Renewal recharge
This was my 3rd time to Miraval, the last one was 9 years ago. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms clean, the service wonderful , the food delicious and it was exactly what I needed. Those mountains are spectacular and they have so many places where you can just sit and soak it all in.

Miraval is just wonderful!! It is truly a relaxing getaway that offers so much for everyone. You can push yourself to the limit with the ropes/challenge experience; yoga, pilates and other tough exercise classes; the equine experience; or just enjoy the spa with the most wonderful treatments. Loved every minute of it. The setting is serene, the staff couldn't be more helpful, and the spa treatments are truly beyond!!! Can't wait to go back!

Miraval is a wonderful destination spa. There are many activities to choose from including their Challenge Experiences, which I highly recommend! The food at Miraval is delicious and varied. Service is top notch.
