Dining options are equally fresh, featuring produce from the world's first resort hydroponic farm.

Order a glass of fresh-squeezed orange juice on your terrace, letting the sun dance on your legs. Warm up even more with a mid-morning Function Fusion class that blends yoga, Pilates and core resistance training. Take a swim in the infinity pool and recline in rattan chairs with a sundown cocktail. Take in views of distant St. Maarten over a plate of teppanyaki at the island’s only authentic Japanese restaurant.

We stayed at CuisinArt 10 years ago for our Honeymoon and swore we'd get back someday. So so glad we opted to spend our Anniversary there and not in another island or hotel! The grounds are stunning: lush, clean, colorful. It smells like flowers all the time. The beach is mind blowing. Gorgeous! Sand is like powder and the water the prettiest blues I've ever seen. Swimming in the ocean is great because there's no rocks to battle with. The beach service is great! They set up towels on your beach chairs along with a bag with water bottles on ice. I never made the sorbet service in the afternoon but know they do that as well. The buildings are beautiful. Rooms have been updated since we last stayed and are big and nice. Nothing fancy but very comfortable with A/C and a fan, living room area, refrigerator, huge closet and lots of drawers. Rusk products in the large bathroom (including a hair brush and hairspray!). This time we were on the 2nd floor and had gorgeous views and a big balcony. We'd do that over the 1st floor, if given the choice. There's a lot to do besides just laying on the beach...pool and jacuzzi, bocce ball court, tennis, bike rentals, car rental, basketball and golf, water sports rental at no cost, as well as tours (hydroponic garden - awesome, solar panels and desalination plant, grounds tour). We also did a couples massage at Venus Spa which was wonderful. The service is many nice staffers! I was blown away more than a few times by the number of people who welcomed us back and knew who we were (it had been 10 years....still no idea how they recognized us). The GM was very friendly going out of his way to meet us and ask about our stay. We were admiring some tropical fruit tree and one of the landscapers walked over to give us info on it. Everyone is so helpful. Maids come promptly when you're out of the room (not our usual experience in the Caribbean) and there's turndown service at night also.  We only had issues with mosquitoes one night, otherwise didn't see any. Food is exceptional! Breakfast at Cafe Medeterraneo was great as is the breakfast room delivery option. We did Tokyo Bay twice it was so phenomenal (separate review). Bar food is good too. The homemade rum by Gloria is yum! We loved the beach bar and proximity to Garvey's Sunshine Shack (love!) and the Dunes who also have food and drinks and music in a fun, Caribbean atmosphere. We rented bikes and explored the Reef. Nice to have those restaurants and facilities available to CusinArt guests also (there's a shuttle that goes between the two). We rented a car, drove the island and went to Shoal Bay to snorkel and though it's pretty and not windy like Rendezvous Bay, it's busy and commercial. Getting back to CuisinArt felt so much more relaxing. More like what I think of when I dream of "paradise". We had a truly exceptional experience and we're already dying to get back!

We were there for a wedding & we felt like the only people there. The beach never had more than a handful of people on it. The pool never had more than 3 people in it. We loved the hydroponic farm tour. The cherry tomatoes were the best we have ever tasted. They have bikes for rent-an additional charge. This seems like it should be an amenity. On a side note: Biking in Anguilla is probably not the safest of choices as there is no shoulder. The rooms are very large and spacious. The decor is slightly outdated but the rooms were clean and comfortable. We appreciated they provided water daily and a turn down service. The balcony was the best part of our room. It over looked the pool and then the water in the distance. It was a great place to read or get work done. The first couple of nights there was loud music playing but the sliding doors did a great job of keeping the noise to a minimum when shut. There was someone to meet you at the ferry but then you had to pay $18 for a ride to the resort. This was another charge we felt should have been included in the hotel room.

Room was beautiful the natural land scape is wonderful to explore at nights the resort was beautifully lit the housekeeping did a wonderful job . Only down side to this resort is we had an ocean view room but we saw more bushes than the actual ocean from our room grounds in the back were unkempt and there isn't much to do when it gets dark no entertainment on the resort at all so most evenings we ventured out to explore the island for the money u pay there should be more

If it is amazing beach, good food, friendly service and relaxation you are in the right place! If you expect luxury, resort grounds needs a little up-keeping, although rooms are really nice, loved the hair brush being part of standard bathroom amenity and the espresso machine. Beds are super comfortable and bathrooms really luxurious. The Japanese restaurant food is delicious!

Just returned from 6 day vacay and could not be more pleased with the resort and our experience there. Anguilla is an often overlooked gem in the Caribbean. As a frequent traveler to the islands, I will certainly return to enjoy her beauty and the company of her people. The property is extremely well maintained and nicely appointed, yet not over done. It is truly serene and puts one in mind of the Mediterranean . Our accommodations, a Oceanfront suite (Room 204) has a beautiful unrestricted view of the Caribbean with the island of St. Maarten in the distance. The beaches, combed and dressed in the mornings, are beautiful. The room is equiped with coffee, hair dryers (hair brushes to take home with you), ample towels, free wifi (can be spotty), TV, mini bar and the like. Unlike some tropical accommodations - the rooms have no musty smell and are very clean! The resort offers many restuarants both on and off property at sister locations. Onsite we enjoyed the continential breakfast (with offerings from the onsite hydroponic farm) and lunch at the pool side Cafe Med. Sharon at the Cafe was extremely pleasant and made me feel special each day. Lunch offering menu is limited but tasty. We throughly enjoyed the lasagna at "Italia", a sister resort. The onsite spa, Venus Spa, is a must experience. I enjoyed the "Seaweed Wrap" although it is messy; the Aguillian massage, and an Aguillian facial given by Ethel (she is worth requesting). They also offer a sunburn treatment if one is slack with the sunscreen :) . The concierage desk is very helpful. She scheduled our Taxi service through "Jerry's Taxi" who were always on time and personable. She also assisted our group with everything we requested. I regret that I did not write down her name to thank her personally. The resort offers a selection of Resort Infused rum drinks that are quite tasty. I highly recommend the Blood Orange Martini from the Lobby Bar. Jamal, one of the bartenders has the PERFECT touch when concocting these libations. I could go on... but you get the point of the review. My summation is simple. Well done - I hope to return!
