Super friendly and helpful staff, loved the SPA experience and Wild Drive was so much fun with the fantastic driver Abdul (I hope i have got his name right). Wish i had a bit more time for other actives, but i spend most of my time by/in the pool....Breakfast was better than I expected. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway!

Excellent Service, great experiences and absolutely friendly, entusiastic people who work there I will come back to this place with my family - hopefully soon! The only thing that could be improved is the arrival - better accessiblity via air transfer.

Nice location, good rooms, very good ambience, lots of options for resort activities. But water sports dependent on whether. Not so good beaches, very good kids club. Very poor room service, breakfast was ok, could have been better. Overall very good option for 2- 3 nights.

We stayed one night When we arrived at 4 we had only 2 Hours time to Bike or any other activity at 6 all was closed . The Beach was closed and all plastic on the Beach and garbage items. Also next day the beach was closed not possible to snorkel. The Arabic buffet looked very poor and not fresh even breakfast was 3 star food . Personnel wearing contractor shoes and looked dirty also the clothes not for 5 star. The maintenance of the hotel was behind plants dead . The wooden floor was needles coming out. Before 12 they called us 3 times that it was time to check out. No coffee in the room or any extras as you expect from 5 star! The personal didn't speak proper English. The safari car old, bike old, no water in fountain in front of hotel. I came one time before in 2009 and that time it was amazing. The pool bar was excisting and all was nice maintenance as it was just new! So comparing from that time to now this time was very bad! And it cost all money! Kind regards Therese Heijboer
