A must stay when traveling to Ireland!
This castle was absolutely breathtaking taking. From the moment you arrive until the time you depart, you are treated like royalty. Marty and Chris were exceptional greeting you at the front steps with their warm smiles and helpful advice. The staff are top notch and cater to your every need with a welcoming smile. We walked the beautifully maintained grounds, met some horses at the barn and did a hawk walk with Aztec who was amazing as was our guide. The spa experience was so relaxing. We met so many kind people during our stay, this was the highlight of our trip. Thank you for making it perfect!!

: An unforgettable stay — exceptional in every way
Our stay at Ashford Castle was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The castle and its surroundings are magnificent, but what makes this hotel so special is the people. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, gracious and genuinely attentive. The level of service is remarkable: highly professional yet completely natural, never formal for the sake of formality. We felt wonderfully looked after throughout our stay. The property itself is extraordinary. There is a real sense of history and place, the grounds are beautiful, and there is so much to enjoy that it is tempting not to leave the estate at all. Despite the grandeur of the castle, the atmosphere remains remarkably welcoming and comfortable. What impressed us most was the consistency. From our room and the restaurants to the activities and the smallest interactions with the staff, everything was handled with enormous care. We have stayed in many excellent hotels around the world, and Ashford Castle stands out as one of those rare places that creates memories rather than simply providing luxury. We left genuinely sorry to go. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We very much hope to return — next time with our children. Five stars without hesitation.

Loved It Here!
My wife and I had a great time. This was a wonderful place to visit and a lot of fun. However, I do not recommend their massage service. It was the worst massage we ever had. But other than that, this place was amazing.

Stunning
I highly recommend this property. The service and food were out of this world. Many activities to experience. Not to mention the fantastic views of the castle and surrounding area. I definitely suggest checking out the falconry.

This is one of the finest properties we have ever visited. It is a beautiful castle, but it is also a world class hotel in the most beautiful setting you can imagine. The grounds are large and bikes are available for guests, the fishing on the river and the lake are first rate, and the service is unmatched. We have stayed twice and can't wait to go back again.
