Great entertainment with Roberto, Alex, Victor, Rick. Had so much fun and best message experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Good food and drinks. I enjoyed the aqua aerobics in the pool. I highly recommend staying at the property.

Tulum visit
We had a great time!! I especially loved Roberto who helped me dance. Alex, Ricky were great aerobics instructors. The service was great! The spa was a great experience. The hydrotherapy, sauna and massage were great! The evening events were a great way to relax.

Nightmare, not dreams
Delayed in check in, poor room cleaning, tiny resort, value was not there. It was pretty expensive for the quality

Wedding
Traveled for family wedding event. Expedia showed my deposit was paid but Dreams said they showed no payment. Staff is not very friendly and most only speak Spanish. Hot water wasn't always working and the plumbing is not very good. Dreams is very overated for what they charge. If you get an ocean front room, ask for second floor or higher. First floor is obstructed with trees.
