José Juan was the best server around the pools all trip

The location, right on the beach, was wonderful, the room was very spacious, clean, very private, with a beautiful ocean front view, all the restaurants were great and the food delicious, so many places to choose to eat. The staff was incredible. Absolutely loved this resort. It is our favorite all-inclusive resort, all-adult, no-time share, it was great, we will definitely go back.

Fist experience of an all-inclusive resort, and it was great! Lovely grounds, good food, terrific assortment of activities. But it’s the staff that really made our week here truly memorable. Norma at the concierge desk was above and beyond helpful. The entire Entertainment Team was spirited and fun — daily water aerobics was a special treat — and their wine/tequila/mezcal/cocktail tastings were a blast. Adrianna greeted us every morning for breakfast with a smile and good cheer, and every server we had at the pool was terrific. We would come back in a heartbeat.

OMG! Chef Alejandro prepared a special five-course meal for us because we told the waiter the night before - Christian - at another restaurant that the food is generally not very good here, and we haven't had a good experience. So the waiter was working the Pergola tonight and told the chef about our disappointment. So the chef decided to prepare a special meal. Absolutely exceptional. So many great flavors. Obviously loves what he does. Nothing but superlatives. And very kind of the waiter to organize that, and the chef to do it for us.
