The best service and hospitality. Full attention to detail in everything from set up to staffing and F&B. The entire experience was exceptional. Be sure to look for Salah, the hotel manager. He is a gem!

Well run hotel, good service .
We recently stayed at the banyan tree pool villa . The entire resort is spread over acres and hence moving from one place to another required buggies operated by very efficient staff of the hotel. The hotel is run very well, we experienced no lag in service and enjoyed a nice and relaxed stay. There was a golf course, spa, kids play area, tennis courts, ferry rides to near by places and many more activities. It’s centrally located in the lagoon area and had access to a lot of beaches and bars and restaurants close by. The hotel is one of the oldest in the region and is continuously getting upgraded as per today’s standards . Very few hotels look better than the pictures circulating online and banana tree was one of them. All in all a good hotel to stay in

The best service from Niwat and Team!
Celebrated my 40th and my engagement here and it was amazing! Niwat and his Team were so attentive and even brought me and my fiancée a free cake and champagne! We are having the best time. The food, drinks, and service are top notch and I would highly recommend to any couple or family. Thank you Niwat!
