Our third time at Viceroy and it gets better and better!
This is our third time at Viceroy Bali and yet again, it was a delightful and truly unforgettable experience. There was service with a smile at every interaction, and the staff anticipated our every need. We normally travel with our older daughters and stay in a wonderful 2 bedroom pool villa, but this time we were in the Deluxe Pool Villa for two which was so incredibly spacious. The food was exceptional and we genuinely think Aperitif, the fine dining restaurant, just keeps getting better and better! We've experienced degustation dining all across the world, and Apertif offers something truly unique with its 1920's ambiance, exceptional bar (with live duo singers) and absolutely delicious food. We can't wait to return to Viceroy Bali!

Paradise in Bali
From the moment we were helped out of the car we knew this resort was special. Viceroy was the last leg of our stay in Bali, and we had saved the best until last. From the room with the spectacular view, the food, the amenities, but most of all, the staff. I know a number of other reviews have referenced this, but we have never been anywhere where the kindness and sincerity are so genuine, we were so sad to leave. I’m not going to mention anyone as a stand, as all of the staff were amazing. From the staff in the restaurants, the spa, front desk, housekeeping and the Pinstripe bar, all were outstanding. We used the shuttle bus into town, which was great, and we also used Grab, which was excellent isn’t the shuttle times didn’t suit. If you’re unsure where to eat in town, just ask a member of staff, they had some excellent recommendations. We also did the sunrise tour of Mount Batur and the Elephant Sanctuary, both were excellent. If you are debating on whether to go, take the plunge, you won’t be disappointed

The most incredible place to stay in Ubud! Best infinity pool, most incredible bar and delicious food!
One of the most incredible hotels in ubud! We had a 2 bed apartment with private pool which was beautiful. But the main pool was incredible along with the hospitality of the staff. The infinity pool is one of the best with the most stunning views - the food was delicious and the bar is probably the best bar in ubud! Not to mention the massages were incredible! I could go on….

Viceroy Bali experience
Great luxury hotel. Very clean , helpful staff and awesome rooms and pool. I have stayed at several luxury resorts in Bali and other countries such as Maldives. Viceroy is one of the top ones. Breakfast was amazingly too. I did not give a full 5 starts because dinner was very mediocre , staff looked tired and as if they were ready to leave. And they do not have the luggage storage service for overnight, which was inconvenient for us. We travelled to different islands and had to return to Denpasar. We only needed them to keep our bags for one night but they couldn’t offer that service. Other luxury hotels do offer that service.

Truly a wonderful stay
I truly had such a lovely stay at Viceroy. The staff were super friendly and easy to chat with, they really made me feel at home. I loved how laid-back the whole vibe was. They helped me fully relax and enjoy my time in Bali to the max. Also, the hotel itself is just beautiful, and both the restaurant and the Pinstripe Bar were amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
