Banyan Tree Phuket

The Banyan Tree Phuket was the perfect getaway for my father-son trip. The staff were so attentive, caring and treated us with a smile, making sure to remember my dad was gluten free. Rooms were serviced every day. The layout of the resort was INCREDIBLE, from the pool, to the fully equipped gym, golf course, RAVA beach club and access to the beach, it was all just the vibe we were looking for to take a relaxing trip. I also had the great privilege of doing a Muay Thai private class with Bird. I’m a boxer trained in western style and have never tried Muay Thai before so came in feeling nervous, but this was the BEST experience. When you come to Banyan Tree Phuket make sure to request him, you will not regret it, beginner to advanced everyone is welcome. Overall this was a trip to remember, and if you weren’t already convinced to come stay at Banyan Tree Phuket, I hope you are now!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at the Banyan. The room was spacious and the pool was big. We also made use of the main pool that the kids enjoyed. The only downfall of the main pool is the stone type flooring in certain places and around the edge of the pool. It can be quite sharp and hurts your hands or feet. The breakfast is good and we enjoyed long slow mornings at the outside breakfast area as it was so relaxing. The food was good and had a nice variety. The kids club is great too and the kids enjoyed going there. The premises of the hotel is beautiful and the staff were very kind and helpful. We made use of the hotels bicycles that was assigned to your room but unfortunately experienced other guests taking our bicycles that had our villa nr on it which was super annoying. Especially when the hotel had no more kids bicycles left to give you. But this is no fault to the hotel but the guest that doesn’t understand the bicycles system. Overall we had a great time and will defy return to this beautiful place.
