Sergio López was an excellent waiter! He was always attentive, friendly, and ready to help, with a smile every time we needed something. His outstanding service made our experience even more enjoyable. I loved both his hospitality and the resort overall. I highly recommend him and the resort, and I look forward to coming back soon!

Esmeralda y Monte de Entretaitment team were fabulous We were excited about the Shot_Arco game but it didn't happen Great and beautiful property but is in need of more activities and places to chill and just relax Overall great property with excellent customer service.

Great stay!
Sergio López was the best poolside server ! Drinks were coming every 5 minutes. Great recommendations. He also accommodated us extremely well. Definitely an experience to remember. Until next time !
