Monte and her team were fabulous. So much fun playing volleyball, water aerobics and the team did an awesome job keeping everyone entertained by the pool with it not taking away from the relaxing environment. The resort is super clean and overall has fabulous amenities. The foood is really good!! We especially love the pizza and tacos also very much enjoyed the guacamole and chips and all the dinners are fabulous.

Monty, sexy Jared, Johnny , esme HOLY MOLY. This was the best, BEST experience I have had at a resort. The ENERGY AND SMILES that they brought to us was beyond what we could have imagined. Would we come back? Absolutely. From morning until the evening, we had something interactive to do. Wow!

Do NOT book here! Take my advice and don’t do it!! By far one of the WORST resorts we’ve ever stayed at. I felt like we were at a 2 star motel. I’m not sure how they can label themselves as “Luxury 5 star,” far cry from that. We Checked in and had to pay an additional $150 for an early check in. Still had to wait for our room, so went down to the only bar they have, and there was ASTRO-TURF secured with old and worn Duct Tape in the walkways!! I knew right then, this was a huge red flag. The pool umbrellas were ripping and falling apart, as well as the pool cushions had tears in all of them. Flys everywhere at the pool and in the food. Also, make sure to wake up at 7am to go reserve a lounger as well, ridiculous. This place is run down and SO outdated. Prepare to wait 20-25 min per drink at the pool. Service was awful. Went there to celebrate our 16th anniversary, which they knew about, and was asked multiple times what we were celebrating…not 1 single time was it acknowledged. Zero. To top it off, 2.5 of the 5 days were we there, both my husband and I were sick and didn’t make it out of the room. We had to leave a fabulous (off-site) restaurant before we ever ordered because we both got sick at the restaurant from the HORRIBLE, mediocre at best, pool food we ate earlier that day. I mentioned this to the manager, Norma Gomez, and how I wanted a partial refund and to cancel the remainder of our reservation and leave the resort and she never once issued an apology. She did NOTHING. Was RUDE and very condescending. Run far, far away from this 2 Star MOTEL!!
