Best Resort Experience in Phuket – 10/10!
We had the most incredible stay at Banyan Tree Phuket! From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, but Oat truly made our trip unforgettable. On our very first day, he personally took the time to give us a full tour of the property, sharing thoughtful details about each area and even suggesting the best local spots to visit during our stay. Throughout the trip, he checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so cared for. The entire staff was kind, accommodating, and made every part of our experience feel special — but Oat’s warmth and genuine hospitality really stood out. If you’re planning a trip to Thailand and looking for a resort that’s beautiful, peaceful, and full of heart, I couldn’t recommend Banyan Tree more. You’ll be so glad you stayed here!

First time experience at Soffron
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Khun Pla, Khun Bee, Khun Mook, Khun Tong, and Khun Pan for their warm and attentive service. They were all very friendly, cheerful, and professional, which made our dining experience truly delightful. The food was also delicious and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended Sofforon Restaurant.

Memorable dining experience at Hojo
The dining experience at Hojo was fantastic. All of the dishes we had were amazing with fresh and tasty. The most memorable part is the services from Nam, Aum, Tarn and Fiaz are flawless and attentive. Thank you very much for your recommendations and taking care of us.

Superb Spa experience
Super relaxing SPA experience at Banyan Tree Resort. Choose the 2 hour packages. Nam and New offered great service. Must try.
