Banyan Tree Phuket

We’ve just returned from our trip to Banyan tree Phuket, usually we have been staying at the Spa Pool villa Before but this was under renovation and likely to open next month,so we stayed at the serenity pool villa. From the pick up at the airport, to check in at the reception is seamless, and very fast, the lobby staff are quick to Be able to settle you down in your villa. The resort is so peaceful and relaxing over looking the lagoon, and very quickly you Mentally you relax looking at the lush greenery and the land scraping of the property. After a long flight we decided to have a massage at the spa, my wife who had a knee surgery some time back would like to To thank the spa reception team for all help and co operation , and the therapist THANYA who was very skilful, and who really looked after her ,she had excellent treatment ,and was very happy to repeat her massage treatments , I wanted to Have a deep tissue massage ,which was done by EARN ,and I would like to say she is incredibly professional,the technique Was spot-on,it was so relaxing , which made me repeat my massage sessions on the trip. Both therapists looked after us so well, That we shall on our next trip be booking them. A big thanks to the buggy driver ANDY, amazing person he remembers each guest name, The new RAVA beach club is one of the best clubs in PHUKET,the food, drinks music and the amazing sunset is not to be missed I think that all the staff on the property are so well trained for making sure that guests are really looked after, and highlight of the Management to set a truly wonderful standard for guest satisfaction. We will return again, as this is truly a place to come and relax.

We had an unforgettable honeymoon at Banyan Tree Phuket. We stayed in a one bedroom, double pool villa. Our villa host, Best, truly lived up to his name. He consistently went out of his way for us, coming in early or staying late whenever we needed anything. He even helped us with emergency medication, which meant so much to us. His kindness and dedication, along with the exceptional care from the entire staff, made our stay incredibly special and memorable.

Been coming here for 20 years and one of the few places that has become even better with time. The service has always been good, but has become more personal, which is important for a luxury resort The facilities also seem to have expanded to provide more choice If I had to provide any downside, when we first came there was a minimum age for children (possibly 13), which made the resort feel more peaceful and serene Absolutely loved it!

Bicycles are better, new. Good idea to stick rm no sticker on it, our bikes in our past always taken by others. And this time we also have bike lock. We did mentioned we need hard mattress before our arrival but found the bed was soft the first night. Later changed to hard mattress the second day. Our first visit I believe was in 2002, or 03. Since then we came back once every several years. I think for a old resort, you are making it even better year after year. Keep it up, guys, we are planning to come back same time next year.
