Relaxing Vacation at The Marquis
Experience was amazing! From Monty in entertainment to the pool waitstaff and the dining staff! I will definitely be back! We were celebrating my birthday and everyone made me feel extra special! I was looking for a way to celebrate with a relaxing week and this resort definitely delivered!

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, with an amazing view and top-tier customer service. The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, I would have given this experience five stars if it weren’t for an ongoing issue with ants in our room. Every time I called, the staff immediately came to spray and address the problem, so I really appreciated how quickly they responded. However, despite their efforts, the ants continued to come back and eventually ended up all over our toiletries, which was frustrating and uncomfortable.

All the staff was great and the food was amazing ! Jonathan from the lobby was so accommodating. MariCruz from dos mares was so knowledgeable. Sergio pool cabana service was top notch .

Our experience at the Marquis was excellent! Adriana not only welcomed us to breakfast each morning but she remembered our names, room number and dietary restrictions. Isabel and Sergio L. made sure we had whatever we wanted during the day. Monty and the entertainment team worked hard in the hot sun to design fun and inclusive activities. The managers, Fernanda, Javier, and Angel addressed challenges quickly. I highly recommend the Marquis!
