Miraval Tucson was exactly what I needed at this moment in my life — not an escape, but a reset. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt intentional. The property is stunning, but what truly sets Miraval apart is the energy — calm, unhurried, and deeply respectful of personal boundaries. There is no pressure to “do everything.” Instead, you’re invited to listen to yourself, which is rare and incredibly restorative. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and grounded. Every interaction felt human rather than transactional. The classes and activities were thoughtfully designed, whether focused on movement, mindfulness, or emotional well-being. Nothing felt gimmicky or forced — everything was rooted in care and expertise. The food deserves special mention: nourishing, flavorful, and clearly designed to support wellness without feeling restrictive or joyless. Meals became part of the healing rather than something to manage. What I appreciated most was that Miraval honors where you are. Whether you want deep reflection, gentle movement, rest, or simply space to breathe, the experience adapts to you — not the other way around. I left feeling calmer, clearer, and more connected to myself than when I arrived. Miraval isn’t just a luxury wellness resort — it’s a sanctuary for people who genuinely need to pause, recalibrate, and return to life more grounded. I would absolutely return.

Beautiful property Bed was heavenly and everyone went above and beyond to provide great service .I felt like a queen! Can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend. I came out a more grounded, joyful, loving, person filled with personal direction and deeper understanding. You can go as a couple, solo, or with friends. There is no scenario that won’t offer you true value and growth. The staff are simply beautiful people that hold my deepest gratitude. You simply must experience Miraval.

Miraval is a special place. I attend the resort solo as I call it "Get me back trip". Since the change in ownership, I do see decline in the "magic" from my visit 3 years ago and rooms needs updated. Spa was amazing and just remodeled. Activities were amazing and overall the stay was very nice. Room for improvement BUT I will be back.

Our stay was truly enhanced by the exceptional team members we met throughout the resort. Voss mentioned that staff read every guest response, which makes us even more encouraged to share our appreciation. Emmalyn – Thank you for guiding us through the Giant’s Ladder, Miraval Hike, and Mountain Biking, and for taking the time to teach Jenney how to bike. Your patience and enthusiasm made each experience memorable. Lauren & Steve – We had an incredible time during Swing/Prayer and Out on a Limb. Your support and energy made these activities both meaningful and fun. Voss – Thank you for encouraging me to step outside my comfort zone during Bird Watching and Mountain Biking. Your guidance made a real difference. (And we’d love to see some e-bikes added to the fleet in the future!) Photography Course with Nancy – The class was excellent. We would love to see a few more DSLR cameras available so more guests can fully participate. Vance and the Bell Staff – Thank you for your help and for ensuring we were always taken care of throughout our stay. Chloe – Thank you again for making our stay feel magical and for your thoughtful attention during our visit. Carolynn – We truly enjoyed the spiritual and meditation activities. Your presence and guidance were wonderful. Kathryn – Common Grounds was an amazing experience—very therapeutic and genuinely impactful. Thank you for creating that space. Juliette, Irey, and the Bar Staff – You were all fantastic. We appreciate how hard you work to make guests feel welcomed and cared for.
