Gonzalo went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome — always greeting everyone with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. He has incredible dancing skills and brings so much fun and excitement to the resort activities. His positive attitude, professionalism, and dedication to providing top-notch hospitality really stand out. My husband and I will NEVER return to Dreams Tulum. We've been members of the UVC since 2016. We went to Dreams in March to celebrate our 41st wedding anniversary and our 20th time to Dreams Tulum. We we're told by Hyatt representatives our membership doesn't count, and they wanted us to spend an additional $25,000. US to stay a member. When we asked if our loyalty to your resort means nothing to them. They bold face said, NO. We do need to apologize to all the great friends we have met over the years, and that's one of the main reasons we go. Unfortunately Hyatt made that impossible for us.

Just got back from Dreams Tulum. There were nine adults and my husband and I are UVC members. We were celebrating our 9 year anniversary and brought friends along. I am going to give a very thorough review of the Resort. I will start with the negative since that list is super short. The mosquitoes were awful. We took repellant but they still got me a lot! The only other negative is the size of the beach. It's very small and also rocky when you get in. The sargassam wasn't as horrible as i expected it to be. The food was great in every restaurant. I wasn't impressed with the Italian but my friends liked it. The staff at the bars and by the pool were all amazing! Jesus was my favorite bartender. He perfected my drink the first night. The Club was fun, we danced every single night until it closed at 1am. My massage therapist was fantastic! Her name is Claudia and I highlyommend her! Fernando, at the spa, took us from each station during hydrotherapy and he was wonderful! He worked very hard for us. The entertainment staff was fabulous! Ricky, Ronny, Erick and Gonzalo were my favorites. They made days by the pool, and the nighttime fun. My favorite person was Gonzalo! He was sweet, funny, and very personable. He came to find our group daily just to say hi! We started our stay in building 5 which is a newer building. We got upgraded to a larger room but it's ammenities were not as great since the building was older. But we did enjoy the larger space. Our UVC rep, Annette was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, the trip was amazing!

We stayed for a week, the resort needs a refresh and there’s no theater so some of the entertainment was washed out. The food was fine but the selection was not as usual in the world cafe and Bordeaux was closed a few nights due to low occupancy. The beach was clean as was the property and well maintained. The entertainment team did a great job. Musically a lot of Latin music but hey, it’s Mexico! We really enjoyed Marcos Rosali at El Patio and the servers in the world cafe were great, especially Gilda. It’s a very convenient property as all the activities and restaurants are down by the beach. The entertainment team kept things fun! You won’t regret using the photography team as we enjoyed the services of Bricia, Angie, Ernesto and Ade, muy bien!
