Exceptional - in all aspects. Can not ask for more!! Location, superlative maintenance of the property, well appointed rooms, security, delectable cuisine, amazing view of the Taj monument, ever willing to help staff members...yeh dil mange more of Amarvilas!

Pre-arrival concierge services very disappointing
My pre-arrival experience with the Oberoi in Agra has been very disappointing. Given their level, cost, and reputation, I expected responsive, helpful and accurate support from their concierge. They did not meet this. My requests were not unusual: a guide for the Taj, a guide for Delhi, a restaurant reservation. They took 3-4 days to respond to emails and only sent partiall answers (eg. Availability but not cost). I asked for a number i could call or text on WhatsApp and they refused, saying they could only give it once I checked in; which will be too late for most of the plans I need. I expected better from you, Oberoi.

One of the best in the world
We stayed for only one night and regret not staying longer. What an amazing hotel . From welcome to goodbye everything was perfect, Our balcony room with view of Taj was so comfortable , The service we received was out of this world . Every staff member we interacted with was first class . We appreciated the gifts for our anniversary and very thankful to Mayank Pandey for fitting us into the wonderful Indian restaurant where we enjoyed an excellent dinner .
