Beautiful resort

The bad- Carlos checked us in and confirmed no feather pillows/comforters in the room. I'm allergic and didn't double check until it was too late and had swollen eyes. (Housekeeping changed everything out but it was too late for me and I had to take Benadryl the rest of the trip. The room was nice we had a beautiful view. we had two rooms booked for 5 people. I asked for an upgrade to a King bed for one of the rooms as I wasn't able to book 2 different rooms when making our reservations. Carlos said the upgrade fee was 240 per night to switch from an ocean view with 2 double beds to a king bed. I declined then he offered it to me for 125 a night. I still declined; I thought that was crazy expensive for a bed only upgrade. When I booked our reservation, it was a 30 difference per night. The Good- Exceptional employees! Jonathan took our luggage to our room and became our go to person at the resort. He took care of anything we needed! referred us to Chileno beach to swim and our taxi driver we used for the day. Jonathan was always checking on us to make sure we were having a good time, exceptional customer service. Edgar was another exceptional employee; he was everywhere and always making sure we had what we needed. The ladies at the breakfast buffet were always so sweet. The variety of food was great. Loved the omelet bar and the fresh fruit. Food- The Teppanyaki dinner was amazing, definitely a favorite!! The food was great and Oswaldo put on a great show. Xochitl our server was so fun, we loved her Surprise drinks and fun personality. Pool- the pool was nice and relaxing. The lounge chairs were nice. The servers at the pool were great, they hustle to get your drinks and food to you quickly. The chips and guac are a must try. Beach- beautiful but not swimmable. The staff made sure we understood we couldn't swim in the ocean in front of the resort. Jonathan hooked us up with an awesome taxi driver that felt more like a personal driver in a nice SUV and sent us to Chileno beach. Chileno beach was great, we rented umbrellas and swam in the ocean. Overall the resort is beautiful and the staff was great!!

Had the best time with my family!!! Monty, Anthony, and Johnny were the best and always made us feel welcomed and cared for. The food is excellent! Hibachi was awesome, and our cook was so fun. Best food I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive, and the general service is amazing. Room was always clean. Anthony was the best, he remembered our drink orders, brought such positive attitude, and was super friendly. Monty and Johnny led super fun activities and we always looked forward to seeing them. Highly recommend!
