Exceptional Hotel and Staff
I’ve been lucky enough to travel a lot and stay in some amazing hotels around the world, but the Banyan Tree in Phuket is on a completely different level. The hotel is incredible, but it’s the staff who truly make it unforgettable. You’re greeted with a genuine smile every time, and nothing is ever too much trouble. A special shout‑out to Art and Mo for taking such great care of us, Do for making every buggy ride a laugh, Kwang for being wonderfully friendly, and Wuttipong — genuinely the nicest security guard I’ve ever met. They all made the stay feel personal and memorable.

The best hotel in Thailand from tino to men thats his name & all staff at pool bar to all staff ..we went to intercontinental for one week lasted 2 days straight back to bayan tree this is a 5 star hotel and some

A luxurious tranquil holiday with marvelous staff.
A wonderful setting and hotel. All felt very tranquil and luxurious. Staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. Particularly Komson Tantisook and Jasmine at reception who went out of their way to help. Ladies at the spa spent time discussing the best treatment for my husband and I had the best facial I have ever had. Also the head chef at the Waterfront went out of his way to prepare a meal for us which made us feel very valued as guests. Thank you to all staff, a memorable holiday.
