Banyan Tree Phuket still top
This was our 7th return to Banyan Tree Phuket. Again we were completely satisfied with our stay. Several parts of the resort were again renovated, new dining options created and a new beach club established. But the key reason is the friendly staff. Their behavior is a mirror of the strong leadership demonstrated by the GM Sittichai, chef Gai or Niwat from the main restaurant.

Beautyful Hideaway
Quiet and relaxing vacation with very friendly and attentive staff. Large selection of restaurants. Large selection at breakfast. The staff here are particularly courteous. Special mention should be made of Niwat Lookchan, Assistant F&B Manager, and Manus, Restaurant Manager, but also all the other employees. We stayed in a Serenity Pool Villa which features a secluded private pool and a spacious room with separate bathroom. Banyan Tree Phuket is located 45 minute away from Phuket Old Town but there are plenty of taxi happy to take you there.
