Fantastic Resort
Absolutely Wonderful Stay We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff was amazing from beginning to end—friendly, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. The food was fantastic, and what really stood out to me was how seriously they took my food allergies. Everyone seemed to be aware of my dietary restrictions, and the kitchen even prepared special dishes for me. That level of care made such a difference and allowed me to truly relax and enjoy every meal. The resort itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. This is definitely not a party resort, which was exactly what we were looking for. It has a more relaxed, intimate atmosphere and is perfect for couples looking to unwind and enjoy quality time together. We loved our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend for couples looking for a peaceful getaway, exceptional service, and great food! ❤️

Another fabulous visit to the Marquis
Our second stay at Marquis and already looking forward to the next. From Jonatan and Eduardo at bell service, to Rogelio the concierge, we were off to a wonderful vacation. The morning breakfast buffet was a beautiful spread of local and international favorites. The hostess, Adrianna, remembered us from our last visit. Pool service was quick and easy; they are always on the move with food and drinks. We loved Edgardo and our dear friend Maricruz! She remembered us from last summer also and remained the best, serving us in the coffee shop, the restaurants, and poolside. The food is delicious at each location. We had a wonderful dinner at Sakke, Vista Ballenas with Kristian, and Pergola. Our excellent server at Pergola, Oscar, also remembered us. He invited us to a special surprise Chef dinner the last night of our trip, and Chef Alejandro knocked it out of the park and then some! What an experience! Oscar and Alej deserve all of the flowers. The pools are sparkling and temperate, the views are spectacular, the rooms are clean and well-appointed. It’s a small resort and quiet experience with enough activity to keep you entertained; Johnny, Monte, and Jared made sure. We will continue to return to Marquis for the food and service, which are unmatched especially for the price paid.
