From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and truly luxurious. The entire team paid attention to every detail, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made the experience unforgettable. Without a doubt, this is one of the best massage experiences I have had in Phuket. The quality of the treatment is outstanding, and the prices are excellent compared to many other luxury spas in the area, offering incredible value for the level of service provided. 1st Birthday spent well
We had a wonderful experience with the Watercourt breakfast team at Banyan Tree, who made our baby’s birthday truly special. They were incredibly attentive to all his needs—from customized food to patiently handling his moods—making the morning smooth and memorable for us as parents. A special thanks to Ninwat, whose warmth and care stood out and made the celebration even more meaningful. We truly appreciate the thoughtful hospitality and will always remember this beautiful start to our baby’s special day.

Wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Phuket
We had a wonderful holiday at Banyan Tree, Phuket. The villa was great and the whole resort just gave us a wonderful sense of relaxation and harmony. All the staff were keen to help make sure we had a fantastic experience. We would especially like to thank Pui,Jasmine and Jinny at the front desk and Niwat from F and B, for making our stay truly memorable. We hope to return next year for a longer stay.
