Terra kids club
Nice,we are enjoyed with peach...the kids club was very busy with many children today, but Peachwas the only staff member and still managed to take good care of everyone. She was friendly, attentive and patient with the kids. We really appreciated her effort and great service.

Nice vacation in Phuket with Banyan Tree
We love the atmosphere in Banyan Tree, everyone is very friendly, the staff always greet us whenever they see us. We enjoy our stay very much. In particular we would like to mention our visits to the kids club, the staff Bird, Peach and (the lady who led the bird watching - she prepared water for everyone!) were very helpful, we joined some of the Saturday activities like bird watching, cup cake making and hungry animals arts and crafts. We like the swimming pool and in-room pool too.

A Truly Relaxing Family Getaway with Exceptional Service
Our family had such a relaxing and happy time at Banyan Tree Phuket. Everything from the beautiful surroundings to the comfortable rooms was perfect for a family trip. I especially want to express my deepest gratitude to Niwat Lookchan, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. He went out of his way to make our breakfast times truly special and memorable every morning. His warm hospitality and attentive care made our family vacation even more perfect. We would definitely love to visit again!

Wonderfull vacation
Wonderfull family friendly resort, amazing food and staff. Tino and monica were very helpful. Th staff in the water court resturant were great and Mr N was so great and friendly with the kids, the kids club was fun for kids and they didnt want to leave even after 2 hours
