Banyan Tree Phuket

Our honeymoon at Banyan Tree Phuket was truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Manager Niwat, who warmly greeted us every morning during breakfast and took such great care of us. He always checked if we needed anything and paid attention to even the smallest details. His genuine kindness and thoughtful hospitality made us feel sincerely welcomed. Because of him, breakfast became more than just a meal—it was one of the highlights of each day. The breakfast was excellent and the resort was beautiful, but what made our stay truly exceptional was the outstanding service from Manager Niwat. Thank you for making our honeymoon even more memorable. We hope to visit Banyan Tree Phuket again in the future.

Exception service and amenities. The spa treatment is a must for a luxurious facial. Derriyad was masterful. I felt rejuvenated.

This is specifically about the Italian restaurant TRE at the Banyan Tree Phuket. Overlooking part of the laguna, the space was completely transformed from where an a la carte breakfast was served into an elegant dining space. We were offered mosquito repellent immediately upon seating followed by water service. Home made foccacia was olive oil rich with a crisp crust. Starters of bolognese arancini and deep fried artichoke (the latter resembling little lamb cutlets delicately flavoured with just the right amount of olive oil, garlic and lemon) simply delicious. The fettucine carbonara featured freshly made home made pasta with confit egg yolk topped with freshly grated truffle was possibly one of the best interpretations of this dish (outside of Italy!) ever eaten. A "special" of lobster cannelloni was a real game changer; delicate, sweet and moreish. Service from LookSorn and Putt was quite excellent with the frequent interaction from Executive Chef Herb enhancing the experience. A real five star experience.
