Chef Alejandro and Victoria took amazing care of us. Dinner was delicious. Victor was very attentive and friendly. Chef Alejandro prepared a coursed menu for my wife’s birthday.

It was nice but wouldn’t come back
We stayed at Marquis Los Cabos for 6 days and 5 nights. Overall, I would rate our experience 3 stars. The biggest issue was the service and attention to detail. During our stay, we had to contact the front desk multiple times because things were consistently being missed. One night our minibar wasn’t restocked at all, another night we were left without fresh towels and slippers, and on our last full day, our room wasn’t serviced at all. We returned from the pool around 6 PM to find the room untouched and had to call housekeeping, which was disappointing. The staff themselves were always friendly and professional, and I don’t believe the issues were due to a lack of effort. It honestly seemed like the resort was understaffed, which also resulted in slow service at both the pool and the restaurants throughout our stay. The highlight of the resort was definitely the food and views of the infinity pool. Every meal we had was enjoyable. The food and views are honestly the reason I’m giving this resort 3 stars instead of 2. While we still had a nice vacation, the property feels like it could use some updates and more attention to maintenance and service standards. Based on our experience, I wouldn’t return.

Great stay
The resort was very great. Great service. Usually foods at all inclusives aren’t great but foods here were!! The entertainment team was great. Monty and sexy Jared led the rifle activity and the ping ping activity very well and fun. I won a prize haha.

40th Bday Spot
Great stay for couples! The location was convenient for the airport. There were lots of couples celebrating 40th birthdays like us. I enjoyed the daily activities like beach volleyball. The rooms were comfy and great. Food was yummy- Pablo at Vista Ballenas was so kind! Would def stay there again!
