Best hotel in Ubud
The Viceroy in Ubud, Bali is an amazing hotel. The villa’s are stunning with great views. The most important thing that stood out for my family and I was the great service from every single staff member on the property from our arrival to our departure. Everyone is very helpful and kind. Kadek was an amazing driver and tour guide, at each and every location that he took us too he made sure to explain and educate us in the culture and give us some history on Ubud. Thank you to the Viceroy in Ubud for the excellent service and experience, we will definitely come back to Bali to stay at your wonderful hotel.

Fabulous Option near Ubud
Brilliant from start to finish, impeccable friendly service, wonderful facilities, room and food. Close to Ubud but still quiet.... set amongst paddies and deep valley. a wonderful and special retreat.

Perfect stay
We stayed in a Deluxe Terrace Villa at Viceroy Ubud in Bali a few weeks back and had a perfect stay from the moment we arrived till the departure. The room was, large and immaculate, the heated outdoor pool is pure bliss, villa pools in Bali often feel a little cold in the evening, but this feat made the pool enjoyable 24/7. During our time at the resort we enjoyed cocktails at the main restaurant Cascades where the General Manager Patrick took some time to catch up with us and other guests. Afterwards we explored the on-site Pin Stripe bar adjacent to Aperitif restaurant where we had the pleasure of meeting with the executive chef Nic Vdb, coincidentally also a Belgian native. The cocktails were to die for, both presentation and taste are very impressive. An amazing experience and we will be back for sure! Thank you to the Viceroy Team

The Folkards Anniversary at the Viceroy.
The experience offered at the Viceroy is truly a rare find. From the exceptional accommodations to the world-class dining, every aspect of our stay was a definitive five-star experience. My wife and I visited to celebrate our anniversary and were treated with a level of hospitality that was both royal and unforgettable. ​We highly recommend the Viceroy to anyone seeking an authentic Balinese escape and the experience of a lifetime. A sincere thank you to the staff and General Manager Patrick for making us feel so welcome at this beautiful resort.

Pure blissful luxury at it's very best! Truly magical!!
From the moment we arrived at the this very special luxury hotel we were spoilt every step of the way! With stunning forest valley views, amazing staff and the attention to every little detail, our stay was truly exceptional. We booked through Hilton Honors and our Diamond status was fully recognised - thank you! We were upgraded to a beautiful deluxe terrace pool suite which was spacious, luxurious and had an excellent pool which could be heated on request - although this wasn't needed during our stay. We thouroghly enjoyed the food in both restaurants which offer very different dining options. 'Aperitif' provided the best fine dining experience on the island with every dish finely crafted and delicious. 'Cascades' on the other hand was more relaxed with more traditional and beautifully created local food. Both were equally special in their own way and highly recommended!! We enjoyed two social evenings in Pinstripes and Cascades with excellent complementary cocktails and canapes which were delicious, enjoyable and great fun! The location of the hotel is perfect and not too far from the centre of Ubud which although was walkable for us, complementary shuttles are available and we loved chatting to Chess the resort driver - he really has a great sense of humour! The hotel boasts a state of the art gym with a very good selection of equipment and weights, a squash court and even a table tennis table! The amazing spa offered an excellent range of affordable treatments. Special thanks to Lisa our favourite therapist. The peace and tranquility of the hotel was something we appreciated for the five days we were lucky enough to stay here. Special thanks to the GM Patrick for ensuring our stay was so special and the long list of wonderful staff which included Balik, Ngurah, Santi, Hery, Nik, Putu, Sri, Henrda and chef Suandi, along with managers Adhi, Agung, Chef Gerry and of course the great house keeping team.
