Villa Verano is one of the most spectacular resorts we have ever stayed! We were lucky enough to be invited by friends to join in their family vacation and it was top notch from the minute we walked into the villa. Jose, the manager welcomed us with open arms and the entire staff, including Linore, Eddy, Freddy, Arturo and a few others were there with smiles and helping hands to meet our every need. The food was the best we have ever eaten in Mexico, and honestly, some of the best meals ever! The whole experience, from the pool to our beautiful room, to the delicious food, to the awesome staff, to the overall experience will go down as an unforgettable and beautiful memory.

This was our first stay at Villa Verano but it most certainly won’t be our last. We had a group of 16 for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived to Verano the staff, led by Jose, was professional, fun, attentive and endearing. The rooms at the Villa each have their own unique designs appointed with original works of art. And all rooms have wonderful views of the bay and coastline. Although Vallarta has many great restaurants, the cuisine prepared by the Villas in-house chef should not be missed. In fact, we ended up eating the majority of our meals at the Villa. We dined under the stars and enjoyed marvelous views. Overall Villa Verona exceeded our expectations! My wife and are very well traveled and agreed the experience more than 5 stars!

I just enjoyed an exceptional week at Villa Verano in Puerto Vallarta. The setting and the property are GORGEOUS! Each bedroom has a stunning view. Air conditioning and all conveniences are available, but my roommate and I slept in the utmost comfort, with the doors open to the fresh air and the sound of the crashing surf. The building is gorgeous; it feels like a stately home, not a hotel. It has traditional Huichol and other Mexican art, a jungley garden, and a lovely pool. I loved going downstairs in the morning to enjoy excellent coffee while gazing at the 300-year-old "Paper" tree, the ocean, and the pelican flybys. The staff are lovely, warm, and kind. Each is attentive and willing to go above and beyond. Our group of seven women got to know the staff and could not have felt more attended to. The FOOD is excellent. Franko, the Costa Rican chef, made every meal a delicious event. From the fresh ceviche that greeted us, homemade guacamole every day, and a variety of 5-star restaurant-worthy food, we were very well-fed! We had a most extraordinary and enjoyable time. While I did not avail of the laundry service, my friends were delighted to toss their laundry in the 'magic' hamper to have it returned, cleaned, and ironed a short while later. We spent some time relaxing at the Villa, enjoying the pool and taking afternoon naps in shady spots. We also took taxis into Puerto Vallarta for great shopping, markets, and restaurants. Treat yourself and your loved ones to exceptional luxury, natural beauty, and wonderful service at Villa Verano.

We have been coming down to Puerto Vallerta for over 25 years and have stayed at many different hotels over the years. This whole resort is simply amazing and worth every penny. Lalo, Will, Gabby, Rosie and Tony made sure everything about our trip was perfect. From helping us make daily taxi trips and taking care of every detail to Chef Will preparing outstanding meals that we enjoyed almost every day (tip: have Will and Lalo cook for you in your condo - less expensive and so much more personal than any of the restaurants and we have been to most of them.) The whole property overlooks Puerto Vallerta with spectacular views. Maria and Magali - kept our condo spotlessly clean and you never knew they were there. And Lalo took care of our every need with a smile on his face. Seriously you never had to ask for anything. Villa Verano's views from everywhere on the property are spectacular - perfect views of Puerto Vallerta without being in the middle of all the people. We can't say enough about this beautiful place and the people took care of us; they became our friends. We will be back to this place for many years to come.

Six friends and I stayed at the Villa Verano Estate last week. The house was beautifully appointed with wonderful art throughout and the views were fabulous! Our rooms were all different and very clean. We loved the large common area and porch. We enjoyed our own good sized pool. The whole place was beautiful! My favorite part of the trip was the staff. House manager, Jose and his staff were excellent and made us feel pampered, well taken care of, safe and special. They connected with each one of us uniquely. The Chef, Franko and staff were excellent and the food was presented creatively. I hope to return one day soon!
