Banyan Tree Phuket

We are currently on Day 5 of our stay. Our family has been staying regularly at Banyan Tree Phuket since 2017, and it truly feels like a second home. Banyan Tree Phuket is a truly special luxury resort that beautifully blends authentic Thai charm, peaceful tranquility, and warm, world-class hospitality. One of the things that makes every stay so memorable is being welcomed by familiar faces each time we return. It was lovely to see Khun Andy again, who kindly assisted us with our luggage and warmly welcomed us to our villa. Nestled around a stunning lagoon, the resort feels like a private tropical sanctuary: calm, lush, and deeply restful. Its location within the Laguna area makes it easy to enjoy the beach, golf course, and nearby restaurants, while still maintaining a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere. The signature private pool villas are beautifully designed, spacious, and wonderfully peaceful, creating the perfect setting for rest and relaxation. From the soft linens to the calming aroma of essential oils, every thoughtful detail reflects the warmth and elegance of Banyan Tree Phuket. Each morning the breakfast buffet is exceptional as always, with a wide variety of international and local dishes that are freshly prepared and beautifully presented. Throughout the years, Khun Niwat has been a familiar face every morning and has consistently provided outstanding service. We congratulated him on 30 exceptional years of service to the Banyan Tree Group. The Food & Beverage staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive, always going above and beyond to create a memorable and enjoyable stay. The housekeeping staff are thorough and trustworthy. We visited the Banyan Tree Gallery. Khun Nina remembered us from previous visits, and together with Khun Ice, they were incredibly kind and helpful, thoughtfully suggesting items we might enjoy. Their service was impeccable, delivered with warmth and genuine smiles. Whether it’s for a romantic escape or a relaxing family holiday, Banyan Tree Phuket offers a truly memorable experience filled with warmth, tranquility, understated luxury, and genuine Thai hospitality. We highly recommend it.

My partner and I booked a massage session with Kik and Im at the Spa, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. From the warm greeting to the relaxing tea and snack at the end, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Both therapists were attentive and respectful, quickly identifying the areas that needed more pressure and working with great skill. We left feeling genuinely refreshed and restored. I would definitely recommend booking a session here.
