A great experience for a week of wellness. Unexpected results over my expectations. Highly recommend to escape to SHA for a week well deserved 🙏 Imagine waking up in a serene environment, surrounded by nature, and starting your day with a meditation session or a yoga class. Envision savoring healthy, locally-sourced cuisine that delights your taste buds and fuels your body.

First time in SHA Wellness clinic after many years of hopes. We were not disappointed. A real detox for the body and mind. Food was so creative and high quality. Service 5 stars. And the whole 4 days process discovering most of the therapies were perfectly organized.

Above and beyond our expectations. Staff and facilities were First Class. All treatments were exceptional. Professional people giving excellent advice. A huge choice of treatments. We will definitely return. It is expensive but worth every penny. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I spent a lovely long weekend at SHA in Spain. The mix of wellness and clinical facilities gave us the ideal opportunity both to relax and improve our health and lifestyle. The cuisine and service in the restaurant was exquisite ( with a particular mention for Pablo who made our lunches and dinners even more enjoyable). The staff team is incredibly friendly and helpful. I wanted to highlight in particular the excellent Dr Mera - his care and guidance in those few days has transformed both my physical condition and mental attitude to improve my lifestyle and overall health. Thank you to the entire team at SHA for making our stay a truly enjoyable one.

SHA wellness is a beautiful wellness hotel situated in an easy to reach location in Spain. Part of the ethos is to maximise health based on anti inflammatory foods and improving gut health. This hotel did not disappoint in anyway. The attention to detail is phenomenal in all areas of the hotel. We were booked onto the detox and optimal weight programme with the specific reason of hoping the programme would help with allergies, sleep issues and overall health. There is a definite medical feel to this clinic which we personally liked. The SHA app becomes your PA as the programme can be quite busy depending on which package you booked. The receptionists at the wellness area were just incredible at making any changes/ additions , a shout out to Teresa and David who were remarkable in their ability to make changes. The food was indescribably delicious. My husband was initially worried about being hungry, but he was never hungry or hangry and the nutritionists were happy to add extras eg nuts, to the diet chosen. The gym team were all brilliant , Ishmail made 1 hr of PT fun. The extra group Pilates classes were excellent. There is an excellent team in the SHAmadi restaurant, thank you to Pablo who was so professional and yet fun and charming. The treatments were honestly amongst the best I have ever had. The wraps were all incredible, the corporal icoone and intensive wrap were fabulous. The cryo chamber was a revelation. The cooking class with Beatrice was really excellent. The allergies literally disappeared within 48 hours. We left looking revitalised. 10/10 for this stay. Simply brilliant and just what the doctor ordered.
