This was our first time visitng Cuba and it did not disappoint!! We booked The Level at Melia Las Americas and it was well worth it! from the check-in everything was seamless. Daymai checked us in and was so wonderful and accommodating! We loved having breakfast at the Limoncello restaurant each morning, the staff was always so friendly. The level bar was awesome!! Guillermo, Jorgito and Vivaldy made the experience so fun!!!! Loved this resort. We met many couple who have stayed numerous times and I can see why. Greta place, great staff, great food and drinks!!!

We Absolutely love this resort! (10th visit) The ala Carte restaurants are fabulous especially the Italian restaurant Lemoncello! The staff for dinner are so kind and polite! Service is wonderful ! Special credit to Italiano, Chabeli, Ariel, Hyedi, Maybelin and Yuldelis! Thankyou for making our stay memorable!

Melany makes the BEST Tequila Sunrises she made them quick and gave us great service!! Visit her at the pool bar if go to this resort! Mercedes is also by far my favourite waitress at the Buffet if she saw me or my friends in the buffet she would move tables for our group she was a very nice lady and also made sure we had very good service any time we were there!

Was staying at this hotel for the second time and still consider it the best in Varadero & I will for sure attend it again. Dear Melia team, thank you so much for making my stay comfortable each time. You're the best!

Limoncello Restaurant- excellent service and great food! Atmosphere is lovely and serene. The view of the ocean is sublime! Highly recommend the Seafoid Risotto and the fruit de mare pizza!!!! The only negative is the white wine was weak!
