Excellent experience
My family and I had a great stay here at the banyan tree hotel in Phuket. The resort is beautiful and the accommodation was amazing! All the staff were really friendly especially Niwat, who looked after us everyday at breakfast. I would highly recommend banyan tree if you plan on coming to Phuket

Wonderful holiday at Banyan Tree. The 3 room signature villa was amazing! Breakfast was plentiful, loved the eggs…Niwat was the most attentive host! All the staff were incredible!

Great stay
Another lovely stay at BT Phuket. We always enjoy the experience of the floating breakfast and my kids love their swimming lessons with Khun Bird (Rungroj). He’s an amazing swim instructor, funny and firm at the same time! My 7 year old daughter got over her dislike of swimming within 30 minutes with his teaching. Housekeeping was responsive although I heard some people mentioning buggy service was slow as the resort was very busy for summer holidays. We also experienced wait times of 10-15 minutes during peak periods. We celebrated a birthday there and the complimentary chocolate cake was quite delicious! My only suggestion is they update the big swimming pool. The anti slip areas underwater can be quite rough and scratch the skin. Also, if not careful, can easily bump into the pool edge overhang, particularly with the lazy river. Not a small job though.
