When booking a 5 star resort for relaxation and renewal, the last thing one should worry about is theft. Perhaps my ring would not have disappeared had the hot water been working in my room properly, which required maintenance in our room. Or perhaps it would have not been taken if we had a SAFE actually in our room (which mine did not have safe to place valuables in) or maybe if you had looked into previous guests reports on theft, I would still have my ring. This has been filed with the sheriff's office after your hotel would give me no support or guidance. This investigation has led to other documented reports of theft at Miraval as well. What is most disheartening is the lack of effort to hold staff accountable, the inability to identify the culprit, and finally disregard for what I have been through and what was taken from me. Your hotel took away my 15 year old wedding ring and have done nothing to reach out to me or put me at some sort of peace over this. So while I would love to write a wonderful review for services I received, the fantastic food I ate, the beautiful property, I cannot in good faith do that for fear of what other guests may go through unless something is done to identify the problems at Miraval.

This was my second trip to Miraval. I came to learn and to be taken care of. Both of these goals came true in abundance. If you are looking for a reset to life in a beautiful setting, then this is the place to visit.

Miraval exceeds expectations even for the slightly jaded traveler. Excellent food, spa treatments and instructor run classes, this is the place to recharge and refocus your life. We would return tomorrow if we could.

My day pass at Miraval was everything I expected and more. 8 hours wasn't long enough. I will plan an overnight stay next time. I can't wait and plan to book before the summer specials end. I can't stop sharing my experiences with friends and will be making this an annual event.

I've been lucky enough to stay at Miraval several times over the years, and this year's visit was one of the best. Recent updates and renovations make the resort more beautiful than ever, the food and drink are outstanding and the staff are all walking, talking examples of the mindfulness theme. Every person I interacted with was present and gracious and warmly welcoming. There is no shortage of fun activities, from aqua fitness to equine experiences, mindfulness, meditation and yoga classes - there is always something fun, challenging and rewarding on the docket. Once again, Miraval worked its magic!
