The Grand Hotel Kransnapolsky was an amazing stay. The night shift workers at the front desk named Terek and Nadia was two of the nicest people I've meet in Amsterdam. They gave help and offered help as if i was their family. It was a very warming experience being it was my first time in Amsterdam. If i come back to Amsterdam, I will definitely be staying here again.

Our experience with Tarek and Nadia at the front desk was fantastic! They were very professional and helpful, and our room was excellent. The location is great, the hotel is great, the whole experience was great. Not to mention, and excellent continental breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Recently stayed together with my partner at the wonderful Krasnapolsky. We were selected at check-in as special guests which meant manager Lisa came to welcome and guide us to our room. She provided a free upgrade. The room was amazing! Spacious, very clean, well equipped. As special guest we also got free breakfast in the Winter Garden (was amazing decor, food and staff!) When she learned that we were in Amsterdam to celebrate our anniversary, she spoiled us with some hearted balloons, chocolates and rose petals and swans on our bed, a lovely surprise. The staff here are all extremely friendly and are a great asset to this large property. They'll go for any lengths for their guests from the housekeeping ladies to the receptionists. Location is the best in town, is in walking distance of everything. The hotel itself has a cocktail bair, a grand cafe and a fine dining restaurant. We didn't have the time to eat there but definitely will next time. Would definitely recommend The Krasnapolsky and will be back soon.

In spite of expecting a very good hotel, I was positively surprised by the high quality of its Staff. If I come back to Amsterdam it will probably be at the same Hotel The restaurant has a very special tasting menu for dinner and the pairing with the wine selection is perfect.

This is a great hotel as long as you don't mind waiting to get into your room. We returned at 5pm from a busy day sightseeing ready for a bath & a cup of tea only to find housekeeping had just commenced cleaning our room as they were "very busy". This has never happened before in any of the many hotels we have stayed in worldwide. Not good enough. Still waiting!-
