Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa

My wife and I had a great experience at Dreams Tulum. We wanted a relaxing get-away that was still in-line with our day to day at home; that’s exactly what we experienced. Horacio oversaw the indoor and outdoor “Jungle” gyms; he did a really nice job making us feel welcomed and encouraged great training days! In fact, he surprised my wife with ankle straps for her glute focus lift - this was very helpful! The outdoor “Mayan Jungle” Gym is very cool. Great for photo ops, and a decent lift. Recommended for anyone that wants to make sure they’re still maintaining a good balance while on vacation.

Overall the resort is old and mediocre… not impressed with the food / drinks.. the drinks are served in plastic by the pool area which was extremely disgusting… the lobby was nothing special…

We went on a family vacation to Dreams resort in Tulum. We brought our kids to the Kids club on the resort (Explorer’s club) to give it a try. Our kids are 7 and 10 years old. They absolutely loved the kids club and asked to go back to it every day as soon as they woke up. The staff was incredible and did activities with the kids all the time. We’ve taken our kids to kids clubs on other vacations and our kids did not enjoy it anywhere near as much as this time. If we travel back to this resort we will definitely bring our kids back to the club. Highly recommend it.

This really was the perfect resort! We couldn't find fault with anything. The beach front Preferred accommodation was great along with the Preferred beach. We never struggled to find somewhere to sit and they were great at moving loungers and parasols around if needed. The whole vibe and atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and friendly. What makes it head and shoulders over anywhere else we have stayed before are the people who work here. They were all so welcoming and friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. All of the staff were amazing but we would particularly like to give our thanks to Salvador and his entire team on the Preferred beach, Guadaloupe, Reyes, Saturnino, there were others too. The entire team were all truly fantastic! Diane who attended our room was very attentive and it was spotlessly clean every day. We loved all the restaurants, including the World Cafe (Buffet), which was great for all meals. The Italian was lovely for Preferred Breakfast too. We were sad to be coming home after 2 weeks and can't wait to come again.

We went for a wedding, whi h was exceptional! We turned it into a vacation and enjoyed the resort. The food and bars were wonderful and there was a good variety.
