Victoria House never disappoints. I requested a sunset beach dinner before I leave for my 50th birthday trip and I must say they did an excellent job with the table set up, service and food. This was definitely a night to remember. It was an amazing experience.

Spent 7 days at VH with my girlfriend it was exactly what we were looking for!! The grounds are full of beautiful tropical landscaping and very tranquil. It was the tropical peaceful getaway we were looking for. Our Palmetto suite was perfectly appointed with a great king sized bed - cold A/C and the housekeeping staff was outstanding at refreshing the room, restocking us with pool / beach towels, and fresh waters - not to mention the amazing turn down service. We can't say enough about the incredible staff and world class service we received the entire time during our stay. They were friendly, attentive, but not obtrusive and always ready for a friendly chat when you wanted. We would like to mention a few although this list is not exhaustive - everyone was amazing - but special thank you to Duane, Tony, Vanessa, and Ashley. They kept the drinks fresh and food coming when we needed it. We had Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at VH at various times throughout the trip and the food was always amazing! Ask for the coconut mojito! The bikes and golf carts available right through VH were so convenient we used them both. Excursions like our amazing all day snorkel trip can be booked through the VH dive shop on site! Visit Luis to get you set up with a great trip you can't go wrong! Lastly the front desk staff was wonderful to work with when we wanted to explore with a golf cart (highly suggest it) or make us dinner and cab reservations for a restaurant in town.

This was a very beautiful property. We had palmetto room. People were super friendly here. We ate a lot of meals in bar as it was a bit more laid back and more our style. There were a lot of families here. Beach area was immaculate. Pool chairs with umbrellas hard to come by but the beach was always available. Food and housekeeping was outstanding. We rented golf cart to go into town. Didn’t really care for town. Super crowded little parking and no sidewalks. So hard to navigate. But resort was great.

Super relaxing, very comfortable rooms, and amazing beach access. On-site food and drinks were yummy (albeit expensive)! We took advantage of their tour offerings (snorkeling at Shark Ray Alley and Hol Chan), golf cart rentals, and beachside property. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and good fun to chat with.

We stayed 8 nights in the Rainforest Suite (Honeymoon Suite) and had an intimate wedding and reception with 10 guests on the beach. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The entire property is immaculately kept. Groundskeepers work all day, every day, to maintain this little piece of paradise. We had family in casitas, staterooms, and Palmilla rooms. All were beautifully appointed. Housekeeping provided nightly turndown service where they left a porch light on, closed all the blinds in the room, and left lights on. They went above and beyond. It was not unusual to come back and find pool towels refreshed or water bottles restocked, in addition to the turn down. The food in the restaurant was delicious. We ate every meal there at least once, including the continental breakfast and poolside snacks. Our wedding dinner and appetizers were served from the hotel restaurant and everyone raved about their food. Service across the resort was the best we have experienced anywhere. Abi handled each and every detail of our wedding meticulously. Everything was perfect! A few of our favorites were Cesar and Julio in the bar, Ashley and Mishel in the dining room, and Antonio helped with a little bit of everything. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made you feel as though they genuinely wanted to help, including lobby and housekeeping staff. Donald with online reservations was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. We cannot wait to return to celebrate an anniversary soon!
