaxed resort. Their staff is top notch. Please please tip the staff~ they get paid an equivalent of $4USD/hour. They are so humble & hardworking! To shoutout a few of the amazing staff: (At Arroyo breakfast) Mary Jessimiel Alvaro Captain Diego Hostess Estefani Chef Alejandio (the food is AMAZING & lots of healthy options) (At Saltwater) Daniel Cesar Alejandro Both female hostesses (not sure of their names) (Pool Bar) Jose Marcos (Maid) Veronica Rooms are modern, well air conditioned. No loud music anywhere, beautiful giant waves, amazing landscaping, not too busy. My only suggestion is there’s not really any shows/entertainment after dinner. We saw live music once during our 7 day stay. But we are early sleepers so we didn’t mind. Oh & just be cautious of people that come in on the day pass~one lady I believe may have been trying to bait me onto the beach at night which was suspicious. We didn’t see her after that day. The maids do an amazing job too. Would stay again! 5 stars!!!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
