Lovely Sunday afternoon at The K Club!
Myself and my husband visited The K Club yesterday to enquire about hosting an event there later in the year. We had such a nice experience. The hotel and the grounds are so beautiful. But what we were most impressed with was the reception we received from the Guest Relations Manager, Cesar. He took the time to show us around and gave us a great insight to the options available to us. All in all, it was a very pleasant and positive experience. We hope to return for a stay very soon.

Beautiful Facility
Spent the night after golf. Rooms are great, location beautiful, people overall friendly. No air conditioning? We arrived during a heat wave. We were told air-conditioning would kick in when necessary. It never did. Very hot night. Otherwise, a great stay!

Palmer South Course K Club
Visited with three friends to play The Palmer South course. Welcomed by courteous, friendly and professional staff and made very welcome by members. The course is presented superbly and a credit to the venue and the greenkeeping staff. The back nine holes are as good as you will find anywhere. Highly recommended!

wonderful stay at the KClub
The K Club was such a beautiful hotel to stay at. I had no complaints. It’s even more beautiful than it looks online. The staff treated me very well. I did the horse riding and clay pigeon shooting and had a fabulous time. Would highly recommend staying here.

Zero respect or professionalism
We had an appointment today with the Wedding Team to view the venue, which we had cleared our schedule to attend and arrived on time for. On arrival the hotel receptionist contacted the wedding team and it was clear from what could be overheard that there'd been some sort of mistake. That in itself can happen and is no big deal. However, instead of any sort of explanation, update, or sense of feeling welcome we were directed to a seat in the lobby where we remained for almost 30 minutes without any other contact from staff before deciding to leave. A wedding is a significant investment and important occasion for a couple and potential customers, especially those who travel to a prearranged appointment, are deserving of basic respect and professionalism. You'd receive a warmer welcome at McDonald's, never mind a "5 star hotel" who claims to offer a "timeless, magnificent and unforgettable" experience. Unforgettable perhaps, but for the wrong reasons. We've viewed a few venues locally so far and each host was professional, kind and respectful. We didnt receive as much as a call or email from the Wedding Team to apologise for the inconvenience or enquire if we could reschedule due to their error. A truly appalling, insulting, and unacceptable service experience.
