However, our experience with the staff's service during breakfast and housekeeping has been disappointing. The amateurish approach to service during breakfast indicates a need for comprehensive training and expertise. It's unfortunate that the housekeeping team falls short in basic tasks such as providing essential amenities like tissue and shampoo and properly setting up the bed. These oversights can significantly impact the overall guest experience. While the hotel's location remains favorable and the room views are commendable, such shortcomings detract from its potential. Efficient staff service and meticulous housekeeping are fundamental pillars of a satisfying hotel experience. In light of your feedback, addressing these areas of improvement could elevate the hotel's rating from a mediocre 4/10 to a more commendable level. This Boutique Hotel is excellent and we enjoyedo our stay there very much. The location is perfect and views are amazing overlooking the Amalfi coast. The service to our family was great from everyone involved. The suite for 3 was very spacious with a deck and jacuzzi and an unbelievable oceanfront view. Spa treatment for the girls was exceptional. Shuttle service was very helpul. The pool is zero edge for great views and picture taking overlooking the harbor. Special recognition to Marchello in the restaurant & outdoor Pizzeria and Flavia and Martin in guest services.

Perhaps the best compliment I could imagine for a place is that my wife and I were happier leaving than when we arrived. I don't mean we were happy to leave; I mean that we left full of the kind of energy, inspiration, and memories that can only come from a place that's truly beautiful inside and out. The team at Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand does an unbelievable job of wrapping rich Amalfi culture in a luxurious blanket so all you need to do is enjoy it. They were amazing from Pick up at the port… to a birthday room upgrade… we were celebrating my 40th this trip. Unforgettable sea view … excellent care, service, and kindness to our toddler as well. Extremely attentive and friendly. We will come back. They made our stay smooth and memorable. Harsh and the other staff were so helpful and made our crazy toddler calm down by giving him a book to color in. All of the staff were amazing. Another female staff in the front gave us an excellent recommendation to a roof top view our first night and provided quick and easy shuttle service. Thank you all.

Had an amazing experience in a brilliant location in a fantastic hotel! Staff very friendly and very helpful. Our room had a spectacular view and was very clean and spacious. A great variety of food and drink. A beautiful relaxing lounge area with wonderful views to chill out after an amazing day of exploring the picturesque coast of Amalfi!!
