Banyan Tree Phuket

Kids friendly,safe to play at.

play house in Banyan tree is the best :) it is indoor and lot that kids activity they can do :) I'll highly recommend that play house and I know other kids will love it too.

We Stayed 21 nights (sept 2026) after a couple of days we upgraded to spa villa all inclusive and overall the stay was good and the staff were very friendly attentive and professional. (Management not so much !) as they appeared to hide out and would not discuss and issues directly with us ) for example : Although we upgraded to all inclusive there was a lot of confusion amongst the restaurants of what was inclusive and what wasn’t ! They kept trying to charge us for water and restricting what we could order of the menu’s and stating some items would have a supplement cost added ! This seemed unfair as we were all inclusive (at significant extra cost) and given that they assured us there would be no restrictions when we upgraded it became quite challenging every time we had a meal ! We managed to sort things out as we went along but it did cause some angst on both sides! Let’s hope they advertise and communicate more precisely what is all inclusive in the future ! Another disappointment was they shut down the main restaurant (water court) 5 days after the start of our stay which obviously reduced our choices for the remainder of our stay when having meals , although understandable for repairs/maintenance again we should have been notified before our expensive all inclusive upgrade ! However, overall we still had a great time the resort staff and villa where first class and we will probably return !

Mr Aum and Chef Vicky are great indeed for our in-villa barbeque in the evening of our Chinese Mid Autumn Festival!! They are very efficiently in moving in and preparation of food. The quality of food and drink are also outstanding. We highly recommend this to everyone visiting Banyan Tree Phuket!
