Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos

Beautiful boutique resort that made it so easy to relax on day one of our stay and the bellman Manuel is amazing, so friendly and truly made our stay wonderful.

The all-inclusive resort is outstanding in every way. The staff was extremely impressive and would go out of their way to make sure they understood what it was you wanted and how to make it happen. While all of the staff were super accommodating, I can mention a few who contributed to the excellent experience: César, El Arroyo Valeria, Saltwater Álvaro, El Arroyo The food was exceptional, fresh, and of excellent presentation, and the service was as good as it gets. This is truly a top-class resort that gives a top-class experience! The rooms are well-appointed, and the staff provided everything you need to make you comfortable. Everything is spotless and sanitized, with maid service offered three times a day, and a well-stocked refrigerator and snack area with the drinks and snacks you enjoy most. We loved the golf cart service that took us from one place to another as we needed and hardly had to wait more than 4 or 5 minutes once we called to get one. The grounds are beautiful and very well-manicured. The lawn is managed manually rather than chemically. We loved being able to do our yoga and Tai Chi classes barefoot on the grass. The fitness instruction was excellent and tailored to our fitness level. The gym is well-appointed, and towels and fresh juice refreshments were provided in both the gym and the outside exercise areas. There's plenty of staff nearby. I look forward to coming back again.

The Zoetry resort was an awesome experience. We were there four our 20th anniversary and the staff went out of their way to make it a great experience. We were able to relax and have our needs met by the friendly, courteous crew at the resort. The food was wonderful and the experience was one I'll be eager to have again!

The room was spacious and we liked the outside jacuzzi. I would say one lounge chair wasn’t enough for a family & when requested one more was told there are no more but hotel was maybe 25% full so little flexibility. It would be nice to include at least 1 item detergent for washer or at least sell it in store. The Saltwater did not have good sushi when we arrived so we ended up going out to dinner every night rather than eating dinner here. Too many great restaurants and options in Cabo. Arroyo Restaurant was good for breakfast & lunch. Mary was awesome and attentive. Alvaro, Hessiniel, chef Alejandro & Stephania was good too. My wife found security guard rude at times. Personally I wasn’t a fan as for 5 days no issues with Ubers going in and out. Then last 2 days told us we needed to call in driver with license plate. Then uber drivers would get lost the last / data as security guard would send them to lobby vs Acuario I. Pool service was good and maid service. There really should be another high end restaurant here like next door. Not really set up for a nice dinner. The ambience is nice and fairly quiet.

Second time at the Zoetry never disappoints. They arranged our 25 year vow renewal ceremony. Everything was perfect. The food was fantastic. The staff is the best part. They make you feel like your the most important people. I will continue to visit the Zoetry every year.
