Marquis Los Cabos

Third time to the Marquis & Does not disappoint. Beautiful pools, Good food, great service, quiet & relaxing atmosphere .

We just returned from our 5-year anniversary trip at Marquis Los Cabos and it was superb from start to finish. Everything truly felt like a solid 5 stars. The food was excellent across the board, and the service was top-notch. Our wait staff remembered our names, which made every meal feel personal and special. We took full advantage of the free 24/7 room service and used it often — it was convenient and consistently high quality. The grounds were spotless and beautifully maintained. The pools are gorgeous, and the resort is the perfect size — small enough that everything felt intimate and never overly crowded. The entertainment team was fantastic, with a different event at the main pool every night. Booking tours was easy, and we highly recommend the sunset dinner cruise. One note: you can walk the beach, but there’s no swimming in the ocean. That didn’t take away from the overall experience for us at all. We loved how relaxed and well-run everything was. Highly recommend Marquis Los Cabos for anyone looking for a beautiful, intimate all-inclusive stay.

After 5 nights here, I have lots of thoughts! Check in was a good and easy process, and they kindly gave us a tour of the resort on the way to our room which we really appreciated. We stayed in a double bed ocean view room, and the view was spectacular for the price point. The all facing ocean rooms for no upgrade was one of the selling points for us, and it was totally beautiful! The room was nice and clean. Dinner required reservations which we made ahead of time. We ate dinner at each restaurant minus the seafood one (it was a multiple course meal but was a little too fancy for our tastes), and the French restaurant. All of the food we had at dinner was good, but nothing blew us away. Never had a single dessert in any of the restaurants that was even worth eating which made me very sad. Lunch was our favorite meal. Whether you’re eating poolside, at dos mares, or even upstairs in Vista B - everything was delicious! For breakfast we found room service to be the way to go. Everything was fresher, and a lot more flavor. Really good pancakes and French toast! As far as alcohol goes, we were overall disappointed. Drinks from the poolside bar were watered down. Bar superio didn’t open until 3:15ish, which was the best bar. Most people would stick to beer and mimosas until the upstairs bar opened where they could get a quality cocktail. One thing we did not enjoy about every single bar was that if you walked up to it to order a drink for yourself, they made it feel like an inconvenience. They want you to wait around for a server. All the other resorts we’ve been to, the bartenders were extremely friendly and fun - not here. We tipped them everyday heavily in hopes it would make for a better experience but it really didn’t most of the time. So we were disappointed with our experience at all the bars. Had to order extra shots to pour in our drinks. They did small shows every night - they were okay but we’ve seen better shows at other resorts. We did the tour on Thursday of the Art Walk downtown and really enjoyed that - $20/pp (totally worth it). We arrived back at the hotel for the Thursday night BBQ and were extremely disappointed. There was not much variety, and the food was only okay. The infinity pools were amazing, the view from the pool was unmatched! Such a stunning view from the resort and pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, and we love Los Cabos! We felt very safe here. I think this hotel is worth the trip here, but I don’t know we would take a second trip to this resort.

Sexy Jared was awesome in dance fitness

We did a girls trip with 6 of us and had the best time. Fidel at suspiros gave us outstanding service each night of our stay. Be sure to have your drinks there before dinner. 10/10 !
