Banyan Tree Phuket

First time visiting this location, and I have to say I have had one of the most amazing experiences here at Banyan Tree Phuket! Great service with authenticity, especially with the warm assistance from Niwat. We will certainly visit again!

Relaxing stay with attentive service from Khun Niwat, Sarawadee, Maew, Polla , Bow and team at Watercourt. Great innovative thai cuisine form Saffron too !

Stay was great. Ms. Lucky, guest experience supervisor was wonderful and very helpful. She gave us great tips.

Many of the 5 star reviews written here are similar to what I have to say so I will point out my favorite aspects of this stunning property. -Service: It is outstanding. From the team at the airport arrivals for our transfer to the concierge staff, everyone who works at Banyan Tree Phuket was hospitable and happy taking care of their guests. -Accommodation: Our family of 5 were booked in a one bedroom pool pavilion which was incredible in size and design. I felt like I was in Thailand and sometimes luxury hotels get too modern where you don’t have a sense of place anymore. Not here; there is a room for everyone and my only suggestion for the villa is the lighting in the shower and restroom area. Other than that, no complaints on the room quality. I am back in the US now and I am still dreaming of my bed plus that pool which we loved so much. -RAVA Beach Club: This beach club offering from the hotel was a highlight! Five star all around! We never waited a long time for the shuttle to RAVA beach club. The beach and the club itself is clean, modern, calm, awesome vibes with the playlist, and centrally located to other parts of Laguna Phuket. We had a lot of fun. -Breakfast: Our entire family thought the options for breakfast plus the service of all staff were wonderful. Coming from Chicago, we are spoiled with all types of cuisine and flavors. Banyan Tree knows what good food is all about and the regional food options for different nationalities was impressive at a buffet. -Kids Club: My kids are still talking about it after being home. We easily stayed 2 hours at a time entertaining the kids because there was so much for them to do. Out of all our resort stays at luxury hotels, Banyan Tree Phuket had the best kids club. If you are contemplating on booking here, just do it. You won’t be sorry. It’s a worthwhile choice! I hope to come back one day soon.

Beyond amazing! Truly like heaven, everything was perfect. The villa we stayed in was breathtaking. You can get around by bike inside the hotel zone which was also so fun. Tino, our conciarge was really helpful and kind all the time. Definetely would go again, amaziingg!
