We have just returned from a fabulous stay at the Six Senses Kanuhura and loved our special time there! From the minute you arrive and are met on the jetty by Bryce the GM and his team who instruct you to take off your shoes and switch your phones to island time, you realise that you are in for a treat! A barefoot luxury stay on a very beautiful and special Island. We stayed in 2 over water villas which were very comfortable with lovely vistas out to sea. Our Guest Experience Maker (GEM) was Sammeh and he was a gem indeed! Nothing was too much trouble to organise. We loved riding around the island on our bikes - the ultimate freedom. Meals were delicious - we particularly loved the Spanish tapas and the Asian Market and the canapés at the cocktail party on the beach were delicious too. We enjoyed amazing cocktails in the pool, a spectacular scuba dive, incredible spa treatments and the five of us did our first aerial yoga class together which was one for the books! All in all memories to cherish forever on this beautiful island. At night the soft lights transform it into a truly romantic and special space. We left with happy hearts and want to thank the Kanuhura Family for going the extra mile for us, it was so appreciated.

We absolutely loved our magical 10 days (want more!) at the Six Senses. Gorgeous villas, delicious food, amazing ice cream/sorbet Scoops bar, warm and attentive staff, kids club activities for the young ones and massages for the parents….activities and days filled with wonder, escape from everyday business, deliciousness and show-stopping sunsets…just wow! We had the best time!

We have been to Six Sense Kanuhura for the 3rd time. Last December 2023 we were without children, while in February 2024 we enjoyed holidays with our children. It was a great time. We have seen great improvement in many areas of the hotel, especially The Point restaurant. We had great moments in each restaurant. The hotel is extraordinary, the manager Bryce Seator👊 is very committed to making our vacation perfect. Our son is a young basketball player - the hotel bought a professional basket and placed it on one of the tennis courts. Our GEM - Latheef❤️ is not only a great professional, but also a great person. The diving center provides diving at the highest level, the atmosphere during diving ensures 100% relaxation. Thanks to diving instructors Aan❤️ and Amy❤️, our 15-year-old son obtained the Advanced Diver certificate, and our 10-year-old daughter made her first few dives in her life and became a Scuba Diver. We also wanted to recognize the outstanding chef "Master of Pasta" Rayesh Kumarkar❤️, who created dedicated dishes for us - it was a beautiful culinary adventure for us. Additionally, the waiters who made us feel great during breakfast, lunch and dinner deserve the highest praise - Black Bird❤️, Farooq❤️, Sujau❤️, Jawad❤️. Thank you all very much - you have created a wonderful Maldivian family for us. From the villa we had a fabulous view of the Indian Ocean and Jennuhura Island. We already have another reservation for January 2025. We left our diving equipment at the hotel. We agreed with our Dive Masters that our son would take a very demanding Rescue Diver course, and our daughter would complete another few fantastic dives. We have been to many resorts in the Maldives in previous years and Six Senses Kanuhura is the best. We are looking forward to our next holiday with children to Kanuhura in January 2025. Our dream is to quickly go to Kanuhura in the fourth quarter of 2024 without children. You can fall in love with Kanuhura.❤️

I recommend this resort for families and couples especially the first timers good food very good service I chose the deluxe suit beach villa with pool even though it was sun rise but it was very good choice especially for privacy seekers nice restaurant selection a good size island (mid size) that was my sixth visit to the Maldives deferent resort each time ( see my other reviews) and this is the only reason why I didn’t gave it 5 over 5 It was a good experience my wife and I had a very good time A bid thank you to all of the staff especially the girl in the ice cream shop
