Monty (Monserrat) was an amazing staff member! She was part of the entertainment team and truly made the experience special. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and had a great sense of humor that always brought a smile and a good laugh. Her positive energy and friendly personality made everything more enjoyable, and she did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained. Monty went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. She’s definitely an asset to the entertainment team, and I highly recommend her! We had an amazing stay at Marquis Los Cabos! The resort was beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the room service was consistently quick and excellent. One thing that really stood out to us was how friendly, welcoming, and accommodating all the staff were. We had a dietary restriction of no-alcohol, and everyone was incredibly understanding and happy to accommodate us. The staff even went out of their way to suggest delicious mocktails. We really appreciated how thoughtful everyone was in making sure we could fully enjoy our experience. A special thank you to Anthony, who was particularly friendly, attentive, and accommodating. He made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to ensure our needs were taken care of. His kindness and excellent service were truly appreciated and added to our wonderful experience. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better getaway. Between the beautiful resort, relaxing atmosphere, clean rooms, excellent room service, and genuinely wonderful staff, everything made for a memorable stay. We highly recommend Marquis Los Cabos and would absolutely love to return!

The customer service is absolutely perfect! The room was perfect! The lobby and the entertainment in the lobby was awesome and very comfortable! However, the entertainment situated downstairs by the main bar was nice but veryhot. There needs to be multiple fans in that area because watching those shows gets extremely uncomfortable due to the poor circulation of air. But overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back next year in November to watch the whales! Hopefully by then theywill have additional fans for air circulation in the entertainment areas.
