Viceroy Bali

We have stayed in many top class hotels around the world and our stay at the Viceroy rates among the very best. The rooms, pools and views are incredible as you can see in the pictures, but what you can’t see is the service. You get the impression that the staff genuinely enjoy working there and their manner was so relaxed and welcoming without being intrusive, we felt like family. Thoroughly recommend and we will certainly be booking again when coming back!

My wife and I stayed at Viceroy for our honeymoon, and although we stayed for 2 nights, we both wished we could have stayed longer! We stayed in one of the villas, which was absolutely beautiful — spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Unfortunately, I developed a very bad sore throat during our stay. The hotel team immediately took care of me, arranged for me to see a doctor, and made sure I was properly checked. Their care and attention really meant a lot to us. On the same day, the hotel also organised an excursion for us to visit the rice fields, a waterfall, and a coffee plantation. Yogi was with us throughout the experience, and he was fantastic. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure we had the best experience possible. Overall, Viceroy made our honeymoon truly special. From the beautiful villa to the exceptional service and genuine care from the staff, everything was wonderful. We would definitely recommend Viceroy and hope to come back for a longer stay next time!

The room was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and fitted with stylish touches throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the view from the room was simply breathtaking.

My husband and I just spent our honeymoon at the Viceroy Bali and don't have enough good things to say about it. The resort is beautiful, they offer a spread of different activities & events (meditation, yoga, live music, Balinese cooking class, traditional Balinese dancing, fantastic spa services, etc.) and the staff did everything possible to make our honeymoon as special as possible. We grew so close with each one of them (Santi, Yogi, Ardi, Hery & the rest of the team!) that it made it even more sad to leave at the end. I would recommend the Viceroy to anyone visiting Ubud! Stayed there for a getaway…nice property fit for old money aesthetic with warm welcome from the staff, nice welcome amenities also spacious room. Cleanliness is superb..the food also amazing special. I love the canapes and drinks on the social hour at the bar.. Before check in I fill in the request such as pre heated for the pool and my diet preference. The heated pool amazing to swim with. Also before I say my food request, the staff already know my preference. The room is so spacious with the bath tub to relax with… Very ideal to enjoy Ubud Vibes with the jungle view and serene environment.. Love it 😍
