Amazing experience at Miravel! I would highly recommend. The experiences were fantastic and the resort beautiful. I enjoyed the food, spa and pool time. 🙂

The menu was stale and the variety was limited. Staff was kind, but an overall subpar experience. Felt very corporate rather than boutique.

Hi! Did a solo trip to Miraval Arizona for under a week, and wow, what a first-time experience! Everything from the staff to the food, to the spa, was incredible and so focused on ensuring that you got what you needed from all experiences. The highlight, and the reason I booked my stay, was the Equine Experiences. I ended up doing four experiences, and the program is amazing. Huge thank you to the Equine team and the horses because, before my trip, I did not realize the power and joy that came from interacting with the horses as we did during our experiences. I especially enjoyed the private Cadence Communication session - without going too deep or introspective in this review, just know that it was very eye-opening and special. This program is such a big differentiator for Miraval because I have not encountered anything like it anywhere else.

I was looking forward to this stay for a long time and the experience exceeded my expectations. I had a facial, massage and Reiki in the spa. The classes I took were Past Lives Regression, Intuitive Vision Board, Morning Meditation, Breathwork, Blend and Balance Smoothie, Aerial meditation. All so interesting and truly I feel so much more in touch with my inner self. I'm putting into practice the techniques taught at home now. Lots and lots to think about and learn on my own.
