Reviews for InterContinental Adelaide
We had a complimentary room upgrade with river view, excellent amenities and cleanliness. Used the Club lounge which is great for unwinding at end of day. Good service and quieter and more relaxing than main lounge

Had an absolutely wonderful stay, the room was fantastic and with a beautiful view. All of the staff were extremely friendly, professional and very helpful. My favourite parts were the gorgeous bathroom, with a lovely bathtub AND the amazing buffet breakfast, where I completely over indulged in all of delicious food that was available. Will definitely be back one day!
The InterContinental Adelaide was a good experience with clean rooms, friendly staff and great views of Adelaide. The room was neat and tidy; however, I found it disappointing there was no bottled water on the bedside tables as experienced in other 5 star hotels we have enjoyed. The dining room was too small for the size of the hotel especially when we were there with a conference/overnight group all wanting breakfast at the same time. The hotel is centrally located and close to Rundall Mall and the railway station.

This is my 4th time at the hotel in as many years. Staff always provides excellent customer service including Club Lounge, room service, housekeeping, front desk and concierge. No request big or small was any problem for the staff. Bed is always comfortable, great pillow menu and air conditioning is effective and cold. The only negative part of my stay is that I come down with tonsillitis and I had fewer walks around Adelaide. My next trip to Adelaide will be of course staying at my favourite hotel.

Hotel lobby was great pretty classy. Didn't get showed where the lifts were at check in. More emphasis on selling the ambassador brand. Rooms were pretty crap for what we paid. The carpets are old and grubby. The toilet and bathroom is hidden in what looks like cupboard doors. The doors are actually identical to the cupboard doors. The stock in bathroom wasn't updated daily. Not impressed.
