We recently spent 3 days and 2 nights in the Spa Pool Villa, and it was truly one of the best resort experiences we’ve ever had. The villa itself was absolutely stunning. I especially loved the thoughtful layout — the bedroom overlooking the beautiful lotus pond created such a peaceful atmosphere, while the private spa pool facing the lagoon was simply breathtaking. Every corner of the villa was beautifully designed, luxurious, and incredibly relaxing. One of the highlights was the exclusivity of the Spa Pool Villa. There are only 10 villas, and it’s an adults-only section, making it exceptionally private and peaceful. Throughout our entire stay, we hardly saw any other guests, which made it feel as though we had the whole place to ourselves. It was the perfect destination for couples seeking tranquility and quality time together. The service was outstanding. Whenever we needed anything, the villa team was always available and responded immediately with genuine warmth and care. A special thank you to Tia, our dedicated villa host, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even arranged a surprise birthday cake for my partner, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. I also highly recommend trying the in-room dining breakfast. Enjoying breakfast by our private pool while overlooking the peaceful lagoon was one of the most relaxing moments of our trip. Our only regret was that 3 days and 2 nights felt far too short. We wish we had stayed longer to fully enjoy everything this incredible resort has to offer. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a wonderful and memorable experience. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our first visit to Banyan Tree Spa. From the moment we arrived, Nutt made us feel genuinely welcome and took the time to recommend treatments that suited us perfectly, without ever making us feel rushed. The setting is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, with the treatment rooms nestled amongst the trees. I chose the traditional Thai massage and was extremely happy with it. I asked for a medium pressure, and it was absolutely spot on. Im and New were warm, professional, and highly skilled—it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. The attention to detail and seamless flow between each stage made the entire experience exceptional. Everything felt calm, thoughtful, and unhurried, allowing us to completely switch off. After a busy few weeks, it was exactly what the doctor ordered. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional spa experience.
