Helnan Palestine Hotel

We visited the hotel off season ( the busy season is usually from May to October when it is ideal for spending a summer vacation) the weather was still not cold and we could still enjoy the beautiful bay and swimming pool when the sun was out , one of the most beautiful and picturesque areas in the middle of Montazah are in Alexandria. The hotel was clean The open buffet restaurant was great and there were many other restaurants to choose from for dinner، a Japanese, an Italian and a seafood restaurant . The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The best part was the lovely strolls you can take in this historic area

Everything was fine Rooms were clean Staff was nice no complains about that The only complaint was The noise coming from the weddings they set in the garden ..ruined our night We couldn’t sleep and neither do my babies Along with other residents we gathered in the hall complaining from the noise !

I had an amazing night at "relounge", best night spot in Alexandria, NO Comparison at all.. with amazing dj, very delicious food and great value for money, as well as beautiful bellydancers and helpful staff Highly recommended for couples to visit this place, you will enjoy to the max

This was an exceptional experience, starting from booking with Ms Marian, who was begond helpful from the first call, despite that we already had issues from another reservation platform, she was extremely helpful and professional, making sure she gives us all the support that we needed. The room was spacious with an amazing view, the staff were beyond helpful and thoughtful, a special shoutout to Nadia from the housekeeping team, she made our stay extra special. Everyone made sure we had a truly memorable trip. Thank you all, till we meet again soon xx
