Reviews for Finca Cortesin Hotel Golf & Spa
If you would like to see the paradise on the earth go to Finca Cortesin! Location is really stunning in the middle of golf courses. Surrounding by the hills from one side and by the sea which is 3 min away by car from another the hotel offers the outstanding landscapes. The old olive trees give the property an awesome look. The rooms are very big with a high ceiling. The suite had a tiny kitchenette equipped with a kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and minibar. The bed and linens were perfect but more pillow options would be nice! The bathroom is spacious and offered Penhaligon's bath amenities. The fresh fruit and sweets were serving every day in the room. The hotel offers a lot of activities like a gym, amazing spa with indoor pool. There are two outdoor pools as well, one for adults only. The free shuttle takes you to the hotel's beach club which has a pool as well as a restaurant. Actually the hotel offers the variety of dining facilities. The Mediterranean restaurant, the Don Giovanni italian and japanese restaurant witn a Michelin* are just amazing. The breakfasts serving at the open terrace were perfect. They dont have an open buffet and offer only a la carte and that is good because you dont have the people going around with plates. The Golf Club offers a golf lessons for kids. In general the property is very kids friendly!

The hotel grounds and the hotel was beautiful, unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather. As the weather was so bad we decided on most evening to try out the different restaurants, The main restaurant, the Italian and the Japanese. The first 2 were nothing special but the Japanese is well worth a visit, we went twice during our 7 nights stay. The pool restaurant and the beach restaurant served more or less the same food in both places which after a week became a bit boring. Breakfast was a disaster on most mornings - why is it so difficult to get it right? The staff didn't listen to what the guest wanted but just went ahead and worked after their given system which obviously didn't work and there was not Manager or Hotel Director walking around and checking, at least not what we could see during our weeks stay. In the end we paid extra and got our breakfast in the room. The Spa and indoor pool area was nice and the masseuse were good. In the evenings there was a small local band playing in the bar area who played really fantastic music - hope they can keep them!

We were out there at the end of June for a wedding, which was being held at the hotel. Where can I start, the place is simply amazing and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. We played some golf on Friday morning, the course was immaculate and they have the best driving range I think I have ever seen. The spa is next level and it was a first to experience the snow room. All round it was incredible, I cannot fault it and can only recommend it. Definitely coming back!

Fantastic resort. Excellent food and service. I live near by, it really feels like home. The Spa is amazing, and it's nice to relax by the pool and have lunch. For golfers it's a paradise. I definitely recommend it!
