Not for the hyperactive
While the resort is beginning to show it age, and the restaurants are not up to some of the more luxurious resorts, the staff are friendly, professional, and work hard to make it a positive guest experience. This is a laid back, relaxing resort.

From Day 1, Ronny has brought the best vibes to our group making it such an amazing experience. We came with our group to celebrate our friends Chris and Shanna’s wedding. We loved the secret garden location and the staff was amazing there as well. We stayed at the oceanview suite and it was so beautiful. It was a short walk to the beach. I saw the sunrise multiple times during the stay. Would recommend. The food was also good and I loved the beef carpaccio from the Italian restaurant, our group ordered it multiple times. It was a fan favourite. Overall, I would recommend this resort if you are interested in a small more intimate stay.

Gonzalo thank you for all you help us with and all the entertainment he told us about....we love the resort, water aerobics was great. Loved beach volleyball, played 4 out of the 6 days I was here. Gonzalo tha k you very much for your kindness.....loved every bit of dreams tulum!!!!

Shoutout Ronny and Dreams Tulum!
We had the best time at this resort! We came here to celebrate our friends Chris and Shanna’s wedding! We also met Ronny who was a delight to be around. He kept the party alive every single night and made sure everyone was having fun. Will always remember Ronny! The food was also great as well as the room. The night life and the club were also super fun and we stayed until the very end each night. Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone!
