You have to try this resort. I've been to many and the feel here is special, laid back, great service, breath-takingly beautiful. Tons of activities and nightlife or can just relax at quiet pool - we has a ball!

The absolute worst resort, do not book Dreams Tulum! We got to Dreams just a few days ago and already this place is so terrible. The management is extremely disorganized. We arrived on Sunday at 3pm, at the check-in time that was indicated, we didn’t receive our room until 9pm. On the second day the air conditioning broke in our room and we were told it would be fixed in 1 hr, the fan in the room doesn’t work either. We left for a few hours and they said it would take a bit longer, left and came back 5 hrs later, it was still broken. We called back again and they said it should be fixed by 9pm and if it’s not then they will give us another room. It wasn’t fixed, so when we called to beg to be moved, they said they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t have a single room. So at this point, at 11pm on the 2nd day of our vacation, we’re writing reviews because this place does not care about their customers and will not do anything to accommodate you. Do not stay here.

I live the entertainment team. Paola was amazing, fun, full of energy. What delight!!! Thank you so much for all the activities and the wonderful shows!!! Cinco d Mayo was the best party!!!! Pool water class was so fun!! And energizing!!! Great team, so kind and helpful!!!

The food was mediocre. The Italian place, chicken parm was gummy. The shrimp risotto was basically just butter rice with a couple shrimp. El Patio had really good birria tacos. Good crunch and the 3 sauces for chips were great. Hibachi restaurant was okay. Show was decent. Food wasn’t bad or good. Now the part that really made it tough. Our room was filled with over 30 mosquitoes. Told the front desk they sent someone and all that person did was fix our bed. We had to sleep with a closet light on the keep them away from us. Shower tiles had mold. Including on the shower head. Nothing got done about any of it.

Absolutely beautiful! The room was amazing, great selection in restaurants, day & night fun activities, the place is well kept and the most amazing staff, specifically room attendants, bellhops, valets and restaurant staff. They went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. I cannot say enough about them My complaint is with the travel agent, Bianca Rios, with Ahoy Vacations. She should learn what it takes to be attentive to her clients, from the staff in Tulum I highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone considering a trip there just pick wisely in regards to travel agent/ planner
