Outstanding
We stayed January 10-17th/26, in room 513. This is a 5-star resort. Highly recommended if you are looking for excellent food with a of variety of drinks not watered down and superb customer service. The resort can be as entertaining as you want it to be, volleyball on the beach, archery, corn hole or what the majority chose is to lie on beach chairs with an umbrella; towel is already on the chair so no hunting for towels. Should mention that there are plenty of staff delivering drinks to your beach chair or food. Kenia from Guest Service made our experience exceptional! Kenia arranged all our reservations at the restaurants in advance of arriving. Customer Service outstanding you are greeted with a delicious house drink and cold towel and in minutes are taken to your room. Friendly and helpful. All staff at this resort are extremely customer focused, friendly, smiling. Best we have ever experienced at a 5 star, and we have travelled in the Caribbean, and Mexico many times, Vista Ballenas, Restaurant for breakfast and lunch Angelica lady seating you either outside or inside is a gem. Breakfast is buffet, or omelette station, selection is outstanding. Glenda was our server on several occasions is outstanding! SAAKI was out absolute favorite, Japanese cuisine at its finest. Hibachi is a great show by the chiefs! Pergola restaurant, Lunch must have is pizza or tacos. Supper is an experience sitting on the patio watching waves and supper is spectacular with many options. Dos Mares restaurant, Lunch Marquis Burger amazing and tacos. Supper, we enjoyed the French culinary at Bacalos by the Executive Chief this is amazing if you enjoy gastronomic delights. If you are a meat, burgers, and pizza person this is not for you, this is a higher degree of culinary form, and it is an experience in every bite. The Cognac dish is out of this world! Coffee Bar excellent tea and coffees, ladies our wonders in their concoctions Twice daily towel exchange in your room (loved this) Went to the mixology session, go it is fun and entertaining. Would definitely go to this resort again, for its Customer Service and diligence in service. 5 Star all the way

Emilio and all of the staff at Suspiro Bar are attentive, friendly and wonderful! The drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is great!!
