Great experience!!
Eric is amazing! He was so attentive helping us with food & drinks by the pool — and he cared about my allergies and made sure to make sure everything was safe. Every staff member was welcoming, the food was fresh, and the hotel decor and vibe is amazing. Will be back!

Experience of a lifetime
This resort is absolutely amazing! Beautiful views and amazing service through and through. The staff is extremely professional and are dedicated to making your stay worth while! The entertainment crew was the star of the show. If you're here, make sure you meet up with Johnny, Monty, Jared, and Ivan. They are the best!

We truly enjoyed our first stay at this resort. The food, service, amenities, staff, and commitment to sustainability all exceeded our expectations. The service provided by Zio, Linda, Lorenzo, Jose, Isabel, Eric, Sergio, Maricruz, Enrique, and Eduardo was absolutely five-star; each of them greeted us with a smile and made our experience unforgettable. I would happily return just to see them again! Added bonus: the resort is very clean!

Fallen expectations-
We have been coming to this location for many years and I can honestly say this was the most challenging experience… We have always requested Casita that offers privacy and seclusion however, this time we replaced in a Casita that was less than private with chairs / umbrellas in front of our “ plunge pool” and view Additionally, at least 3 disrupted nights til 2-:AM as they prepared for events including a wedding - which was set up within feet of our room and doors . They constructed the venue throughout the prior day, again disturbing our privacy , limiting our ability to use our pool and lounge area . See photos below . The resort is showing its age -
