Excellent staff, food, and healthy experiences. The place is expensive but it is worth it. The workout classes are some of the best I have ever taken.

Excellent and welcoming new experience. My wife and our friends had wonderful spa treatments and the environment was very relaxing and a good way to disconnect.

I had been to Miraval several times in the past and was truly moved. I looked forward to returning. Unfortunately, it no longer feels like a first class health resort. Just more like an overpriced hotel.

We have visited Miraval Austin, TX in the past and expected the same level of service and quality at the Arizona location. We were disappointed not only with the customer service (which was greatly lacking) but also with the activates offered. Barely any actives were included. Most were with an extra charge. Those that were included were repetitive (we took two different yoga classes advertised as different which were the SAME EXACT class). Additionally, there must have been a conference present at the same time because the few activates available were all booked. In 3 days we maybe had the opportunity to do 4-5 activities TOTAL (compared to our previous Miraval experience in Austin where we did 4-5 activities a day). We had multiple encounters with staff who were rude and dismissive. After complaining to the front desk they did respond appropriately- Maya was very apologetic and offered us each a free spa service as an apology. Food and drinks were excellent. Facility was beautiful. Unfortunately, we would not book again at the Arizona location.

This was my first all inclusive trip and first spa trip. It will not be my last. After leaving my friend and I were already making a plot to bring our moms out with us next time. The spa was under construction when we went, but it didn't often effect the chill and relaxing vibes. The temporary spa they have set up works fine and I have no complaints. Also everyone is legitimately so nice. Like I couldn't believe that it was a no tip place. Everyone really does try to make sure you have a good day. The rooms are nice, but their not really what I think the money is going towards. The bathrooms everywhere are super clean though! I would highly suggest taking as many classes as you think you will enjoy. Happy Hips, Line Dancing, Shoulders set free, and Belly Dancing are all workouts I would do again in a heartbeat. You also need to take the Artful Photography class that Nancy does! She does a couple of photography classes and I would recommend all of them! Ask the Farmer was another great experience! I don't have a green thumb, but I feel like I might be able to keep my plants alive longer than a month now. For the spa I highly recommend the Brahmam Charan, it our favorite between all the ones we tried. Although some people complained about the food, I really enjoyed it. I wasn't weighing up how good something was worth the price. If you don't like something, get something else. The Cactus Flower always had good options in the buffet if nothing on the menu caught your eye for breakfast and dinner (but always check in on the chief specials). You can book dinner times in advance and get more than one option to try....for sharing of course. ;)

Miraval is just wonderful!! It is truly a relaxing getaway that offers so much for everyone. You can push yourself to the limit with the ropes/challenge experience; yoga, pilates and other tough exercise classes; the equine experience; or just enjoy the spa with the most wonderful treatments. Loved every minute of it. The setting is serene, the staff couldn't be more helpful, and the spa treatments are truly beyond!!! Can't wait to go back!

Miraval is a wonderful destination spa. There are many activities to choose from including their Challenge Experiences, which I highly recommend! The food at Miraval is delicious and varied. Service is top notch.
