Relaxing at Dream's Tulum
We just returned from a great stay at Dream's Tulum with another couple. We paid extra for Preferred but were not really overwhelmed with the Preferred stay at this resort. We didn't think our check in person provided us with much resort info, just saying download the app. Didn't show us where anything was, etc. Our room location was absolutely great and they put us next door to the other couple with us, which was a plus. There was no preferred pool here, only a preferred beach but the seaweed was so bad we didn't even sit at the beach or get into the water. The bathrooms by the pool were kept clean. Did find the resort to be a bit dated, maybe needing some repairs. The entertainment staff, (Victor, Erikk, Jared, Ruby, Ronnie, Ricky) were great. Pool aerobics were fun. We went to a guacamole making class and a tortilla making class. Both of these were a lot of fun. Loved the Italian restaurant, Portofino. We also enjoyed the buffet.

This Resort is really nice & clean with friendly staff. The food was better then I expected & entertainment was really good. We had a great time at this resort & would definitely come back again.

I ♥️ Dreams Tulum!
This was such an amazing experience! So good for kids, families and our elderly grandpa! The entertainment was amazing and they me all the needs of our 11 year old and our daughter with specific diet needs! Dreams Tulum... You made us really feel special. We will be back! ♥️

Best vacation ever!
Loved our vacation. It was amazing! The staff went beyond the call of duty to make us feel at home. Always greeted with a smile. Food: plenty of options and always fresh and tasty. Rooms were clean, as were the facilities. Would have appreciated other guests following the guidelines around smoking and vaping. In addition, parents should also keep eyes on their children: many children were running around unsupervised.

Best Vacation in a Long Time.
This resort was perfect for us. Smaller which is nice for me as I use a wheelchair at times. Rooms were great, very clean and nice. At times it was noisy, employees pushing carts etc, inside and outside. Most of the staff were amazing. A few of the concierges were not. Food was amazing. The beach wasn't great. Alot of seaweed. Couldn't really swim. No snorkling at resort, had to do an excurtion.
