Bucket list for anyone

An absolutely breathtaking scenery surrounds the amazingly well run resort Service and facilities are top range and really nothing to desire different Yann in reception and Faran driving the 4wd stood out as stars among the stars ⭐️ Only important note is to rent your own car for the journey there - being deep in the desert 🌵 uber and careem will take the booking and charge your credit card only to not provide a driver and hotel limo is very costly as always the case

Beautiful dessert stay

Beautiful hotel in the dessert. The infinity pool (adults only) is amazing. F&B options are very good. The drive there is the only downside

Fantastic hotel in the middle of the desert

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

Fantastic hotel in the middle of the desert. You need a car (or a transfer) from Abu Dhabi (about 2 hours), but the road itself is a great experience. The hotel is very large, but they offer a buggy service between your room and other locations, which is fast and efficient. We had our own pool, but the hotel pools look amazing also. Service is impeccable. Restaurants are very good, but quite expensive (Al Falaj should not be missed). Be aware that the pool suites for two persons do not have an un-obstructive desert view (as seems to look from the website), but still the view is very nice. Climbing the nearby dunes (the one just near the main entrance, and the biggest ones near the Al Falaj restaurant) is a must, but not in the middle of the day (we had the chance of a heavy raining day in the desert, because the weather and the sand getting harder allow us to hike everywhere). From the activities offered by the hotel, Polaris ride is the men world. It is quite expensive, but driving such a great car on the dunes is once in lifetime experience. Camel trekking is fashionable, but I did not enjoy it so much. Do not miss the Falcon and Saluki show, which is a real Arabian experience. If you have a rented car, it is worthwhile a short visit on your way back to Abu Dhabi or Dubai at the Liwa oasis. There are some old forts to see (part of the local culture) and the shop of the Dates Factory, where you can taste more than you can imagine that can be manufactured from dates (coffee, ice-cream, even ketchup).

Stunning desert hotel/stunning location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 days ago

My husband and I have just spent three nights here. We actually saw it on Amazing Hotels of the World and were bowled over by it. However, after seeing it for ourselves we were even more impressed with the stunning location, stunning hotel and amazing service. It was pure five star luxury. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the gardens were immaculate. I went to the gym every day and I have to say it’s the best gym I have ever been in. State of the art equipment and even a studio with all sorts of training stuff in. A joy to use. My husband did a desert tour on the fat bikes and found this really enjoyable. Breakfast was good. It catered for all needs. In particular we enjoyed the home made sourdough bread. Also for evening meals, there is plenty of restaurants to choose from. From arrival, we were looked after so well by every member of staff we came into contact with. Krishala met us on arrival in reception and did a tour of the restaurants, as well as dealing with dinner reservations. She was charming, helpful and so passionate about the hotel. We will never forget her. Also we were well looked after by one of the pool attendants - John - and in fact by all the staff too many to mention. My husband and I agreed that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in and look forward to returning in the future.
