had such a fun time at the disco at the Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa! If you’re staying here, you absolutely have to go one night. DJ Carlos was incredible and really made the whole experience. He played the perfect mix of music that kept everyone on the dance floor all night. The energy was great, and he did a fantastic job reading the crowd and keeping the vibe going. The disco itself is such a fun late-night activity after dinner and drinks around the resort. It’s a great way to meet people and end the night dancing. The music, atmosphere, and overall vibe made it one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend checking out the disco at Dreams Tulum, and if DJ Carlos is playing, you’re in for a great night!

Fabulous “bleisure” trip! My husband’s conference was held at Dreams Tulum. During the breaks, we relaxed on the beach and chilled at the pools. Super happy they had a Peloton bike in the gym. And I loved doing morning tennis classes with Horacio. He was fantastic, professional, kind, and made my stay that much more enjoyable! Great location and great amenities for a conference!

Here just to write a review of the kids club, Leslie, Mercedes, and all the kids club staff were so sweet with my 9 year old son, they helped him have a great time while I was here for a conference!

Return visit, 10 years since last great memories and experience, not related this time and certainly now is needing a refurb/modernisation. The staff are very friendly and helpful, a wonderful welcome by Alejandro at reception, his 2nd day in role. I would mention the tipping customers were engaged with more enthusiastically by the waiters around the pool and beach. The team at World cafe were lovely always smiling and very attentive. Pools get very busy and you need to secure beds with shade very early. The beach was mostly quieter as the entertainment activities are mainly in the family pool. The beach was not ideal with the lack of umbrellas the smell of the excessive seaweed. I did feel so sorry for the team trying to clear this every day but they hardly made an impression on the volume. Of course this and the rip tides are not a fault of the hotel team, but disappointing none the less. There was a constant group of photographers asking to take your photo and they are clearly under pressure to do this, despite refusing they keep asking which is annoying! The breakfasts were excellent in the world cafe, had a few lunches too fresh salads and fruit were top quality. The other restaurants we experienced with mixed success, Portofino was best of our picks. Room was clean and refreshed every day , thanks to Luis. We enjoyed watching the activities of the wildlife, the territorial Iguanas and the cute raccoons.😍 Special mention to the lovely lady, sorry forgot her name, who did the Mayan ritual on the beach, a lovey experience 🙏

Rubi had great energy and I was so impressed that she remembered all 6 of my family's names! Erick was so friendly and helpful. Ricky, Jared, and the whole entertainment team was incredible. Their smiles and energy were contagious. Galdino the bartender at the Italian restaurant was so sweet and kind. He makes the best Amaretto sours! Our kids loved the family time at the waterpark at the explorers club. They appreciated the snack time as well. Christopher took us for a ride out on the catamaran and we really appreciated his time. Since the beach isn't in the best condition with seaweed, it was really nice to see the clear ocean out on our ride. Gilda and Josmar made our last breakfast so special. They brought out special drinks for our anniversary and served with such warmth and kindness. They were such a blessing. The manager of the breakfast restaurant (I don't remember his name) was so kind, professional and accommodating In all honesty, although our experience was a 10 out of 10 the majority of the time, we did have one encounter with one employee that we were disappointed in. Salvador, near the beach at the preferred club beach area near the cabanas didn't have a very welcoming spirit. We didn't appreciate a rude encounter he had with my parents on the day we rented a cabana. We booked our day at the VIP lounge and were told that all expenses would be charged to our room. He proceeded to persistently approach my father with bills and papers and demand payment after we were told that we could charge it to the room. He even booked us the wrong cabana and when we told him it was incorrect he rudely implied for us to just cancel if we were unsatisfied instead of making it right. His whole demeanor was very prideful and rude. Despite our brief negative encounter, we loved our whole trip and enjoyed every single dining experience, show, and activity that we did. Thank you Dreams Tulum for the beautiful memories!
