Enrique and Monte were exceptional with the entertainment and making us feel welcomed.

Enrique and Montserrat were awesome, they made the stay a lot of fun. Looking forward to the next trip! Shooting,pool volleyball, ping pong, wine tasting, had a great time!

Marquis was an amazing experience from check in to check out and everything in between! Enrique, Esme, Johnny and the rest of the entertainment team made the experience so fun. They make it a point and take the time to get to know you which makes the experience even more personal. Will definitely be booking another stay again!

SERVICE: We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Rogelio at the concierge. His communication was exceptional, utilizing WhatsApp, phone calls, and room calls, and he consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience at the resort. The entire staff, particularly Francisco at SAKKE, the server wearing glasses who assisted us at Pergola, and the pool servers, were all delightful and incredibly friendly. FOOD: The food was surprisingly delicious! The Margarita pizza at Pergola was remarkably tasty. The pizzas, prepared in a stone oven, featured a dough that was thick enough to provide a satisfying chewiness. The view from Pergola was breathtaking, offering stunning sunset and beach vistas. Bacalao is open on select days, and we were fortunate to secure seating near the main stage for the Mexican fiesta. The food at Bacalao was okay. SAKKE's Black Dragon roll was excellent! The in-room breakfast offered a great selection and was easy to order. DESSERT: The desserts were not particularly outstanding, but we were quite full by the time dessert was served. SPA: The spa provides a more exclusive pool area, along with six jacuzzis, which truly enhanced our ability to enjoy a relaxing time in a more private setting. It also features steam saunas in both the women's and men's locker rooms. GYM: The gym on the spa level was a source of disappointment. There were no windows to enjoy the view, and the equipment is in desperate need of an upgrade. Also lacked in ventilation. ROOM: The rooms are definitely in need of renovation in the near future. Everything appeared outdated; the orange couch, wardrobe, thermostat, jacuzzi, and toilet, among other items, seemed to be at least 20 years old. Otherwise, it was kept clean by morning and evening cleaning services. There is also very little soundproofing. We could hear road and people noise from the front door, as well as the sounds of waves and wind from the balcony. While there is a mini-fridge in the room, we did not utilize it. CABANA: We were fortunate to have a cabana reserved for our full-day use on a Friday. Honestly, I enjoyed the most much-needed nap there. The cushion was exceptionally comfortable, and the poolside servers conveniently brought food and drinks. ENTERTAINMENT: There were daily activities to keep guests entertained. We participated in a painting session and now have a lovely souvenir to take home! We did not spend our entire stay at the property. We utilized Uber to explore other areas, which kept us thoroughly entertained throughout our visit.
