Banyan Tree Phuket

We have just returned from a wonderful week at the Banyan Tree in Phuket. This was a special holiday celebrating an anniversary and a birthday and so we booked double pool villas for our family and ourselves. It was well worth the extra expense. Our package included a complimentary taxi from the airport to the hotel. What was unexpected was that we were met straight off the plane and fast tracked through passports and customs and into our taxi about 20 minutes after leaving the plane thus saving what looked to be a tortuous 2 hour queue on the normal line. On arrival at the hotel we were greeted by our marvellous host/butler Mo who took care beautifully of all our arrangements during the week with care, friendliness and courtesy. Our villa with its large private pool had a lovely garden setting overlooking the lagoon and offering complete quiet and privacy. The hotel covers a large area but complimentary bicycles are provided and the buggy service is excellent. There is a good choice of restaurants on the site and the included breakfast at the Watercourt offered a very wide choice of meals with waiter service available if needed. All of the staff without exception were friendly, polite and efficient. We wish to express our thanks to all of them. The Banyan Tree is not cheap but, to celebrate a special occasion, it is a wonderful option.

My massage was excellent. Cookie was a great therapist. Wish I got one every day I was there. My wife was Tina. She was also amazing.

We had a business incentive trip at the Banyan Tree Phuket and they blew all of our expectations out of the park. The front desk staff were so accommodating. The event staff were incredible and the food staff were there to help out with anything we needed. The rooms were amazing and the environment was amazing. I highly recommend anyone to come here for group trips for vacation.

A beautiful resort set around a series of lakes with access to a well maintained public beach. Every villa has its own private pool set within a private walled garden.

First time staying at the banyan tree and it is amazing! Niwat lookchan was helpful and amazing during our breakfast stay always ensuring that we were okay
