Best service from Niwat
10 stars ⭐for Niwat. Above and beyond service. Food and beverage service manager was great and super hands on too! Nonetheless food options and taste can be better! More thai options will be great

Outstanding Service from Mr. Niwat Lookchan
We had a wonderful breakfast experience with our children, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation to Mr. Niwat. He went above and beyond to make our daughter’s birthday special by arranging a beautiful surprise cake. He was exceptionally attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our visit. Most amazing resort
Most amazing place i've stayed in thailand. The property is huge and beautiful. We didn't even feel the need to leave the resort. The service was excellent l.

Banyan tree
I stayed at the banyan tree for the first time and it was amazing the staff knew how to speak english and multiple resteraunts to go to and i loved their mangos i would literly eat only mango and all the staff knew me for ordering so many mangos but niwat lookchan was the most generous with the mangos and had amazing service.

Banyan tree is the best
Employees were very friendly and well customer oriented, food was deliciouse. Room is clean and great expetience in the pool. Watercourt waiters and chefs are perfect. Jason is great
