Excellent service and fantastic team
Thank you Banyan Tree for the most wonderful 5 night stay. The hotel and villa was amazing. The stand out is Salaah’s incredible team! Huge thanks to Niwat (superstar!) who looked after us so well every day. Nam (mixology pro!) & Coach at Lobby Bar, PK on reception, superstar Ink, Fais, Nicha and Grace (the A team!) and helping us with the Thai language at Tin Bar, the best chill out place for Thai tapas and cocktails! Pang at breakfast, Ora for bikes! And recommending Thai teas (aroy!). Mr O, Pang and Poo at Pool Bar, fab cocktails. Bai Fern and Sunny at Saffron and all the other team who were so helpful and friendly! Ice at the Gallery and the lovely lady whose name I did not catch! Food, drinks are all fabulous. Would highly recommend this hotel, nothing is too much trouble and the team are so willing to provide the best service to make your holiday so enjoyable and special.

Everything you ask for at The Banyan, you get above and beyond
The best service and hospitality. Full attention to detail in everything from set up to staffing and F&B. The entire experience was exceptional. Be sure to look for Salah, the hotel manager. He is a gem!

The experience here was the best ever. Had the best time of my life with my wife. Niwat was helping us out all through the breakfast with excellent service. Loved him and everyone here.
