Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club

Aurora Anguilla ® is the most phenomenal Resort in the West Indie. The people, food, drinks and location fab! I'm here film location Scouting for top real estate. The team Johnathon, Renaldo, Samaro, Zennie, Jaylano and crew have been very kind to me.

We recently stayed at the resort with a large group of pickleball players from Naples, Florida, arriving via a private charter jet from November 6th to 10th. Overall, our experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our group feel very welcome. We especially enjoyed the one-bedroom suite (which we upgraded to) featuring the outdoor shower and two balconies—it was perfect for our stay. The food at every location was consistently fresh and delicious. Compared to other resorts we have visited on nearby islands, your resort offers wonderful value and amenities. We stayed in the Rendezvous Beach section and appreciated the super staff, great food, and excellent location. As an added tip for future guests, we noticed that gratuity and breakfast were included in our room rate, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, the famous music bar, Bankie Banx, where Jimmy Buffet has played, is conveniently located right next door, and the Sunshine Shack is a great walk for lunch or dinner along the beach. We did want to provide a couple of constructive suggestions. It would be very helpful if the resort offered a guest laundry area, even a small one, for washing bathing suits or sports clothes (like golf or pickleball attire). Additionally, while the pickleball courts were plentiful, we felt they could have been prepped a bit better for our group's daily use. The golf course we played twice was well maintained and beautiful. I would suggest to bring your own golf glove and balls. The complimentary golf clubs were very good and new. We were impressed how clean and gorgeous the beach was, pools and landscaping. Keep up the wonderful work Aurora! Looking forward to our stay next year!

This was our third straight November staying at Aurora. My family loves everything about it: the location, the beach, the waterpark, the food and most IMPORTANTLY- THE STAFF. Everyone is so lovely. I genuinely look forward to my conversations with them each time we visit. From Jocelyn, Sammaro, Natalie in the morning at Chef's Table, to Sherman at Tokyo Bay and Keemi at the beach, Teneysha (sp) at Waterpark and Justin Time who is literally everywhere! We were lucky to get upgraded to our usual spot in Rendezvous Beachfront double and loved being on the second floor since you have a shaded balcony. We traveled with our two boys ages 10 and 13. They love the waterpark, especially the lazy river and enjoy running along Rendezvous Bay in the afternoons. We always end up at sunshine shack for a few frozen drinks. We are already booked for next November. Aurora is the best in every way.

We just returned from an incredible stay at the Aurora and couldn’t be happier with our experience! We visited as a large group—8 adults and 9 children ranging from 2 to 9 years old—and the resort struck the perfect balance between family-friendly fun and the upscale atmosphere the adults were hoping for. Location: You truly can’t beat the location. The Aurora sits on one of the most beautiful beaches, just a short ride from the ferry terminal, Cap Juluca, and the Four Seasons. The property itself is stunning—modern, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. Rooms: Our rooms were incredibly spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating both inside (sofa, chairs, and coffee table) and outside (two lounge chairs and a dining set). This setup made it so easy for our group to gather and relax without feeling cramped. We stayed on the first floor, which turned out to be perfect for our family. Having direct access to the beach was such a convenience—especially with little ones going back and forth throughout the day. While the second-floor rooms offer slightly better views, you really can’t go wrong with either option. Waterpark & Family Fun: The waterpark was an absolute highlight! A special shout-out to Kevin, one of the lifeguards, who went above and beyond to make our son Charlie’s day. The entire waterpark staff was so kind and engaging with the kids, which made the experience even more enjoyable for parents. Service & Staff: Almost every staff member we encountered at the Aurora was warm, friendly, and eager to help. A special huge thank-you to Justin Time—he was the cherry on top of our stay! From arranging dinner reservations (both on and off property) to setting up car service and tours, Justin handled everything with genuine care and attention to detail. The Aurora is truly lucky to have him. Final Thoughts: Our time at the Aurora was nothing short of wonderful. It’s rare to find a resort that caters so beautifully to both families and adults seeking a bit of luxury. We can’t wait to return!

We are on day 5 of our 8 day vacation. Family with 2 teenage kids thoroughly enjoying every minute here. I’m extremely proud of myself for choosing this over similar properties at other beaches. The beach, resort, quality, staff, activities are amazing at Aurora. Everyone from bell men, beach attendees, restaurant staff, groundskeeper, landscapers, drivers, butlers, cleaning staff, entertainment park staff, front staff to general managers were all so pleasant and helpful. Anything you need from reservations on and off site to pickleball games is all accessible. I thoroughly enjoyed the Pickleball clinic and competitive games played. Just one lesson with them improved my game tremendously. Son and I enjoyed the greenhouse tour which we got to taste some fresh ripe grapes and greens. Extremely impressed with all the fine details this resort offers (cold towels, fresh glass bottled waters, sun lotions, cold plunge,etc) The restaurants on site were all good. Some service was better than others but nothing unusual being it is island time. The only gripe if I had to nit pick was the scheduling of activities. Racket sports should ideally start around 8 or 9 to get a good start to the day as well as beat the hot sun. Also wished they offered the yoga classes earlier as well. It was hard to do most activities since they were all schedules around the same time, approx 10am. We also ate at sharkeys, tastys, Ken’s bbq, sunshine shack, and straw hat. All good food if you prefer the menu choices. We will definitely be back again and hopefully longer to take in more of the beaches, entertainment center, food/crayfish/snapper/lobster, turn down service and the gorgeous island. We rented a car and felt very comfortable driving on the left side here. This is definitely one of my favorite Caribbean island.
