Enjoyed every bit of the stay with my family. Would love to visit phuket again and stay at Banyan Tree. So peaceful, from the private pool at the villa, to riding the bicycle in the compound, to the helpful staff, the magnificient rooms and hotel facility. The best🙌🏾

The best resort experience, made truly exceptional by Kolick!
Our stay at Banyan Tree Phuket was truly unforgettable—by far the best resort I have ever experienced. We stayed in a Spa Pool Villa on an all-inclusive package, and everything from the villa amenities to the serene atmosphere was exceptional. A very special mention goes to Kolick, who took amazing care of us throughout our stay. From arranging dining and spa reservations to promptly calling buggies whenever we needed, he effortlessly looked after every little detail with genuine warmth. Even when we accidentally left an item in our room after check-out, he proactively contacted us and coordinated with the lobby so we could retrieve it without any hassle. Thanks to Kolick’s attentive and dedicated hospitality, our holiday was completely relaxing and seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better host, and we truly look forward to returning!
