Saffron Restaurant
Saffron Thai restaurant was amazing, the green curry with chicken was the best. Their service was excellent, kept checking up with our food and feedback. Quiet atmosphere and good view of the lagoon.

We had a wonderful dinner at Saffron during our stay. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and made with high-quality ingredients. It was one of the best dining experiences of our trip. What made the evening even more special was the exceptional service from the team. Pla, Eye, Nan, Breeze, and Pan were all incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. They made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured that everything was perfect throughout the meal. Thank you to the entire Saffron team for such a memorable evening. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Banyan Tree Phuket, and we look forward to coming back in the future!

Perfect place in Phuket to relax
My family (2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 grandma) has definitely found a new favorite hotel. We had an amazing time at the villa. It’s been a perfect vacation for us. The villa is lovely, the pool is perfect, and the hospitality of the staff is second to none. We had a lovely experience with Pla, Eye, Nan, Breeze, and Pan. All of them made us feel at home whenever they saw us out and about. I had a massage by Ant at the spa that was a highlight of the trip. Banyan Tree Phuket will be a repeat stay.

Fun cooking experience.
We had so much fun making food with Chef Ton, Eye, and Breeze. We've never made any food like this before and it all turned out so good.
