We had the absolute pleasure of working with Gustavo Gonzalez (Dive Master) for the third year in a row. This year we decided to get our 14 year old daughter scuba certified, and Gustavo made sure she was thoroughly trained, and prepared for all four certification dives. He is truly patient, and knowledgeable. As a father, I felt my daughter was in good hands. I have personally dove with Gustavo approximately 10 times in the past three years, and he makes sure we have the best experience, and always goes above and beyond. Thank you again sir! This was a great all-inclusive experience. Our second Paradisus (last one was in Punta Cana) and we were equally impressed here. Food: Above expectations for all-inclusive. The A La Carte options were impressive. Activities for kids: Really good. Packed program all day long Cleanliness: Very clean overall Facilities: Well maintained. The only downside is the beach, which was filled with an insane amount of seaweed. However, this is problem in the entire region at this time of year, and not a criticism of the hotel in any way. In fact, they had cleaning crews trying there, but there was so much seaweed that they were always behind. We had a Nikte swim-up suite, which I recommend if you find a good deal for it. Nikte gets you premium services, a dedicated concierge, etc.Our concierge, Adrian, did an excellent job reserving restaurants for us. We would have had a hard time getting everything booked and organized without him. We had 24/7 communication with him or his team via WhatsApp, which was great. The swim-up is great if you have several kids and/or babies. When one kid is napping, the rest are swimming, which is a fantastic luxury to have.

We have really enjoyed all of the staff here at the resort. Joel from the Noas restaurant during one of our morning stays for breakfast was super attentive. Alberto from the Blue Agave restaurant during our stay here for dinner one night recommended our dinner options with variety of tacos, sauces, and sides which made our experience super helpful since we weren’t too familiar with the options available. Alejandro made us feel special during our anniversary dinner from the Lemon Fish restaurant by offering us a special plated dessert. Ismael from the World Buffet in the adult side of the resort was recommending us a different alcohol beverages so we could enjoy our meals since we didn’t have our son bothering us … We have been delightful, greeted by Lorena every morning at the Nespresso Bar…. Daniel from the activity center has been super accommodating with finding our son and keeping it engaged in some of of the children’s activity throughout the week … These were only to name a few!

We loved the personal assistance we received from every staff member. The gentleman who helped us daily, Roberto Vado, was excellent, never missed a beat and replied lightening fast. Oscar, our server at Tokimeku was outstanding and gave us the best dining service of our entire stay! And lastly, our pool server, Elvis Canul was absolutely amazing. He anticipated our drink order before we could place them and remembered what we wanted each and every day. He made our stay convenient but what was more meaningful was how warm and inviting he was. We really loved the ease of our swim-up suite and that we were able to share a door connecting us to our best friends. The space was very generous and we had plenty of room. The housekeeping service was better than 5 star. We had everything we needed and our room was always magically cleaned while we were out at the pool. We also loved the beauty shop where I was able to get a blowout and even though I was 15 minutes late (I felt awful) my hairdresser did it still under the time limit for us to make our next reservation on time! I was so impressed. My only complaint was that the room could have been a little more updated. Tiles were missing in and around our pool stairs and chairs and there was definitely some areas that could have been refreshed within our room. But, that paled in comparison to all of the amazing things about the resort. Room service was great, our upgrade was at a reasonable rate and the swim-up suite was perfect!

Traveled with our two young kids. The resort totally exceeded our expectations. Both our girls used the kids club (2&5), and would beg to go back. Valerea at the kids club was fantastic. The food at every restaurant was better than expected. We have stayed at multiple resorts (secrets, Hyatt, etc), and this was the best food.
