Our one night stay at Azura was fantastic! Olivia was an excellent host, ensuring our every need was met, while Hassane, our butler, provided great service throughout our visit. During our stay we had an opportunity to take part in their signature Island hop excursion, where we hiked up the Bazaruto Sand dune, admired beautiful pansy sea shells on Pansy Island, and observed fascinating marine life while snorkelling near 2 mile Reef. Despite not being able to snorkel myself, my colleagues had an incredible experience spotting parrotfish, soldierfish, turtles, and even devil rays ( this from the boat).

Lifetime of memories
As a family we all about experiences and making unique memories, therefore we make it a point not to go back to places we have been before. Azura will be one of those exceptions. The experiences were phenomenal, the service genuine, caring and friendly and the team truly special. Thank you for making our stay very memorable one. A huge thank you to Pedro who catered for all our food and beverage needs regardless of we asked. Paulo the sea captain, always calm and collected, great with the kids when snorkelling and fishing. Ignacio for many fun-loving moments. Custodio and housekeeping team for looking after our villa without being intrusive.. The to Olivia, Amos and Anderson for always checking in on us, may great conversations and making us feel like family. Truly special. Wishing you all the best. Most amazing place run by incredible people!
We stayed at Azura for 1 week in April. I have to say that this was the best holiday/experience we ever had (we, as a family, travel a lot!). The place is stunning and if you rent a boat you can have an entire beach/island just for you and your family/friends with the most amazing food and organisation (table, chairs, towels and incredibile food). The rooms are all very nice and private, with your own swimming pool and direct access on the beach. What makes the place truly unique is the people that work there: Amos (the gen manager) is always present, always listening to your needs and always able to make your experience a very special one; the food, the service, the amenities, the friendliness make Azura something very difficult to be beaten!

Absolute paradise…
As wonderful as the brochure photos are, it is even more beautiful in real life! Gorgeous blue waters.. beaches that go on forever and are so very beautiful! Villas are located right on the beach, a few meters away from the sea. Food beyond compare, stunning presentation, so delicious. Service incredibly remarkable, Robson and Jose just the best.. Snorkelling, Dhow sunset cruise, deep sea fishing, Island drive all such memorable experiences.. Delicious cocktails. Amos, Anderson, Nelson and Olivia thank you!!

Customers pay when something goes wrong. Watch out!
very disappointed about the handling after we could only use the hotel due to severe weather 1 of 9 nights. we would like a reason why the hotel does not pay us back the whole amount we had to pay in advance, the overpaid amount. how can they simply keep the money for no consideration? Why should we pay for the damage for the failure? for a 5☆ Hotel A bitter disappointment in this price range. I wouldn't pay in advance during the rainy season as there are storms every year. and unfortunately the customers are the only insurance they have??
