We stayed 7 nights for our honeymoon. From the second we arrived to the moment we checked out, it was the most wonderful experience we could have ever asked for. The Serenity Villa was amazing. Clean, well kept and beautifully presented. We organised a special night with an in villa dinning experience with a person chef. The food was amazing and fresh. The chef was lovely, engaging and respectful. Worth the every bit of the price. Every afternoon we had drinks at the swim up bar (happy hour between 4pm and 5pm)- service was great and met some other lovely couples and families. The staff are lovely and very helpful.

We stayed at Banyan Tree Phuket and had a very disappointing experience overall. This hotel presents itself as a luxury 5-star property, but our stay did not reflect that standard at all. The manager was rude and not helpful when we raised concerns. Our room had bugs, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel at this level and price point. Pool service was also poor, with no towels available, and in general the service throughout the hotel was very slow. The spa experience was especially frustrating. We were charged around 10,000 THB for a massage, yet the treatment felt very unprofessional. They did not properly listen to the issues and pain points we specifically mentioned, and the whole experience felt overpriced and disappointing. Overall, we left feeling very dissatisfied. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury resort, the service, attention to detail, and guest care were far below expectations. I would not recommend this property based on our experience

We stayed at Banyan Tree Phuket and really liked the privacy. The villas are spacious and each has its own pool, which was great for relaxing. The resort is large and peaceful, good if you want to escape the busy areas. The room was comfortable and well maintained. Staff were friendly and service was smooth. Breakfast had a good selection and the setting was nice. The beach is just a short walk or buggy ride away. It’s not cheap, but good for a quiet and relaxing stay in Phuket. Would stay again. 😊
