As always a truly amazing experience with Kun Kwan and Best. Location is perfect with shops , restaurants and spa nearby. The new beach club by banyan is always an added bonus with really good food ! This is our fourth time there and will definitely return !

Stayed here for one night before travel home the next day. Room not ready when we arrived and had to wait for over an hour. Stayed in one of the pool villas. On superficial exam, the villa looked amazing but it is showing its age and in need of refurbishment. There were stains and cracks in a few places and broken tiles and pool was nice but extremely cold to swim in. Dinner at the fine dining Thai restaurant was excellent and breakfast was also very good. For the price we paid, we would have been disappointed if we had a longer stay since the rooms we stayed in definitely needs refurbishing but the rest of the hotel was in good shape.
