Thanks to Nivat very much!! He took really crafully care about our table while having breakfast. When We were trying to decide where we had dinner, he readily recommended there us and helped to book. Splendid stay at Banyan Tree Phuket
From check in with Daniel, to our favorite Banyan breakfasts with Niwat, Bus, and Manus (who kept the mimosas full), Chatty and Nashwan who were extremely welcoming and remembered our names and seat preference. Thank you to ALL who make this resort the most welcoming and friendliest BT we’ve been to!

We were staying at Banyan Tree Phuket to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary when our son had an accident and needed to visit the hospital. As parents, it was a stressful and upsetting situation, especially while on vacation. Thankfully, Earn, the Assistant Manager, was there to help us through it. He checked on our son every day, made sure we were taken care of, and was always available whenever we needed assistance. More than anything, we appreciated how genuine and caring he was throughout the whole experience. Of course, we wish the accident had never happened, but we are grateful for the way Earn and the team responded. Their care and kindness made a difficult situation much easier for our family. Our son is doing well now, and we wanted to say thank you to Earn for everything he did for us.
