About the Hotel
With a philosophy that combines ancient Asian techniques with ultimate advances in Western medicine, SHA Wellness Clinic is aimed at improving the well-being of guests through macrobiotics, beauty care and anti-aging. Located in the Valenciana region of Spain, an area whose scenery complements the purpose of a well visit, SHA Wellness Clinic is situated on the scenic beach of Albir near the city of Altea. Reside at the retreat for one, two or three weeks, depending on your program of choice, and be housed in a cluster of architecturally stunning buildings linked together by enchanting footbridges. Inside each suite you will find an array of soothing appointments with streamline furnishings thoughtfully positioned in spacious quarters, and inviting terraces offering comfort and ocean views.

Do no come in February or March
SHA is a fantastic place, I truly love it. However I would advise against visiting now until renovations are finished. The noise in the rooms is quite unbearable. We were informed beforehand of the closure of the swimming pool and sauna and they granted us some credit for treatments. However none mentioned about the extent of the noise. As a result is difficult to relax . Tis is very disappointing for a 5 stars hotel.

Do not come to SHA in February and maybe March
Sha is a fantastic place, I truly love it. However I would advise against visiting in February or March until the renovation is finished. The noise in the rooms in the afternoon is quite unbearable. We were informed beforehand that the swimming pool and sauna were closed and the grant us some credit for treatments. However none mention about the extent of the noise. As a result trying to relax is very difficult. This is very disappointing which is not what I would expect from a a 5 star hotel.

Essential for health and longevity
The most amazing experience and an absolute must if you want to live better, feel better, live longer and give your body the fuel and treatment it deserves to carry you through life in a healthly, positive and energetic manner. I though I knew everything there was to know about health but I learned and extraordinary amount in my 10 day stay. Everyone should experience SHA Wellness.

SHA Wellness Clinic is a really wonderful experience. The property is pristine, the food is completely wholesome yet delicious, the views are stunning, and the staff is very sweet. There is an impressively high level of attention to detail, and a strong commitment to their philosophy. This is the perfect retreat for someone who wants to purify and be pampered at the same time.
