# Review: Hotel Sport ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay at Hotel Sport was truly memorable, thanks largely to a wonderful staff member named **Som**. From the start, Som went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He personally prepared the boat for our excursion, making sure it was clean, safe, and ready for the trip. During the journey, Som served as an excellent guide, sharing fascinating stories about the local history with genuine passion and knowledge. His engaging storytelling turned a simple boat ride into a meaningful cultural experience. Back at the hotel, Som continued to provide outstanding service — offering helpful recommendations, assisting with arrangements, and always greeting guests with a warm smile. His hospitality made us feel truly welcome. The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained, but it's people like Som who make all the difference. Highly recommended! Thank you, Som, for your kindness and excellent service.

It’s the little things that make this place so special. The incense burner with different smells each day, the hand washing at the table before you eat your dinner, running a cooking class for one, with your head Thai Chef & the GM popping in to check how was it going. At breakfast, when they are serving hundreds of people remembering your coffee & egg order from the day before. Special thanks to Tipa & Bee for my meals & cooking class, to Lucky for finding me to organise it in person and all the Banyan Tree Phuket family - you are amazing!

Serene, lush green, family friendly. The perfect escape.

Unsurpisingly excellent stay, given the Banyan Tree’s generally stellar reputation for luxurious guest experiences. The unexpected and unrequested free upgrade to a 2-Bedroom Grand Pool Villa (from an initially selected 2-Bedroom Signature Pool Villa) was a great touch by the resort - Was always going to leave a positive impression for holidaymakers curating long-standing fond memories of Phuket. The villa’s bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, dining and pool area were in immaculate condition (possibly due to recent refurbishments) and thoroughly enjoyed. The availability and ease of access to leisure/sports facilities (eg bike rides, tennis courts, RAVA’s beach club) and the complimentary shuttle/boat services in getting around the wider Laguna area was truly effort free and great for families. Well done to the team at the Banyan Tree Phuket.

It was our 4th stay with Banyan Tree across SEA, and we absolutely cherished every moment of it! The huge park alike resort area offered pleasant walks, rental bike rides as well as golf and tennis courts; we enjoyed all of those. The Private Pool Villa was elegantly designed, very spacious and equipped with everything one would need (e.g. a brand new Marshall speaker). Facing the lagune, our villa was a perfect spot for birdwatching. A little shortcoming were poor lunch options: there is a choice between the golf club café or the Japanese restaurant only. On rainy days, the resort schedules a variety of activities, complementary and at charge. I really recommend a visit to the SPA: my therapist Ant was very skilled and made the experience truly delightful. A big thank you to Mr. Earn and his front-desk team (Daniel) for being so attentive and helpful. We would love to come back again in the future!
