Reviews for Las Brisas Acapulco

Wonderful views, great location, hotel somewhat dated.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We visited in May of 2025 for two nights. I was disappointed with the pvt swimming pool, because there were no stairs to get in and out of the pool. The hotel is quite dated, no decor on the walls, however, the staff was amazing except for the last day when we called to be picked up to leave the hotel no one ever came. Apparently the receptionist forgot to advise the drivers. For the most part, whenever we left our room, we called the front desk and shortly after someone would show up to take us down to the main lobby. We went to the private club and had lunch, which was amazing. The food was good and the patio area was phenomenal. The view from the balcony was nothing short of phenomenal and another unique feature was having a cubby filled with hot coffee and muffins brought to you every morning. All in all it was a good experience, but may not come back because it’s quite dated for my taste.

Paradise in Heaven on Earth México Mágico

Wedding, honey moon, special events, anytime magic, this is paradise. I love it. Paradise in Heaven on Earth México. Magic Mexico. Staff is lovely and treats you like a queen or king. Remote and highly secure. Everything is good and relaxing.

Legendary and Upscale

Las Brisas Acapulco has been around since the late 50’s. You get the sense of being at the place where old legends like Sinatra, Monroe and other characters of that caliber have stayed. The staff is extremely attentive from arrival to departure. We stayed in a Casita with a private pool and jacuzzi with one of the best views of the Bay of Acapulco. Although my wife and I are used to a firm mattress, the bed and linens are of very high quality. The bathroom is big and closet space was also ample for our one week stay. The 24 hour room service menu has plenty of options. If you are looking for privacy and quality, this is the place. There were a few meaningless details that we thought could be taken into consideration by the hotel such as the fact that they don’t leave you a wine or bottle opener but overall this has been one of the most romantic experiences my wife and I have had.

Life is Beautiful at Las Brisas

Super comfortable bed and pillows, gorgeous view, very private, gay friendly and attentive staff (though not necessarily true of the other patrons). Restaurants (other than beach club) need to update their menus to include vegan options, breakfast items in particular. Price of food is way too high: went to Bellavista for supper and asked them to make a simple olive oil and garlic pasta since they didn’t have other options for us. Pasta was overcooked and they charged us 40$/plate… We didn’t eat there again.

We stayed at Las Brisas in Acapulco, Mexico, in November, 2004. The view and private pool at our casita were so spectacular that we didn't even venture down to the beachclub the first few days!! The beachclub and sunset bar are also amazing and the staff is friendly! Simply fantastic & relaxing!!
