Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa

We recently celebrated our wedding at Dreams Tulum, and it was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely cared for, and every detail of our stay was handled with such warmth and professionalism. Our wedding day was beyond anything we imagined. The coordination team were incredible — organised, calm, and truly invested in making the day special. The ceremony setup was beautiful, the food was outstanding, and every moment felt effortless thanks to the team working behind the scenes. The resort itself is stunning. Our room was spotless and comfortable, the grounds are immaculate, and the atmosphere is peaceful yet full of life. We loved the restaurants, the cocktails, and the friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile. There were some renovation works happening during our stay, and while we could hear them on occasion, it certainly didn’t detract from our experience. Resorts need to upgrade and refresh their spaces from time to time, and Dreams Tulum handled it respectfully and with minimal disruption. It never interfered with our wedding or our enjoyment of the resort. Dreams Tulum will forever hold a place in our hearts. Thank you for giving us the most beautiful start to married life.

Location is ok Atmosphere is ok Rooms are ok Value is ok Cleanliness is ok Noise level is ok (can hear construction on the beach, don’t like that at all) Service is ok. Bartenders need to multi task better and greet a guest while they are waiting for a drink. Amenities are ok not much to do .. Victor was the most welcoming funny and entertaining supervisor we met here. Great conversationalist and was great at gathering people to play games on the beach.

The atmosphere is beautiful but the renovations happening while being here was an inconvenience. We were not told about these renovations if I was told upon booking with Air Canada I would have chosen not to book. Victor did make our experience a great one with his positive energy and personality. He encouraged us to participate in volleyball and we enjoyed that very much. Victor is great at what he does he’s personable and lightens up the space. The beach was absolutely beautiful even if it’s seaweed season it was still beautiful to sit at the beach every day even if we could hear drilling happening in the background. As a vegetarian I can’t say the options were the greatest as sometimes things would be labeled as “pesto pasta” for example then realizing there is pork inside. All in all I had a good stay considering because the weather was incredible and like I mentioned the beach and Victor made our time fun.

Great kids club with a lot of activities for kids. Very pleasant staff, they love kids and it's very visible. Great hours from 9 am to 9:30 pm. Have waterpark, splash pad, and lots of good learning projects. My little one was looking forward to going there every day with excitement
