About the Hotel
With a philosophy that combines ancient Asian techniques with ultimate advances in Western medicine, SHA Wellness Clinic is aimed at improving the well-being of guests through macrobiotics, beauty care and anti-aging. Located in the Valenciana region of Spain, an area whose scenery complements the purpose of a well visit, SHA Wellness Clinic is situated on the scenic beach of Albir near the city of Altea. Reside at the retreat for one, two or three weeks, depending on your program of choice, and be housed in a cluster of architecturally stunning buildings linked together by enchanting footbridges. Inside each suite you will find an array of soothing appointments with streamline furnishings thoughtfully positioned in spacious quarters, and inviting terraces offering comfort and ocean views.

Better sleep, better posture and falling in love my self.
Just go. Invest in yourself and do it. If you go book with Phillipa for bio resonance and Acupunture, I have had both around the old and she was the best. Also the Ivker the PT is stellar, I have been trained by an Olympian and he was just as good if not dare I say better. The crano osteopath Eva or Ava I’m sorry I’m can’t recall, but after one session by posture has improved. If you don’t sleep well or have posture or back pain see her. Please if you are open and willing to let go do Watsu with Libertas she has a gift. I cried with happiness in her session. Magical. The food is great, One thing I would recommend is don’t over book sessions, don’t do more than 2 back to back, take time out to journal and think of what you have gained and how you will channel it into your normal life back home. Also join the social table once in a while. I made 3 great friends and we are and 3 of us are going to meet up in 3 weeks. You won’t regret going. You will just think why did I not do this sooner x

SHA Wellness Clinic is a really wonderful experience. The property is pristine, the food is completely wholesome yet delicious, the views are stunning, and the staff is very sweet. There is an impressively high level of attention to detail, and a strong commitment to their philosophy. This is the perfect retreat for someone who wants to purify and be pampered at the same time.
