Genuinely awful
Awful , smelly and avoid if possible Where do I begin. Check-in was slow and the guy bringing champagne dropped coffee and stained my dress. So pretty much sets the scene! They struggled to find our booking. They then told us we were upgraded to a room. They thought we must be stupid as the room they “upgraded” us to stank of rotten. Moved rooms 3 times and when I thought 3rd time a charm ; toilet doesn’t work! I’m celebrating my honeymoon and instead of being happy . I’m sat crying wishing it was time to go home. Pls don’t come here if you want good service and a functioning room. Oh and the restaurants all appear open but they are undergoing refurbishment.

Disappointing Food
The food at most places I’ve tried was pretty disappointing. World Cafe (the buffet) was the only decent spot, but it was still far from what I expected. The coffee shop wasn’t fancy at all; like no one even served us at our table. The ice cream place was super basic, and I was annoyed that bars closed at 1 AM. Plus, there’s no 24/7 food option, so if I wanted something at midnight by the beach, I had to go all the way to my room and order room service. And seriously, why do pools close at 8 PM? That’s just weird! The beach was full of seaweed and it stank really bad. Also, I didn’t like the tipping culture; in an all-inclusive setup, I didn’t expect to carry cash around. On the positive note, the staff were super friendly, the spa experience was good, the drinks were good, the beach towel service was great, and check-in & check-out were smooth.
