We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to the Food & Beverage Manager, Mr. Niwat. He was always attentive and ensured that we could enjoy our meals at a clean and well-prepared table. He also took the time to introduce us to the resort’s experiences and activities, which helped us make the most of our stay. His warm hospitality greatly enhanced our overall experience, and we are very grateful for everything he did.

Excellent experience
My family and I had a great stay here at the banyan tree hotel in Phuket. The resort is beautiful and the accommodation was amazing! All the staff were really friendly especially Niwat, who looked after us everyday at breakfast. I would highly recommend banyan tree if you plan on coming to Phuket

Wonderful holiday at Banyan Tree. The 3 room signature villa was amazing! Breakfast was plentiful, loved the eggs…Niwat was the most attentive host! All the staff were incredible!
