We visited Dreams for our one year anniversary and it was spectacular! I have been to many all inclusive but this is completely something else. The food is amazing and the choice is even better! But if you didn’t fancy eating out you can order what you like when you like to your room. The staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. I don’t normally got to the same place twice, but I just might this time!

We stayed at Dreams Tulum for 7 nights. Check in went very well, we were first given 1 bed, but we had requested 2 beds. The change was made without a problem. All of the staff members we encountered were wonderful! The Entertainment team with Christian, Juan, Victor, Ricky & Ingrid made our trip so much more enjoyable! We loved the daily dances. Our trip would not have been the same without them! Manuel, Angel & Carlos took really great care of us at the activity pool- always smiling & superb service! Jose at Portifino was also top notch! He made us feel special with his coffee service! Dante was super nice too - he stopped to check on us everyday! The Italian restaurant was wonderful, as was the 1 night we got to eat at the Seaside Grill and the hibachi restaurant. Not all of the restaurants were open everyday, so we were limited on our dining choices. The room we had was good- I especially loved the bed- it was so comfy! The maid service was hit or miss. The beds were always made & the room clean, however after the first day, not all of our towels were replaced. More than once we had to call for washcloths, hand towels & floor mat. The staff at Dreams Tulum really made our stay!

I had an amazing time in Tulum, such a beautiful and peaceful place! The resort itself is huge, it took a few days just to explore it! We took a private shuttle from Cancun airport (Super Shuttle $130 roundtrip for 2 people) which was waiting for us when we arrived. The drive itself was approximately an hour and a half. Once we arrived we were taken to the preferred check in, which was an upgrade we weren't expecting! Uriel was very pleasant and greeted us with champagne while he checked us in. Over the 9 days we were there we dined at each restaurant. The buffet in my opinion was only average. The French restaurant Bordeaux was good but not great. Portofino, the Italian restaurant was a little better. The best restaurant by far was Himitsu and we ate dinner there as often as we could, Leonel was a great waiter! Our favorite spot for breakfast was El Patio. My favorite bar was the Rendesvouz in the Lobby Bar, my favorite drink was the Rendezvous with Absolute Pear vodka! I met Andrea ( Faride Andrea) early in my trip and she immediately became my favorite bartender! She was so personable, she helped me with my Spanish as well as teaching me Mayan! She made the best drinks and was very attentive! She greeted us by name and remembered our drinks! She truly made us feel like part of the Dreams family! Henry kept our mini bar filled with all of our favorite drinks! Housekeeping mostly kept us stocked with towels and the next days itinerary, but it was hit and miss. We ordered room service a few times and it was always great! Tiger set us up with our excursions! Most of the shows were great, we really enjoyed hanging out at the Sugar Bar afterwards and listening to the bands while meeting new people! The entire entertainment staff tried to get everyone involved! My complaints are very minor, no washcloths and Bathmats stocked everyday. And the restaurants listed are not always open, and there were several days we didn't receive an itinerary. But overall, I would highly recommend this resort! You receive an all inclusive package without any lack in service or quality! I can't wait to go back, thank you Dreams for an amazing vacation!

My husband and I went to Dreams Tulum with a group of 12 for his 50th birthday. The staff made us feel like royalty; especially him since it was my birthday. They decorated the outside of our door as well as our room. The food was great, drinks even better and the staff was top notch. Resort was actually very clean and up to date. We went back the following year with just one other couple. Love this place. The only thing I would say I didn't love is the fact that the ocean was just too rocky and wavy. I believe this is because of their location, so we weren't able to go into the ocean. Pool was beautiful but just not the same. The activities were so much fun; from a Karaoke contest to football in the pool and dance lessons. There were a few kids but not too many. We'd definitely come back.

We recently stayed at Dreams Tulum for 5 days with 3 kids and had the best of both worlds. They enjoyed the Explorers Club as much/little as they wanted, allowing quality time alone with my husband, but were also able to do fun things as a family. We enjoyed all the shows, especially the karaoke night and being a part of the comedy/magic show. The Entertainment staff were incredibly hard-working and offered something to do nearly every hour. Service overall was incredible and too many to name. They all truly loved their jobs and wanted to ensure a good time for all. A special thank you to the Concierge and bartender in the preferred club/lounge. Mario and Arisbel went above and beyond. They were always checking in to ensure we were happy, and met every ask of our family. Arisbel, in particular, was incredibly sweet and ensured the kids received cupcakes every night at turndown. They felt like the most important people in the world and that was quite special. We really enjoyed all the food as well, especially the Italian restaurant Portofino and Hibachi. Thank you too all and keep up the great work!
