The highlight of our stay was definitely the service, all the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful The food is good although it would be better if there were more variety There is one opportunity area and one thing we disliked The opportunity: the only restaurant for breakfast is small and gets crowded in rush hour, because they serve you in the buffet sometimes there is a line and you have to wait What we didn’t like, and it seriously affect the experience: they don’t let the Ubers in to pick you up, you have to walk to the outside to take them which is uncomfortable and a stain on an otherwise perfect service, I don’t know if there is a weird rule or of management has a shady deal to benefit taxis over uber but it’s a small detail that would greatly improve the experience Just so you know: this hotel is for the people looking for relaxation, after 10 pm is dead, so if you are looking for a party atmosphere this ain’t your place, if you want to relax, have nice conversations and escape from the noise, you will love it

This is a wonderful resort. We enjoyed ourselves from our arrival until our departure. The restaurant Canto Del Mar was exceptional and highly recommended. The food was delicious from our arrival the restaurant it was a pleasurable experience.

Monty, Jhonny, Arturo, and Melanie were such bright and helpful staff. They made our trip truly amazing and with wonderful energy. My friends and I loved water aerobics and all the activities that they led. I want to go back every year and for every celebration. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location, Calm and peaceful. The property and landscaping are well maintained. Very clean beach but not swimmable. However, a 15 minute walk toward Hilton has a swimmable area. While on the property, all you hear are waves crashing on the shore. So very relaxing and peaceful. Service on the property is outstanding! Staff are very helpful, friendly and engaging in conversation wanting to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. Kudos to the Entertainment team keeping guests engaged from candle making, beach & pool games to nightly entertainment. Hits are definitely Rock Music and Karaoke nights. Real fun and keeping guests engaged throughout. Everyone was either dancing or singing. The food is delicious, which is quite different from other all inclusive resorts. Great tasting and authentic. Must try any of the ceviche dishes and seafood, delicious! The drinks were spot on. All top shelf. The coffee shop is awesome and the service was quick and friendly. The rooms were clean. We stayed in a casita with a rooftop plunge pool, which was amazing! Great ocean views and perfect for late night swims. Overall, the property is great with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are wonderful, engaging and helpful. They want to make sure you have a great holiday! This was truly one of the best holidays taken and will be back. Thank You
