This was my fourth stay at Las Brisas Acapulco, and once again, it exceeded every expectation. The attention to detail, the warmth and friendliness of the staff, the breathtaking views, and the spotless rooms are truly above and beyond. Every visit feels special, and the level of service is consistently exceptional. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Acapulco Las Brisas feels like home. Thank you for another unforgettable stay!

Las Brisas Acapulco has been completely renovated after the devastating hurricane a few years ago. This is a very unique experience where you will have your own “casita” and pool within the resort. Beach is safe young kids guarded by man made rock wall yet still lets sea water come through and optional natural ocean pools for adults and great swimmers. This resort is on hill side and the beach club is not walking distance. You need to take the resort vans to and forth. We saw it as a very different experience than any other beach resort we’ve been at. Sunsets were beautiful at our own “casita” and the food was amazing delicious! By far the best we’ve had at any resort we’ve been to. Service was amazing at all times.

I wish I had a better experience than what I had. First, check in was great and staff nice and attentive off the bat. My issues are with the rooms. First night we checked in we had turned on or AC right away got ready and met up a group of friends for dinner. By the time we returned our room was filled with water covering the bed and floor from the AC. We quickly called the front desk which then led us to packing up and moving rooms around 1AM. They upgraded us to a bigger room but the view was not as nice as the previous one. The second day after returning from the beach club we couldn’t access our room because the key pad was out of battery which led us to waiting on a battery change to enter the room to get ready for a wedding we were attending. All in all our bad experiences were strictly to the rooms but staff again very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is very nice and overall offers a pleasant experience from the moment of arrival, with facilities that stand out for their design and welcoming atmosphere. The service is good, and most of the staff are attentive and willing to assist with anything needed, which contributes positively to the stay. However, it is noticeable that maintenance needs to be reinforced in certain areas, as some details could be improved to match the image and level of service the hotel aims to project. Regarding the dining experience, the food is good, with enjoyable flavors and appropriate presentation. That said, there is an opportunity to elevate the experience and make it more memorable through small improvements in consistency, variety, or innovation. It is worth highlighting team members who truly make a difference in service. In particular, Jesus Cabrera the Restaurants and Bars department, stands out for his positive attitude and his warm, engaging interaction with guests. He is attentive, personable, and shows a genuine interest in delivering quality service, ensuring that each guest feels well taken care of. His approachability and warmth create a more personalized and enjoyable experience, making him undoubtedly a great addition and a valuable asset to the team.

Wow!! My sister and I flew from Vancouver to stay for a week at the beautiful Hotel Las Brisas in Acapulco. The hotel is up on a hill overlooking Acapulco Bay and all of the casitas have their own pool. They have a sunset bar and awesome beach club down the hill at the ocean. The beach club has a bar and restaurant and features a freshwater pool as well as two saltwater pools connected to the ocean. These pools have fish, starfish and sea urchins! The beds are so comfortable, and coffee, fruit and pastries are delivered each morning. The hotel staff were friendly and took care of anything we needed. We would especially like to thank Andrea on the front desk, and Santiago, who drove us everywhere in his pink and white jeep! Muchas gracias, Las Brisas!😍 🇲🇽

We stayed at Las Brisas in Acapulco, Mexico, in November, 2004. The view and private pool at our casita were so spectacular that we didn't even venture down to the beachclub the first few days!! The beachclub and sunset bar are also amazing and the staff is friendly! Simply fantastic & relaxing!!
