Spent one week by my own just to relax and chill. The location was amazing, the resort had plenty of services (Spa included). Overall the quality of the food is good and the portion of the dishes quite generous. Staff always very helpful and friendly, everyone was happy and smiling and make you feel at ease. Highly recommended for families or couple (candlelight dinner on the beach included), staff also give huge entertaining the whole day

What a great spot. Good for families. Not overwhelmingly large for an all inclusive which we loved. The food was good and the drinks were great. The nightly entertainment was fun. I even did karaoke. Learned how to scuba dive. It was nice to be able to cruise around everywhere in a just a few minutes. The swim up bar had awesome bartenders and Benito Mojito was a great server at the pool. My daughter 5 year old daughter met a good friend. CHOICE.

Yes, it's hard to believe, but this was our fourth trip back to the Dreams Tulum. We really love it there, and it now feels like a home away from home. Our accommodations with connecting rooms were perfect! The beds were more comfortable than my own at home. The staff was friendly as usual. We enjoyed the warm water of the beach, though we are accustomed to being careful around some rocks. There is an area with just sand, but we like to get away from the other swimmers and at times we have to navigate rocks and seaweed. We find the food excellent! The World Café serves-up delicious fruit in the morning, as well as eggs, pancakes, french toast and mexican fajitas. The lunch has a variety of food to please everyone. We like the restaurants for dinner, my favourite being the Italian. For four years now we've eaten everything on the menu, from sushi to seafood to meat, lots of salad and vegetables and have never been sick! That's definitely a plus in my books! In my opinion, it's a family resort. There are mostly families and lots of children. You're an hour and a half from Cancun, so there's little partying but allot of relaxation. There are activities in one of the pools, but the music is turned off between lessons. At night, there's always a band that plays music, but it finishes around 11 pm. There's a disco that starts up, but we didn't participate in that. The shows at night are typical of the region: a Mayan show, several gymnastics presentations, a comedian, and a fire show. If there's one place the Dreams could improve, it's in the shows it presents at night, though the fire one was very entertaining. We had a wonderful vacation, I enjoyed my lattes at the Coco Cafe every morning, and we will plan on going back at the March break!

Resort was amazing. Staff was friendly and always welcoming. Rooms were airy and well laid out. We had a garden view which was perfect to get to all restaurants, beach, pool and activities. I would recommend only doing breakfast and lunch at the buffet. Dinner is too hard to be pleased. There are enough restaurant choices to make anyone in your group happy. The Italian and French were excellent. The Mexican was great for breakfast and lunch. We spent a lot of time on the preferred beach, which was good when you didn't want to be around all the different activities. Only disappointment was ocean had seaweed issues the entire time we were there. The staff tried hard to keep beach clear but it was difficult at time for them. Water temperature was lovely, must had been close to 90 and there was always a constant breeze on the beach. You never felt too hot and steamy. Would highly recommend this resort, about an hour to 90 minutes outside of Cancun but well worth it. Extremely close to the ruins, which are a must see, just do early in the day before it gets to hot to walk around.

Food not that great. in the buffet restaurant. They gave us a hard time in the teppanyaki reservation. They are probably limiting the guest. The food is not even that great. Only Seafood Grill was the best.
