Reviews for Sonoma Coast Villa & Spa
We only stayed for one night, but it was great! The room was quite nice. The in room 2 person Jacuzzi was great. Really liked the courtyard and the fireplace. We had dinner in the restaurant which was also quite good. We will most definitely return.

We came here for one night for our anniversary. We hiked on the Sonoma coast before arriving. We checked in to a very spacious room with fireplace and jacuzzi tub. There was a 4:30 to 5:30 wine tasting at the bar area, a lot of fun and very informative. We ate dinner at Litchfields and had a very good meal. The next morning we got up early and went to Doran beach and walked the beach for 1 1/2 hours drove back and had a good breakfast that is served from 9:30-10:30

My wife and I just returned from a two day romantic getaway at the Sonoma Coast Villa Resort and Spa. We love the secluded location of the spa. It is just over a mile away from the small ,quaint town of Bodega. We shopped at the local antiques store and galleries and had coffee at the only coffee shop in town. We drove up to the church and school house that was featured in the movie “The Birds”. The couples massage was amazing! The hot tub (indoors) was great! Dinner in the resort restaurant was very good as was the service. Eric conducted the wine tasting and was very informative! The only negative thing I have to say is the smoke alarm went off several times due to someone mistakenly adjusting the flue of the fireplace. Not the resort’s fault. The putting green is fun. The rooms could use more regular coffee. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and look forward to returning.George K.
Lovely grounds led to lush rooms. We have driven by this place SO many times and now wish we had “discovered” it earlier!! Spacious, secluded and pet friendly spot between Valley Ford and Bodega Bay is worth seeking out!! Breakfast was nice and spa treatments are reasonably priced. Looking forward to a return visit!

My husband and I immensely enjoyed our overnite stay at this lovely place which is off the beaten path, it was truly a wonderful surprise. We loved the friendliness of the resort. Bridgitte the manager is warm and welcoming as well as her assistant, Lucy the poodle! We were welcomed to a nice glass of bubbly since it was my birthday. Our room was upgraded which we appreciated; the wine hour was nicely served by Erick, , the dinner was scrumptious, we ordered the duck and the salmon. The food was organically grown and just superb! We enjoyed this place very much and will surely come back and highly recommend to friends. The only negative is the needs a little more TLC w/ the ground maintenance since the lion sculptures had cracks and aging was evident. Otherwise it is a nice romantic getaway..
