Loved it!!!!
Our stay at Viceroy Bali exceeded every expectation. We booked the Deluxe Villa, and it was exactly as pictured, if not even more stunning in person. Without a doubt, this was the highlight of our time in Bali. It truly felt like the definition of a perfect vacation, and at times, we had to remind ourselves that we were actually there. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our private heated infinity pool, even while it was raining, an experience we’ll never forget. Another deeply meaningful highlight was participating in a Balinese blessing at the resort’s temple, followed by an unforgettable dinner at Apéritif. The entire evening was beautifully curated and incredibly special. The service throughout our five-day stay was exceptional in every sense. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed; not just as guests, but as friends. Their warmth and attention to detail were truly remarkable. We especially appreciated that the manager, Patrick, took the time to personally introduce himself, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to our experience. We also loved the convenience of being able to communicate with the team via WhatsApp, their responses were always prompt and helpful. A special thank you to Puspa, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. We cherished every moment at Viceroy Bali and would return in a heartbeat. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Gede and Ayuni deserve particular praise for their graciousness and professional warmth. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and well-cared for from the moment they arrive, handling requests with genuine care and efficiency.

First Class Bali Retreat
I just recently wrapped up a trip to Viceroy Bali and just wanted to say how impressed I was with the facility and especially the service. I've been to thousands of hotels over the years and I can confidently say the service at Viceroy was the best I've ever experienced. The staff was incredible with their skill and professionalism. The villas, pool, restaurants, and spa were all first class. We will definitely return. I don't often write after a stay but the service was so amazing at Viceroy that I was compelled to share my experience. Job well done! Bravo Viceroy Bali!

Stunning views, soothing serenity, heart warming staff & fantastic food.
Viceroy exceeded our expectations. My husband & I were looking for a quiet, tranquil place, away from the crowd, immersed nature & with food so good that we wouldn’t have to go to Ubud for the week we planned to stay. Viceroy ticked all the boxes & more! We stayed in the Elephant Villa which was particularly stunning as it overlooked the valley with the river below. Everything was fantastic & smooth beginning from the time of making the booking, the welcome received in reception on arrival, the wonderful staff at the beautiful Cascade‘s restaurant & the immaculate housekeeping staff. We enjoyed every single meal at Cascades restaurant during our stay. Additional plus point is that their barista makes excellent a fantastic cuppa! Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made us feel welcomed & were very accommodating, especially Puttu, Shanti, Gung & all those who attended to us
