UNICO 20N 87W - Riviera Maya

This was the most amazing vacation we have ever had. My husband and I have been on my vacations around the world, but our stay at Unico 2087 was definitely top of the list. Overall incredible experience, from their top tier customer service, to the hotel activities and amenities, amazing views, and great food and drinks. Laying out by the pool was definitely our favorite pass time, but the spas, tequila tasting and our outdoor tub time made things even better. On top of that, the resort helped to coordinate some really fun excursions too! We were sad to leave, but are already planning next year's trip. Thanks for the memories!

Spent the wholeI first week of May 2025 at the resort. I had the pleasure of meeting hostesses Jovanna, Jasmin, and Porfiria. They were incredibly attentive and remembered my face, greeting me by name every time we interacted at 20/87 restaurant. At Cuerva Siete restaurant, Ximena, our server, always had a warm smile and was eager to assist us with anything we needed. Mariana, our server at Mi Carisa restaurant, is also highly skilled and has served us last year during our first visit to this resort. Regarding our butlers, Carlos Medina and Eduardo Mena were incredibly knowledgeable. They provided us with detailed information about the Hall of Fame benefits, took care of our needs at the poolside, restaurants, and activities, and even arranged an extended checkout time since our fight was in the evening. Gorgeous hotel! Very relaxing and fun at the same time. The staff is amazing too! Especially Laura, our concierge, Isaiah and Alan who helped us get set up with chairs, towels and umbrellas every day. Manuel and Ramon a took care of our food and drinks by the pool - we never wanted for anything! Last but not least, Antonio, the bartender at the swim up bar, was the best! He remembered our drink orders and made us the best drinks every day. The restaurants are amazing too. Highly recommend!

The entire Unico hotel and staff are outstanding. Not one thing would we suggest they change. Particularly Alexander and Alejandro, our personal representatives were fabulous, always accommodating and helpful for what we needed and wanted to do

We had the pleasure of attending a wedding at the resort. We also celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary while on our vacation. The staff could not have been kinder and more accommodating. Special shout out to Jorge, our concierge who was attentive to our every need. The resort is pristinely clean and well maintained. It was a truly wonderful experience.
