Miraval Arizona

The team at Miraval Arizona is truly exceptional. From check in to check out, every team member across dining, the café, activities and experiences, and spa services made us feel genuinely welcomed and thoughtfully cared for throughout our stay. My husband and I had the pleasure of experiencing a Quantum Energy Facial, and it was so deeply relaxing that we both fell asleep. The spa facilities were beautifully clean, well equipped, and perfectly designed to set the tone for rest and renewal. The journals in the waiting area, filled with heartfelt notes from other guests, truly moved me to tears. I became so immersed in reading them that I forgot to write my own, but I will absolutely be sure to leave a note during our next visit. The activities at Miraval Arizona are intentionally designed to cultivate mindfulness, self care, and self awareness while encouraging guests to unplug and be fully present. Every experience felt purposeful and grounding, creating space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect both individually and together. In a world that moves so quickly, this level of intention felt rare and deeply meaningful. It was, without question, an incredibly enriching and unforgettable experience for us. We will be sharing our amazing experience with our friends and family back home in Hawaii. Miraval Arizona Team - You truly set the bar high. We are already looking forward to our next stay we book in June of 2026. Visiting a Miraval property at least once a year is now part of our plan, and the Arizona location has truly captured our hearts.

Awesome place to visit and the food has definitely gotten better in the past few years! Very peaceful property and friendly staff who help with any issue or concern you may have.

The warm airport welcome to nourishing meals and the largest Hyatt suite I’ve ever stayed in the US (thanks for the upgrade Miraval 😊), every detail felt intentional. Mornings brought desert sunrises, hikes, and the Quantum Leap log challenge, teaching me to breathe, trust, and let go of fear. Small gestures, like housekeeping finding blankets so I could paint, reminded me how Miraval anticipates your needs. It’s a desert retreat where real luxury is feeling valued through hikes, art, meditation, wellness classes, and world class spa treatments. We didn’t capture photos or videos of wellness activities we did like pendulum, bootcamp, or stretches, or even the conversations about sleep with a professional over lunch, because we truly unplugged. The meals deserve their own spotlight, so healthy yet indulgent, every plate felt like part of the reset. All inclusive. Most are made to order. The “cook for me” class is also amazing!!! Highly recommend! ❤️ I left calmer, lighter, and more centered, exactly the pre birthday reset I didn’t know I needed.
