Reviews for NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky
Location was amazing but parking was ridiculously expensive at $50 euros per night. They did however gave us a free upgrade! Rooms were spacious and clean, bathroom was nice. Did not get a chance to try their restaurant or other services.

we stayed at the hotel for 4nights. When we arrived we realised the agency had booked a double room for three, but the room was really small and the three people who were sleeping there were adults, Kelly at the front desk arrenged everything to give us a bigger room even though the hotel was nearly full because of the easter holidays. The hotel is nice and really centric, the breakfast omelette the best.

I visited Amsterdam with my daughter part to attend a conference and part for Torism. The room was very small for 2 twins beds. The room dose not have any drawer as the furniture is modern. The only closest in the room has a sliding door that was not opening in proper way so the middle cabienet could not be accessed. The mini bar was not working though they replaced it on the second day. I asked them to empty the minibar which they did, but i needed to ask for that every night because they filed it every morning, in other words there is no communication between the front disk and house keeping. I think it is not the best choice to stay at. If any one want to stay in that area I would recommend swissotel as better choice.

We booked this hotel once we arrived in Amsterdam,. What a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic for exploring the city. Only a 10 minute walk to Central Station. So easy to go explore and then go back to hotel for a quick rest because of the location. Rooms are large and spacious bathroom. Comfortable beds and very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly to us. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
