Amazing Entertainment Staff!
I recently traveled to this resort with my family—my fiancé, my parents, and my sister and her husband—and we had an absolutely wonderful time. While the resort is smaller than some of the larger properties, I actually prefer that. Everything is easily walkable, and there’s no waiting around for golf carts, which made the experience much more relaxing. The hotel is family-owned, and you can truly feel that personal touch throughout your stay. The staff is amazing and incredibly attentive. A special shoutout to Azucena, who oversees food services and went above and beyond to make sure my family was well taken care of. My family loves to dance, so entertainment is important to us—and the entertainment team here exceeded all expectations. I’ve stayed at many resorts throughout Mexico, and this entertainment staff truly stands out. Jared and Monty worked nonstop during our trip and are true jack-of-all-trades. Jared led water aerobics during the day, dealt blackjack at night, and MC’d the shows. Monty is always smiling, kept us informed of daily activities, and is a beautiful dancer. She helped lead salsa classes during the day, which we loved. Both Jared and Monty also kept us entertained with lotería and bingo during the day. I really enjoyed the plethora of activities available throughout our stay. These two truly made our trip unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return.

Sakke restaurant, the tepanyaki experience
Very friendly staff, Especially Donald at the Sakke restaurant was amazing. Mastery and the sense of humor made the whole experience a memorable show!!

Don’t miss it
Amazing 5 star Service. Never had been to an all-inclusive resort with better food and drink options. Servers go all out and beyond with being attentive. Shoutout to Glenda and Adriana for breakfast service. Norma in Guest Relations and pool attendants.

Relax and escape.
Everything, and everyone were great. Friendly, first class service. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet . The in room hot tub was nice too.
