This was my husband’s & my sixth stay @ Zoetry Casa Del Mar. We love this place so much. The place is just a tropical heaven. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. The combination of the ocean & mountain views, the beautiful hotel, the cleanliness and well-kept style of the place, the amazing gardens all around the villas & hotel, the sunrises & sunsets—all of it. It’s just marvelous! It feels like home to us now. The staff who know us are always so welcoming, & we love & care about them all very much. They probably think that we forget all about them once we get back home—but we don’t. We think about these folks often & even pray for them while we are back at home. We always love to see Gabriel at the Reflections pool bar/restaurant & area. We have known him the longest of everyone left at Zoetry. He is an amazing hard-worker! His smile & warmth are just the best! His new boss, also named, Gabriel, was so kind & welcoming to us, as well. He also kindly took some great farewell photos of us the morn we left. (Thank you both so very much)! Javier was a joyful presence to us each day, always asking how we were doing & if there was anything we needed. I had one day where my back was bothering me and I was not feeling well, and he checked with my husband to make sure I was doing ok (such a caring, great guy). Toni @ Maguay Bar was always kind to us & took great care of us, too. My husband always looks forward to seeing him when he goes on his, “drink runs,” in the early eve while I’m getting ready for supper, lol. Thank you much, sweet Toni! My husband & I are beach lovers—we live in Kansas, so we only get to see the ocean 1-2X/year. We have a very stressful life back here at home – – & being by the sea is both healing & restful for us. So tho we love the staff at the pool too, we spend all our time down on the sand. The guys at Saltwater beach bar, Cesar, Carlos & Alan, were just fabulous, as always! They made us laugh, kindly took care of us, made us delish drinks, & gave us speedy service! Such positive, happy spirits! Cesar kindly helped make me an ice pack all day one day when my back was hurting terribly so that I could keep ice on my back. He was so kind and generous about it, & even asked my husband the next day if I was feeling better. (Bless & thank you, Cesar)! The three beach waiters who took the most care of us all week were: Yahir, Fidel & Jose. They were absolutely PERFECT. Yahir is so sweet & funny. We missed him when he left us to go work at the pool. He made sure we were never lacking anything. Yahir here was speedy and sharp in his care for us! He was always kind to us and treated us so respectfully. Loved him! Fidel’s warm heart & adorable dimple-laden smile are a joy! Fidel also worked so hard on the beach and always made sure we had what we needed. Yahir & Fidel both made sure my beach chair was there ready for me every day (I like the sun but my husband likes the Bali bed shade), & learned very quickly what we liked & always generously brought it for us. They did so with good hearts & genuine smiles. What amazing young men they are! I felt badly that Fidel left before I could say goodbye because I took too long of a seashell walk, lol. I was sad about this and felt so badly for missing saying goodbye to you, amigo! Thank you for taking care of us, Fidel. I hope we see you next year! Jose filled-in for Yahir one day & tho we didn’t get to know him as much as we did Yahir & Fidel, he took excellent care of us & was just so kind to us. We had the best service we have ever had at Zoetry on this trip. It just feels like the staff really connects with each other & with guests even more now, & that everyone is happy to be there. We absolutely loved seeing and feeling this. It meant so much to us. Jacoba was our server at Arroyo one eve. He was absolutely wonderful! He was so kind, friendly, funny, and caring. He made our dinner so special. We really appreciated him and loved him very much. The service, drinks and food at Zoetry Casa Del Mar are absolutely fabulous (muchas gracias, chefs)! Every time we called the front desk and asked for anything, it was at our door within 15-minutes. You guys are so amazing! We love this place so much and hope to make it our home one day. We are hoping to buy a condo on the property down the road in the next 5-10 years when Matt retires, (God willing). Then we can see you all more often and hopefully be a blessing to you right back. You guys are the best. We wish you all much success and blessings in your lives. Please feel free to FB friend me and keep in touch. Hope to see you all soon. Your bosses should do everything they can to keep you all and I hope they are taking good care of you. You deserve the very best. Much love~ Stephanie Teagarden

Zoetry Casa del Mar was my favorite all inclusive resort I have been to. The resort was beautiful and the service was top notch. Some of our favorite staff members were Felix, Alan, Gabriel. I know I'm forgetting some of them, they really were fantastic! We were treated so well and will definitely be back to this resort!

