Awesome place to visit and the food has definitely gotten better in the past few years! Very peaceful property and friendly staff who help with any issue or concern you may have.

The warm airport welcome to nourishing meals and the largest Hyatt suite I’ve ever stayed in the US (thanks for the upgrade Miraval 😊), every detail felt intentional. Mornings brought desert sunrises, hikes, and the Quantum Leap log challenge, teaching me to breathe, trust, and let go of fear. Small gestures, like housekeeping finding blankets so I could paint, reminded me how Miraval anticipates your needs. It’s a desert retreat where real luxury is feeling valued through hikes, art, meditation, wellness classes, and world class spa treatments. We didn’t capture photos or videos of wellness activities we did like pendulum, bootcamp, or stretches, or even the conversations about sleep with a professional over lunch, because we truly unplugged. The meals deserve their own spotlight, so healthy yet indulgent, every plate felt like part of the reset. All inclusive. Most are made to order. The “cook for me” class is also amazing!!! Highly recommend! ❤️ I left calmer, lighter, and more centered, exactly the pre birthday reset I didn’t know I needed.

Such a PHENOMENAL place to re-fuel and recharge! I feel so healed, validated and at peace, every time I visit. The customer service is 5- star ⭐️. The food is top notch. The spa is GORGEOUS and the spa providers are the best in the business! The beds are like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, the peaceful facility is both nurturing to the body and soul. The classes are life changing. I can't say enough about how amazing the Miraval Arizona is!

Miraval Tucson was exactly what I needed at this moment in my life — not an escape, but a reset. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt intentional. There is no pressure to “do everything.” Instead, you’re invited to listen to yourself, which is rare and incredibly restorative. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and grounded. Every interaction felt human rather than transactional. The classes and activities were thoughtfully designed, whether focused on movement, mindfulness, or emotional well-being. Nothing felt gimmicky or forced — everything was rooted in care and expertise. The food deserves special mention: nourishing, flavorful, and clearly designed to support wellness without feeling restrictive or joyless. Meals became part of the healing rather than something to manage. What I appreciated most was that Miraval honors where you are. Whether you want deep reflection, gentle movement, rest, or simply space to breathe, the experience adapts to you — not the other way around. I left feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to myself than when I arrived. Miraval isn’t just a luxury wellness resort — it’s a sanctuary for people who genuinely need to pause, recalibrate, and return to life more grounded. I would absolutely return.
