Banyan Tree Phuket

We recently stayed at Banyan Tree Phuket as a family, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Our villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. My niece had the best time throughout our stay. She loved spending hours swimming in our private pool, the main pool, and Rava Beach Club. She also thoroughly enjoyed the Kids Club, where the activities kept her happily entertained. One of my favourite experiences was taking the shuttle boat around the lagoon. It was such a peaceful and scenic ride, offering a different perspective of the beautiful surroundings and adding another special touch to our stay. Breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. The selection was extensive, with a great variety of both international and local dishes, fresh tropical fruits, pastries, healthy options, and made-to-order items. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the breakfast team was always warm, attentive, and welcoming. What impressed us the most, however, was the genuine hospitality. A special thank you to the Duty Manager (I believe her name was Earn), the Front Office team, the breakfast team, the main pool team, and the housekeeping team. Every interaction felt warm, professional, and sincere. Everyone was consistently friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Although the resort is quite large, getting around was effortless thanks to the efficient buggy service. The entire property was impeccably maintained, and every area reflected the attention to detail that Banyan Tree is known for. Most importantly, every member of our family had a wonderful time. My mother especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings, and we all left with unforgettable memories. Thank you to the entire Banyan Tree Phuket team for making our stay so special. We truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality and look forward to returning again.
