Highlight of our trip.
Otherworldly experience waking up to view from balcony. Food great pool great massage great. Best of all is their staff. It's super expensive(for us anyway) and totally worth it. Stay 2 nights if you can, so you can just enjoy the hotel as well

Tour guide for Taj Mahal
While I have shared a separate review of our stay at The Oberoi Amarvilas—which was, without question, the best experience we have had at any hotel or resort to date—this is a special shoutout to Muzammil Hussain, the guide recommended by the Oberoi Amarvilas for our visit to the Taj Mahal. Keen to have as many formalities taken care of before our arrival, I reached out to Muzammil in advance. From the very first interaction, he was extremely professional, prompt, and meticulous in addressing all my queries, ensuring everything was well organized ahead of time. Across every aspect of the experience, we would rate Muzammil a 10 out of 10. There were absolutely no shortcomings—his communication was clear and proactive, his punctuality flawless, and his handling of logistics seamless. His insight and knowledge added tremendous value to the visit, he ensured we captured the best possible photographs, and he skillfully shielded us from constant solicitations by other service providers. If you are staying at The Oberoi Amarvilas and looking for a guide for the Taj Mahal, I would highly recommend requesting Muzammil Hussain. His professionalism and dedication truly elevated an already unforgettable experience.

Just a few steps away...
You cant expect a closer property to the taj mahal. Great team, breakfast a la carte choice is very large. We were upgraded to the highest floor with a terrace looking directly at the taj mahal. Amazing experience.
