We just spent four night here on fall break and we really liked it! The staff was so nice, our bell man Eduardo was so nice and always there to accommodate us with anything we needed. My wife and I had our 10 and 13 year old kids with us so we had two adjoining beach front rooms, villa 1203 and 1204. The rooms were spacious with big tubs and nice white marble rain showers. The restaurant is definitely worth eating at, they offer great outdoor seating with views of the beach and ocean and the good was really good. And surprisingly the prices were very reasonable, not what I had expected at a beach front resort. It was very peaceful and relaxing and it would make for a great romantic getaway or well suited for a family getaway. All the staff that we met or encountered were so friendly and nice, all spoke good English so their was never a Communication barrier. We've been to Cabo dozens of times but this was our first stay here and we were vary happy with everything and we will definitely stay here again. Patrick Scottsdale Az.

We have visited this resort twice. Nicely appointed large junior suites with ocean view. The staff is exceptionally accommodating. The resort now offers a breakfast buffet with chiliquiles that are noteworthy. The resort is under new management with a higher emphasis on sales of properties and excursions which lowered our enjoyment this visit. I would recommend an upgrade to the fitness center. If you are looking for a boutique resort that is quiet, relaxing and accommodating, this would be on the short list to stay in the San Jose del Cabo area.

This resort is a first class place. Pools were pretty, food was good(especially the tuna lunch tostada) and staff was nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because a hurricane hit while we were there and our villa lost power and water was coming through the doors. When I asked the front desk if they could put us in a different, much less nice room that had power, they said yes but we're trying to charge full price which I found to be shocking. Other than that the experience there before the storm was top notch. I would recommend it to visitors. Also, the Golf course Cabo Real was right across the street too which was convenient.

I had the best time!! It was truly paradise, and I was treated like a queen. I was treated like family, and as if I had been there many times (this being my first) Highly Recommend to anyone, family, single, couple. Beautiful!

We loved our visit to the Residencias at Casa Del Mar. It's a quiet boutique hotel and time share property located half way between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose Del Cabo. The condo was fantastic. Granite counters, European appliances and a well furnished living area. The kids loved the plunge pool, a.k.a. hot tub on the covered deck. The beach front property was quite walkable. Each building had a pool right out back and it was a quick walk to the beach. The beach has covered day beds and chairs for relaxing. There is a casita with restrooms. There was beach service from the pool bar. It it was easier to bring a small cooler with drinks and snacks to the beach. The water was too rough for swimming, but fun to walk down the beach enjoying the crashing waves of the Sea. The main pool is very nice with swim up bar and infinity style design.each afternoon the pool area was our last stop for relaxation before dressing for dinner. The property has one restaurant and the food was good. The Sunday brunch was super. Live music and authentic Mexican breakfast made for a wonderful morning. We also attended a special dinner they held on the patio in the lobby. Service was excellent and the menu options diverse. We did agree to sit through the time share presentation. They provided enough of an incentive to buy an hour of my time. Not a high pressure closing at the end. We left and we took our goodies. The staff at the property was great. The bellmen/valets Eddie and Freddie were awesome. Two young guys that were always at the top of their game with a hello, may I help you and quite often a joke. They were a pleasure to meet. I look forward to our return to Casa Del Mar. None of the crowd and craziness of Cabo but all the befits of great weather and a beautiful setting.
