We've had the best time of our life in Banyan Tree. This is world class - top notch hotel. But this is not the most important thing. The most important are the people. Whole staff showed us kindness, they treated us like a family. We would like to thank to Kaavya, Tia, Kolick and the rest that we've crossed paths with. We love you guys, it's been a pleasure. The whole experience of our stay at banyan tree was wonderful from start to finish. The setting is beautiful but the main attraction is the service which was 5* always. The staff are all very hard working and deliver the best service from breakfast to evening meal. Although all of the staff during our week stay were fabulous, I need to specifically point out a few staff who made our week holiday stand out as memorable and a trip of a lifetime. men, o, gem, ple and poo all were very friendly and accommodating. Always on hand to serve us at breakfast and the pool bar, as well as going out of the way in the evening to ensure we had a memorable time. We will definitely be back!

It was an absolute dream trip from start to finish. Our host Monica was super responsive and gave us brilliant recommendations throughout that were all perfect. The villa was immaculate and the service was exceptional.
