Wonderful Hotel with the kindest staff
This is one of the most iconic and beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. My wife and I are retired and have traveled the world a few times over and we rate this hotel in our top tier!! The hotel, the location aside, the entire staff are a class above the rest. Well done guys! Keep up the good work!!

Beautiful hotel and view of Taj Mahal is amazing from this property
This hotel was perfect in every way- we had a beautiful view of the Taj Mahal from our room /balcony - in addition in the early evening we enjoyed a wonderful Rajasthani folk dance performance in the pool area which we viewed from our balcony. The grounds of the property are great- beautiful pool and we wish we had stayed a few more days- Both restaurants were great- we had yummy Indian food at the Esphahan Restaurant and appreciated the chef greeting us and helping us with our food selection- I know you will love staying at this property- it is so close to the Taj Mahal and they even offer a golfcart ride to visit.

Pinnacle of Luxury with Unbeatable View
Amarvilas was our first exposure to Oberoi Hotels as our travels have been exclusively to Europe, Africa and North America, principally staying in Marriott branded hotels (Ritz Carlton, JW Marriott, W, Renaissance, Le Meridien) because of a family ownership connection. We cannot adequately convey how awed we were Amarvilas - being wholly unprepared for the luxuriously comfortable room, attentive staff, delicious food and elegantly appointed and designed interiors. Everyone with whom we interacted was courteous, professional, and highly attentive. We quickly run out of superlatives to describe our experience and capture our feelings about Amarvilas. Know this, however. We cannot recommend Amarvilas highly enough. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest. It is a 12! Should we ever again visit Agra (and we certainly hope to do so with our family) we will stay at Amarvilas. Moreover, we will insist our friends who visit Agra stay here too.
