Overlooking Acapulco's Puerto Marqués Bay, Camino Real Acapulco Diamante is in perfect harmony with its natural surroundings. Seemingly sculpted into the mountainside it inhabits, the resort is a cascade of buildings tucked into vast rocks. Classic styling and Mexican architectural details evoke the great European resort hotels with a touch of the golden Riviera of the Mexican Pacific. Here, you'll enjoy exceptional comforts in an elegant guestroom that offers scenic glimpses of the turquoise bay and the emerald tropics that surround it.

Great service all around! Everything is in great shape. I did not like being away from the action in Acapulco... bugt if you want a quiet location, this is it!

Terrible service: rooms not ready at 5pm, no sheets/towels/water, poor follow-up. Restaurar no lemon, no shrimp, no sausage. Never again.

The facilities are very old and extremely neglected. The floor on the second level is unwalkable; all the tiles are broken, and the walls are stained and full of holes. On the third floor, we even found a couple of dead cockroaches. As for the service, the staff is very friendly, but they are unable to keep up when the hotel is crowded. At the beach during happy hour, there was only one waiter for more than 100 guests. The prices are absurd compared to what they offer... The room towels were not white and very old. The bathroom smelled like old urine.

The Camino Real Acapulco hotel offers a luxury experience thanks to its excellent service, impeccable cleanliness, and a privileged location in the Diamante area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and feature spectacular views that guarantee a perfect rest. However, there are a few details to consider. The hotel charges $70 MXN for parking per night, an unusual fee for a hotel of its category. Furthermore, the food and beverage offerings, while good quality, come with high prices and limited variety, which can be an inconvenience during longer stays. In conclusion, it is a highly recommended option for anyone seeking comfort and exclusivity, as long as you budget for the additional costs of parking and food.
