Amazing! My daughter never wanted to leave!

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been very satisfied. Khun Jinny from banyan tree takes always each year care of us from booking to the stay. She is very attentive to our wishes and advises us with kindness and professionalism. Thanks to her to be so available and helpful. This hotel is a little paradise and we come back each year because the welcome,the staff, the room the food all are perfect. Thank you for all khun Jinny.

Situated on the most beautiful bay, the hotel is wonderfully set up with rooms/villas spotted over the hillside. The staff throughout were fantastic, so helpful and happy. Nicha was appointed our villa host and was so helpful. We tried both restaurants, Saffron, specialist Thai, absolutely superb. And the main beachside restaurant, consistently good. My reason for 4* is down to the location of the room. We were too late to get ocean view, so we went for garden view. We were surrounded by minimum 4 meter tall hedges. The sunbathing area was in the shade all day and the pool had sun from 3.30 for 2 hours. We were so disappointed, but went down to main pool everyday.

A relaxing stay at the Banyan Tree , the people are so kind and lovely . We especially were treated so well by the pool bar staff : Gem Men Ple Poo Fa Thank you for everything. X Ben and Gerardo

We enjoyed our sixt stay again very much. The restaurant and pool staff are great. The rooms clean and everithing works well. Many thanks to the staff at the Saison Bar. As well to Niwat (assistant FB Manager) how take care of us and to Khun O who is great waiter and as well to the SPA staff, they do a great job. The Riva Beach Bar didnt attract us becaus packed 90% with to loud and drinking Russion people. No way to relax.
