Awesome Stay!
Overall we had a great stay. The staff were exceptional, and the resort was kept in beautiful condition. The only issue was with our A/C in the room that took a few complaints for them to finally come look into it. They then moved us to an upgraded room and sent some chocolates and a bottle of wine as apology. The water park is only available for family time from noon - 2pm; So if you have kids under 3 that is the only time you will be able to use it. We have a gluten & tomato allergy and they were mostly fantastic at accommodating. The only thing lacking was dessert options. I would recommend staying here for sure! It was an awesome time and a really nice resort.

Great Stay at Dreams Tulum
We had a great experience at Dreams Tulum. The service was amazing (shout out to Laura, and Salvator in the PC beach area)! The food was also some of the best we’ve had at a resort. The resort itself was clean and had lots for everyone to do. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and well taken care of. There is also the occasional septic smell near some of the buildings. But it was an overall wonderful stay.

Very nice stay. Entertainment team works really hard. Food is very good, not impressed by the Italian restaurant buffet always has multiple options and mimosas at breakfast.Rooms are overall clean, but hotel buildings can benefit from a little upgrade.
