Banyan Tree Phuket

Absolutely loved our first visit to Banyan Tree Spa. From the moment we arrived, Nutt made us feel genuinely welcome and took the time to recommend treatments that suited us perfectly, without ever making us feel rushed. The setting is beautiful and incredibly peaceful, with the treatment rooms nestled amongst the trees. I chose the traditional Thai massage and was extremely happy with it. I asked for a medium pressure, and it was absolutely spot on. Im and New were warm, professional, and highly skilled—it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. The attention to detail and seamless flow between each stage made the entire experience exceptional. Everything felt calm, thoughtful, and unhurried, allowing us to completely switch off. After a busy few weeks, it was exactly what the doctor ordered. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional spa experience.

We had an amazing stay at Banyan Tree Phuket. The private villa was beautiful, very spacious, and offered complete privacy. The atmosphere throughout the resort is peaceful and relaxing, making it easy to switch off and enjoy your vacation. The staff were genuinely friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. Everything felt well organized and maintained. We left with great memories and would definitely choose Banyan Tree again on our next trip to Phuket.

He always checked if we needed anything and paid attention to even the smallest details. His genuine kindness and thoughtful hospitality made us feel sincerely welcomed. Because of him, breakfast became more than just a meal—it was one of the highlights of each day. The breakfast was excellent and the resort was beautiful, but what made our stay truly exceptional was the outstanding service from Manager Niwat. Thank you for making our honeymoon even more memorable. We hope to visit Banyan Tree Phuket again in the future.