We had an incredible three nights stay at Zoetry Casa Del Mar! We loved it so much we added a day. The attention to detail, peaceful but fun vibe, incredible food, and staff made our experience. Shout out to Fernando at the front desk and Jose at the pool for their fantastic service. We stayed in the Pelicano building on the third floor and had an amazing view over the desert garden and ocean (highly recommend this room & building). It was a one minute walk to everything but felt more private and peaceful than those overlooking the main pool. The room was well appointed and restocked frequently. The hotel app made ordering room service (which was excellent), toiletries etc. very easy. The food lived up to its reputation and was thoughtful, varied, and delicious (and we’re saying this after staying in San Jose Del Cabo and eating at many of the Michelin recommended restaurants in the town). You could easily stay a week and not eat the same thing - they were also very open to modifying anything for dietary restrictions. Breakfast at El Arroyo was the best (dinner not as great but we only went one night), suggest eating at the pool or Salt Water for lunch, and then Salt Water for dinner is a must. The Mediterranean sea bass and short rib were standouts! Highly recommend being at the hotel for the Friday night Mexican Night where they have a live performance and incredible food to try - made it very fun to experience classic dishes and more authentic dishes. I also enjoyed yoga class each morning on the lawn, as well my husband and I did the tequila tasting and the wine & cheese night on Wednesdays. Perfect way of offering activities but still felt peaceful and relaxing throughout the day at the property. We also got to take in the mini experience at the spa - chose the cranial treatment and it was perfection. Spa is expensive and we only had three nights at property, so didn’t go back although it’s a lovely spa (nicer than the photos look). Overall would say for guests lots of couples mid-30s to 70s and small groups of friends or families with adult children. Around 4pm each day the main pool gets a little busier around the bar area which if fun, but everyone had a similar vibe and it could be social if you wanted it relaxing. The only note we and other travellers mentioned is it would be nice if the swim up bar was open until 6pm (even a limited menu). The weather and sunset are beautiful and many folks lingered in the pool to enjoy. You can of course go inside to the sports bar to order not as convenient when in the pool. In terms of location, you are close to the airport, and there are other nice hotels beside you (although not easy to walk to them per se), and would say going into San Jose Del Cabo for art walk is a must. We actually stayed just outside of the town for a week before coming to the Zoetry in the hotel corridor which was overall more remote and tranquil hotel. We had an amazing honeymoon stay and will most certainly be back! We would spend 3 nights in San Jose Del Cabo town to enjoy the art, culture, food and then come to Zoetry for a week of relaxation, sunshine, great food and beautify property.

Had fantastic time @ the Zoëtry Casa Del Mar. This is our 2nd time at this resort and had a perfectly relaxing experience. Room was comfortable and well maintained. Housekeeping visited twice daily for morning makeover and evening turndown. Pool was clean and well maintained. Service poolside kept drinks and food always available. Breakfast was at the Arroyo, with the waitstaff the best around. Mari, Alvaro, Jessimiel, were our regulars and provided excellent, personalized care. The hostess, Estefani made sure we had an outdoor table with spectacular morning views of the ocean. A great way to start the day. Lunch and dinner was Surf Side with great Cerviche, Sushi rolls for lunch and a delicious dinner menu. All this was complimented by an attentive waitstaff, hostess, food manager, and bar staff. The sunset view at dinner was the best ever. We never once left the resort because nothing could make our vacation more complete.

My husband and I just came back from taking our Luxury Link vacation at the Zoëtry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos, and the vacation was wonderful! We were unsure about the value of package, but upon arrival at Zoëtry it was clear that the accommodations were first class all the way. The resort was truly amazing. It seemed too good to be true - but it wasn't!

We wanted a relaxing vacation at a five-star resort and we found it at Zoëtry Casa Del Mar in Cabo. Elegant, exclusive, quiet, beautifully located property with excellent service and fine food. Our suite was perfect, the view was breathtaking, and the restaurant located right on the beach was charming. We practically had the place to ourselves.
