Banyan Tree Phuket

We spent one night at the two-bedroom villa for our anniversary. The preparation and decoration by the team were perfect. We booked the in-villa BBQ, but unfortunately had to move the dinner indoors due to the rain. However, the service by Pond and Mod was wonderful. Pond, who we learned just recently joined Banyan Tree, was incredibly cheerful and kept the service standards high. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!

I stayed doublepool villa and It was my 4th visit. Doublepool villa provides the most special value among the high quality poolvillas in banyan tree phuket. Tre restaurant, exclusive service for doublepool villa guest, serves peaceful atmosphere and tasty a la carte menus. and the biggest appreciation comes from villa manager(butler service). Special thanks to Khun Art who supported us this stay and also my previous stays.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Banyan Tree Phuket. The food was delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. A special thank you to K.Nott for the excellent service. Nott was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our breakfast. His warm smile and genuine hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole breakfast team for making our morning so pleasant. We had a wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Phuket, and what made our experience especially memorable was the genuine hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Mr. Niwat Lookchan, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. His sincere hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We were also very touched by a lobby staff member who kindly brought us mosquito repellent when we needed it. Unfortunately, we didn’t get their name, but this small and thoughtful gesture really showed the level of care and attention that Banyan Tree Phuket provides. The resort itself is beautiful, but it is people like Niwat and the wonderful lobby staff who make the experience truly special. Thank you for making our stay in Phuket so memorable. We would love to come back!
