Banyan Tree Phuket

Amazing resort, best part was staff, warm and full hospitable, we stayed at double pool villa 918 and our host Jason along with his colleague Best were a delight. They took care of all my families needs, which I must say were quite a much.

We stayed at Banyan Tree Phuket in December 2025 as a family of three and booked the DoublePool Villa. It was an excellent choice. The villa itself was huge, beautifully maintained, very clean and incredibly spacious. Having the additional pool space made it feel even more private and luxurious, and the in-villa breakfast included with this villa category was a real highlight. What really stood out, though, was the service. The team throughout the resort were extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. The villa service added another level to the stay, and our villa host, Jason, was fantastic. He took care of everything for us, from making restaurant reservations to organising tours, and went out of his way to make our stay feel special. The resort is also excellent for families. The kids' club was fantastic and our 7-year-old daughter had a great time there, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy some downtime ourselves. The spa facilities were another highlight – excellent facilities, a very relaxing atmosphere and exactly what you would expect from a resort of this standard. There are several restaurants across the resort and we had a great experience at all of them. Considering the size and quality of the villa, the facilities, level of service and overall experience, we also felt the stay offered very good value for what you get. Banyan Tree Phuket is absolutely a true 5-star resort. From the villa and restaurants to the kids' club, spa and exceptional service, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. We would definitely return.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience. Beautiful spa facility and room. Jariya was highly skilled and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. One of the best massages I had in Thailand. Is highly recommend.

I had a very satisfying experience here and truly felt the kindness throughout my stay. In particular, the breakfast restaurant was excellent, and the friendly manager (NIWAT) left a strong impression.
