Castle with a view
Gorgeous hotel. Everyone, Managers included, were so very nice and made us feel so welcome. The staff was so amazing with our little kids and made it so fun for them with leprechaun hunts and private castle tours. We went horseback riding, lake cruise and took family photos. Food was great. Highly recommend.

Incredible experience
This is a magical place. The property is impressive, the scenery beautiful, the gardens serene, and the service impeccable. We took 11 family members to the castle for two nights. Worth. Every. Euro. It's not just a stay, it's an experience. Our group did ALL the things... Falconry, history boat tour, kayaking, guided hound walk, guided fishing, enjoyed cigars on the rooftop patio, and visited the pool. All received positive reviews, but the Falconry experience was the fan favorite. Don't miss Stanley's for lunch - so good!

Highlight of our Ireland Adventure
Ashford Castle was the highlight of our Ireland trip! Bagpiper met our boat and led us to the castle. Our room was spacious and impeccably decorated. Afternoon tea was beautifully presented and delicious. George V Restaurant was gorgeous and delicious. Loved the concierge! Stroll around the grounds at twilight was peaceful. Chocolates on our bed for bedtime. Morning walk with the dogs was also memorable as was the breakfast buffet (with personalized hot selection) beautifully presented and delicious. Couldn't have been better. Highly recommend!

Best Weekend
This was the most fabulous place my husband and I have stayed for a long time. Service is impeccable, always there to meet every need. So many different and fun activities. My husband went horseback riding, clay shooting and we both took several walking tours. The garden tour was the most interesting activity. All meals were perfect, taste and service. The perfect place for a special occasion. Highly recommend.

This is one of the finest properties we have ever visited. It is a beautiful castle, but it is also a world class hotel in the most beautiful setting you can imagine. The grounds are large and bikes are available for guests, the fishing on the river and the lake are first rate, and the service is unmatched. We have stayed twice and can't wait to go back again.
