Fab service & fab views
The Oberoi Agra is a stunning hotel with impeccable service. We were greeted by the manager and were taken to our room with a perfect view of the Taj Mahal. The hotel is beautiful and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was ready as soon as we arrived mid morning and we were blown away by the stunning view of the Taj Mahal. It was like a picture postcard but better. The bed was a bit firm for my liking but they put a topper on the bed which gave it a softer feel. The bathroom was nice also. Breakfast was as expected - perfect as was dinner the night before. The stand out feature is the service. Top marks all round.

Perfection
In anything there is always room for improvement but here at the Oberoi Amarvilas I can say we’ve found perfection!! First off the beauty and luxury of the resort is 5 star in it self! But to me the perfection is in its staff; from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the gardeners, even when wondering around every staff made time to have warm conversations with us. I want to single out Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, Anand Tiwari, who always seemed to remember our names and went out of his way without asking to make our last night memorable!! With this kind of service I can’t think of any other place to stay in Agra!!!

Brilliant holiday stay at The Oberoi Amarvilas
Wow, what a memorable stay! Oberoi Amarvilas is truly one of the best hotel in India that my family and I had since having experienced the Oberoi experience over the last few years. The hotel staff really went out of their way to ensure we were treated with the best in house services that is par excellence. Staff were well trained and they ensured that we indeed experience home outside our own home during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable and very good value for money, especially facing the Taj Mahal. GM Rohit Kukreja is exemplary in demonstrating consistent and excellent guest service. Keep up the excellent work!

Perfect hotel.
The most amazing hotel. Service was something else. Nothing was too much trouble. I’ve stayed many nice places but we were in total agreement. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve no advice to improve the hotel as it was perfect.
