Marvellous Spa Experience
The Banyan Tree is a wonderful peaceful location for a massage, totally relaxing and still one of the best spa experiences I have ever known. The atmosphere is perfect, rooms are delightful, the staff are all lovely and my masseuse Venice was excellent. A marvellous experience, thoroughly recommended!

The best Spa and the best Masseuse!
I went to the Spa and had the best massage I’ve ever had, given to me by Khun Ant. She was excellent! Lovely girl, wonderful technique to leave my body and I totally relaxed. I shall request Khun Ant the next time I visit the Phuket Banyan Tree Spa which thanks to its beautiful environment is my favourite spa of the many I have visited.

Wonderful place and staff in Phuket
it was my fiest visit in banyan tree phuket and got fantastics exprience ever. Especially NIWAT Lookchan help to find dining place (Shaffran) on 1st day. It was easy to find by his help. And 2nd day, he also helped to takeout service because one of my family was ill, so she couldn’t have breakfast. It was so happy exprience for me cause he also cared my families health as well. It was beatiful place and wonderful staff ever!!

Niwat is the best
I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Niwat, who was truly one of the highlights of our stay and played a wonderful part in making our experience at the resort so memorable.
