A very nice trip that i enjoyed with my family, there was a bit disappointment on arrival since i booked a pool villa and it turned out to be 1*1 or so, but the manager understood that the mistake was from the description on the booking site and arranged for an upgrade within 10 min to a huge 2 bedroom villa with a proper private swimming pool The activities were amazing, my 4 years old daughter enjoyed it sooo much as her birthday treat and wanted to live there with the animals I was lucky that the weather was soo good The activities team are very friendly and understanding, they even provides id us with private rides all the time understanding that my wife was pregnant and the driver should drive with care All over it was an amazing experience The only reason that i am giving 4 is that the food options are little and you get a small kitchen but no supplies

Good time, special thanks to Laura and Bharat. They showed great customer service by giving us the villa for 4 when we booked for 2 only (by accident) as a compliment from the hotel and allowed us to stay till 6 pm. We enjoyed the safari and the horseback riding as well. All staff are friendly and welcoming

I had visited with family and all of us enjoyed it thoroughly. Staff were very friendly and service at the restaurants was amongst the best I've seen anywhere in the world, including USA and Europe. Food tends to be expensive but this is understandable considering the costs involved in maintaining a resort in an island. Activities are also expensive but the wildlife drive is highly recommended
