Tina was perfect for my Thai massage at the spa. I like firm pressure and it was firm to work out the post flying knots but gentle enough to keep me on the table.

As an event planner at a large international event planning company, I have worked with many hotel and venue teams around the world, and Care is truly one of the best in the business. She supported us in planning an incentive trip at the hotel and went above and beyond from start to finish. What impressed me most was not only her deep knowledge of the property, but the strength of the follow-up questions she asked throughout the planning process. She always knew exactly what to clarify, what details to flag, and what considerations would help us create a stronger and more cohesive flow for the program. Care knew the hotel inside and out, was consistently available before and during the event, and was incredibly flexible with the many requests that came up along the way. Her attention to detail and proactive guidance helped ensure that our guests’ needs were met and that the overall experience felt seamless.
