Unmatched Food and Service!!! Highly recommend
This place is INCREDIBLE! Doesn't feel too big and commercial, just big enough to have amazing pools and experiences without feeling lost. The service and attention to detail is impeccable. My boyfriend and I celebrated an anniversary and randomly booked dinner at Pergola that night. The food was FANTASTIC. Chef Alejandro crafted a 5-course menu just for us, and oh man was it delicious. We felt so, so special! Shout out to the salad and chicken/steak dishes - 10/10 tasty. Maurizio was also a wonderful server and made the night even better. We were also surrounded by a pool, the ocean breeze, and a live band. Such a happy evening!
