Banyan Tree Phuket

This was my very first trip to Thailand, so naturally everything felt new and exciting. We stayed in a small private villa, and even now, years later, I still remember that feeling. The resort is enormous. Even getting to the beach meant taking a golf buggy, which made the whole place feel like a little world of its own. Because it’s away from the city, it’s perfect if you’re looking for peace, privacy and a relaxing family holiday. Everything was exactly as it should be, but what I remember most are the little things. Every day, housekeeping left different toy animals on the bed, a frog, a turtle… I actually kept them, and they still remind me of this trip today. We were also lucky enough to celebrate Chinese New Year during our stay, which made the experience even more special.

Our stay at Banyan Tree Phuket was truly unforgettable and exceeded every expectation. We stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom pool villa, which was spacious, immaculately maintained, and provided the perfect combination of luxury, privacy, and comfort. It felt like our own private oasis. One of our favourite spots was the coffee shop, where we had some excellent coffee, drinks and wonderful food in a relaxed atmosphere. We also loved hiring the resort bikes to explore the stunning grounds at our own pace. The complimentary shuttle to the Rava Beach Club was another wonderful touch, making it easy to enjoy a fantastic day by the beach. My son also enjoyed playing tennis. The daily breakfast was simply amazing and we were spoilt for choices. What really sets Banyan Tree Phuket apart, however, is its exceptional people. A very special thank you to Miss Gift, who gave us such a warm and genuine welcome that immediately made us feel at home. We would also like to thank Nadia, whose friendly and efficient assistance during check-out was the perfect end to our stay. Pui deserves special recognition for his outstanding service, kindness, and hospitality throughout our visit—he truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We would also like to acknowledge all of the restaurant staff, bell staff and buggy drivers. Every one of them was courteous, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Their prompt service and warm attitude made getting around the resort effortless and enjoyable. Every detail at Banyan Tree Phuket reflects a commitment to excellence, from the luxurious accommodation to the beautiful surroundings and the outstanding service. We leave with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. Highly recommended!
